If Alex Jones is being sued by the gov for this as he says he is isn't that public knowledge and can be easily looked up?

These documents that are now being unsealed Are they the ones that have to be released due to all but 8 not allowed to have a protective order? So maybe these are the 48 doc's they have to release? Reguardless anytime in the past when the UST or GOV was told to release docs they didn't and just kept giving excuses but suddenly the day after Steve M confirmation now they will realease some. I'll take it
Manipulation at it's finest. Buy volume is almost 300,000 shares higher than sell volume yet we're red
Isn't there still an unfilled gap from $3.90 to $3.93 from earlier this week? BTW keep posting your triangles, I don't mind them
Multiple 200,000 block buys have been bought on FNMAS today. Almost $2 million per buy. Big money coming in
What if the large transactions were buys that happened over the course of the day secretively so it doesn't disrupt the stock price. And when they actually happened the Bid was $3.89 and the Ask was $3.90 so at the time of the transactions they were buys and would have been represented that way if they disclosed them at that time. But at the end of the day when they finally have to disclose the transaction the Bid was $3.90 and the Ask $3.91 so it then shows as a sell only because the disclosed price of $3.90 was lower then the current Ask of $3.91. If the Bid at the end of the day was $3.88 and the Ask was $3.89 then they would have showed as a buy

Excited for next week Go Fannie!
What's up with the 1,000 shares bought at $1.99 premarket on L2 this AM?
Gee all day today I thought Glen just moved some more furniture. Didn't know something real actually happened
Better cover
Better cover
I'm really surprised no one has mentioned the large block buys on L2 in the last hour or so of trading
Lets see the goods! Whatcha y'all's been hiding
Why are we - .02 but Freddie is +.03?
Not a bad sign at all, actually a very good sign. Haven't u noticed anytime we are up premarket we close red
OMG the Gov was right this whole time Releasing those documents would roil the financial markets! Lol
I agree. I've noticed anytime we open green and especially with premarket buys we then close red and anytime we open red with a gap down we close green
You seem to like to talk about and show your hand, will please let us all know when in the $2's or$3's you finally decide to cover

Starting short position 1.67
should crack 1.60"
If the MM can control the stock price and if they don't like gaps then why do they allow them. Why allow FMNA to open at lets say $1.32 instead of $1.285?
We've been going down for "no reason" over the last few weeks. So from now on we can go up for "no reason". I think people are realizing Fannie isn't dead and that they shouldn't of sold in the first place
Look at the MM trying to hold her back from flying
Great filling from Judge Steele!
Winning
Amateur hour is lasting longer than normal. When's our bounce coming
Why do you say someone big is selling or dumping. The volume doesn't represent that and neither does level 2. I remember back when it was in the $2.80's and there were 100,000 - 250,000 blocks being dumped each day without the PPS moving and then when they were done it dropped, now that would be someone dumping
Agreed. This thing is so over sold. May I add for no reason
"nope ... I say get ready for the BIG JUMP ! ..."

Dear Mr.:
Thank you for contacting me to express your thoughts regarding the letters I sent to the Department of Justice and U.S. Treasury about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As your Senator, it is always good to hear from you. Please accept my apology for the delay in my response.
As you may know, in April I sought answers from the Obama Administration on why it reportedly won't disclose documents regarding the decision by the Treasury Department and Federal Housing Finance Agency to amend the terms of the government's ownership stake in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The documents reportedly involve an amendment to the agreement that resulted in billions of dollars of profit from the mortgage financing firms being captured by the Treasury. The Justice Department responded that a number of documents are included in provisional privilege logs because they may fall within the scope of the presidential communications privilege. However, the Justice Department stated that an actual assertion has not been authorized by the President and indicated that no decision about whether actually asserting the privilege would be needed "unless and until plaintiffs file a motion to compel" production.
You have to wonder if the provisional privilege is brinkmanship or bluster by Justice Department lawyers rather than a legitimate signal that the President would actually assert the privilege to keep the records secret. The public's business generally ought to be public, especially when the American people's money is involved. The government needs to justify its rationale for keeping the public in the dark.
More information on my inquiries can be found here. Also, the response from the Justice Department can be found here. Please be assured that I will keep your thoughts in mind as I continue investigating this matter.
Again, appreciate your concerns and urge you to stay in touch.
Sincerely,
Chuck Grassley
