Then how did MyECheck verify it could be bought through scottrade yesturday?
must have missed that
Does a CEO have to report if/when they sell or transfer shares they hold personally? If so, where and when?
Thought CEO owns less than half.
They recently announced their intent to enter the medical marijuana industry which is why they want MyECheck's app.

Always surprise on the upside. By maintaining absolute secrecy before good news, you give yourself the best chance to catch the shorts of guard and maybe even squeeze them. Be conscious of unintended signals you may send when in public appearances, conference calls and analyst meetings before a particularly good quarter or other surprising good news. Keep your cards close to your chest and save those glowing press releases for the middle of the trading day.
When / where did Ed give that web address?
What's wrong with it?
Is there anything more recent?
I don't find it odd that two people share the same name. For the long's sake I hope you are correct that they are the same person.
I do find it odd that I haven't been able to find so much as an address for a company that's supposed to start generating revenue for MYEC. It's a little disconcerting for me.
MYEC has a lot riding on GreenPay right now. What do we know about GreenPay other than it is developing MJ-Pay? Where's GreenPay? Who's behind it / running it? Has anybody been able to download their application and generate some revenue for MYEC?
Most people agree MYEC is the opportunity of a lifetime.
What is MJ-Pay's patented process?
That note was already there. They corrected the balance sheet. The old one said there were "3,787,470 and 3,262,470 shares issued and outstanding" It now says there are "4,117,470,000 and 3,262,470,000 shares issued and outstanding". That was already known. I think they just fixed a typo. Everything else looked identical.
Itonis, Inc. signs LOI with Valley Organics Inc. for retail use of MyECheck's mobile payment application.
Processing revenues growing?

How would we know for sure?
Just wait for Q2 results.
Can't wait for Q2 results.
All the new apps and licenses are still built on making remotely created checks (RCCs)?
Where did the Q&A go from myecheck.com? Can we get it back up there?
[EDIT] Found it.

Its at the very bottom.
Pretty sure they weren't cancelled. At least not all.
If MYEC does execute a share buyback, will it be at par or market value or some number negotiated between MYEC and large shareholders? I'm not clear on how buybacks work.
Maybe not added to he float but I think a couple hundred million of the retired shares have since been issued.
I agree, it is a little concerning. Nothing wrong with asking questions.
Equity Statement of the Quarterly just shows them being issued. Page 5.

Disclosure Statement says they were for debt. Page 3.

Why should the MJ affiliation scare people away? In order to win over more clients, MYEC will have to flex a little and show what it can do for both its partners and their consumers. Simply adding another payment option at the store may not generate too much interest by consumers and if they don't use it then processing revenues will not grow. MYEC has said many times they are aggressively seeking ways to grow revenue and if they are the only way for consumers to pay in the MJ industry, then consumers and businesses will be forced to see it. MJ may not be the industry MYEC is in but its definitely a door that needs to be opened so MYEC can benefit from the exposure to consumers. Just my thoughts.
Does anybody know if the payment apps MYEC is developing actually exist yet. The latest report makes it sound like they don't and I'd like to figure it out for sure.
Look at Q3 report they paid $500k down with cash
Their cost was less then $50K and the revenue was over $1million. Does that sound like a company who needs to sell shares. NO!!!!!!!!!!!
Shorts twist the truth to scare new investors!! 1.6 mill revs for 1Q BOOM
I think some folks are upset because they're having trouble understanding the reports.

Now it's registered to GreenPay LLC and the Registrant Address has changed to Cheyenne, WY.
I was thinking that could be possible as well. The 400M last June was for a debt, but if the shares were cancelled then the debt wouldn't have been settled, right? So, today when I saw the same number issued again I thought he might have finally been able to work something out. If only somebody from this board could go intern as a PR or IR rep.
the 400,000,000 was issued in Feb 2014. What 400,000,000 did you see last year?
