The 1st Qtr Report should be interesting
“Global Consortium has published the unaudited Annual Report for 2018, the 1st Qtr Report for 2019 will be filed after the 4th of July followed by the Attorney Letter. With the Consolidation done, the fins can now be audited and the Stop Sign removed”
No real opening action as everyone waits. Tic toc
The moment the financials drop the delay will be forgotten.
The day is young
Well then it will be interesting to see which company name appears on the financials. Fraud or not a fraud that indeed is the question soon to be answered. The conversation is about to change.
Do you think the state of California would issue such a license to the man who reportedly is a criminal and a fraud. I think not. Their vetting of the company is good enough for me.
Today would be nice. As would be tomorrow. The fact that audited combined financials are ready is what is significant.
Once the financials are posted the quiet comes to an end. I’m thinking there’s a lot to tell.
Patience will be rewarded, what will happen will happen on its on schedule. The conversation is about to be changed.
#31 on the Breakout board............ there’s interest
But what IF..........just what if the reports are issued next week, what if they actually paint a positive picture and reflect what has been reported. What if my small investment pays off. What if all the dire predictions of constant doom and gloom are wrong. It’s the what if’s that make the gamble of investing so exciting and at times rewarding. Next week one side will crow while the other will be eating crow.
Google Earth great view of building and surrounding area. Street view is interesting
#31 on the Breakout board this morning up from #48 overnight...... anticipation

Should be Interesting watching the weekly flyover updates once the planting starts. There will always be those who insist that the blue sky isn’t blue. I see only blue skies ahead.
The silent majority owns the future, just a matter of time. The foundation is being laid. Believe or leave.

“Global Consortium has been working with its CPA, to complete the Yr end #'s and the 1st Qtr report. A valuation is being conducted on the acquisition last year to ensure the fins are being reported according to GAAP. Thank you for your patients the 1st report is the hardest!!” per today’s tweet
Why there are some that would look at this as a great buying opportunity.......... just sayin
Anticipation has this back on the Breakout Board
Could be an interesting week ahead. Time to show the winning hand.
Just a typical pink sheet warning. Maybe it will go somewhere maybe it won’t. That’s what makes the gamble so exciting isn’t it and at this level aren’t they all a gamble. Time will tell.
Boiler plate warning nothing more then that.
Absolutely right, all are paid promotions. How else would they get to word out to the investing community about who they are without it???
The global nutraceuticals market is anticipated to grow from $184.0 billion in 2015 to $302.3 billion in 2022, recording a CAGR of 7.04 percent for the period, according to an Allied Market Research report (http://nnw.fm/5ihTQ). According to industry forecasts, the market holds substantial potential for growth, and well-established players such as Global Consortium Inc. (OTC: GCGX) are positioned to make good use of such opportunities.
Global Consortium is currently working toward the establishment of its nutraceuticals line, with the first product anticipated to hit the market in June 2019. The company’s nutraceuticals division will operate under the company’s Infused Edibles subsidiary (http://nnw.fm/JU54j). It will be overseen by medical doctors and veterinarians from numerous specialties to ensure the development of the right proprietary formulas for either human or animal use.
Infused Edibles is already selling a wide selection of specialty CBD-infused edible products, such as gummies, fruit and nut mixes, baked goods, jerky and CBD oils, to name a few. The company has over 13 years of experience, and it has received 17 top awards for its U.S.-grown and CBD-infused offerings to-date.
The addition of a medical-grade nutraceutical division to the Infused Edibles portfolio is the next logical step in the expansion of the brand. Each new formula will be developed and thoroughly tested in a California lab prior to becoming available to the public. As per an official Global Consortium announcement, the nutraceutical line will consist of balms, lotions, ointments, pills, powders and liquids (http://nnw.fm/3VwyE).
Some of the formulations will be marketed to medical practices as white labeled offerings. This means that the respective nutraceutical products will be custom-tailored.
Global Consortium has acquired multiple cannabis industry companies, with several subsidiaries, partnerships and licensing agreements. The company is also working on the construction of its Cannabis Mall in Sacramento, California. The aim of the facility is to house cannabis manufacturing, distribution, delivery, retail, testing and cultivation operations under the same roof.
The 64,000-square-foot building will aim to showcase key cannabis operations and the multiple steps that have to be undertaken before a product hits the shelf. To showcase some of the most relevant processes, the company will soon be taking delivery of a machine capable of processing 60 pounds of products per eight hours. This means that Global Consortium will put out 23 liters of CBD oil per day at a forecast minimum of $8,000 per liter for large orders.
According to the company, the very first Cannabis Mall in the U.S. will house the largest operational CBD and THC distillate and edible manufacturing facility in the country.
