We really need someone to take VNDM out early this morning for good. I do not like to see him at the top of the ask....

Two possibilities here. Either the company is diluting or someone has converted their note. Whoever it is does not care about the shareholders because they are killing a potential run. I am red so I would love for this not to be true but the proof just slapped us in the face this morning with VNDM! It is a shame.

G, I hope it is not what I think it is. If it is I hope they are done! This should have been back around six with the buys coming in. I am hopeful, but wary!

I am a shareholder here too, my personal opinion is that until the company (MY OPINION ONLY) quits selling through VNDM this will not run. I have seen this before and I wish whoever it is would back off and let this run. Tons of buys coming in and no movement, this will discourage buyers and the few buys we are getting will go away. LET IT BREATHE!!!!

Elray Gaming Discusses Bitcoin Digital Currency and Recently Acquired Technology

(NEW YORK)--Elray Gaming, Inc. (OTC:ELRA), a provider of online and mobile gaming turnkey solutions, announced it has finalized the acquisition of Dynasty Exchange as its VXCoin could become an alternative means for Chinese traders to purchase Bitcoins indirectly.
Brian Goodman, the CEO of Elray Gaming, Inc., conducted an online interview to discuss recent developments in the Bitcoin arena, Elray’s acquisitions, ongoing gaming operations, and revenue generation.



I guess we can jump right into what I am certain many people are interested in, and that is your recent acquisition and ongoing launch of the Dynasty Credit Exchange, an Exchange for virtual items such as Bitcoins. Can you tell us more about this product?

We have in fact acquired two valuable products, the Virtual Credit Exchange and an E-Store, which can be found at www.dynastycxc.com and www.dynastyestore.com . Both are primarily targeted at the large Chinese market.

These products are live and undergoing beta testing. Both are extremely valuable to Elray as they allow Elray to strengthen its business and supplement its revenues. The products are at the cutting edge of technology and strengthen Elray’s position with respect to the large and lucrative Asian market.

How will Elray generate revenues from this exchange and the E-Store?

Elray will derive a commission on all transactions processed in both the products. Elray is also finalizing commission agreements with additional operators with large existing databases in the Asian market that have expressed their interest in utilizing these platforms, and this will add to Elray’s existing revenues.

That sounds very interesting, but now the next thing I am sure many people are interested in knowing about is how the recent issues with Bitcoin, or more importantly the issues with the Bitcoin exchanges are affecting Elray, and does Elray and the Dynasty Exchange have any security concerns with the recent developments in mind?

Elray does not trade in Bitcoins for its own account, and therefore has no exposure to any fluctuation and therefore no risk with respect to the volatility of the coin. Elray simply acquires coins on behalf of customers and charges a commission for the service. Elray holds the coins in a secure Armory. The Armory is a full-featured Bitcoin wallet management application, and It allows Elray to maintain multiple encrypted wallets, permanent one-time “paper backups” for those wallets, and even a system for storing all of the customers Bitcoins on an offline computer to keep them safe from online attackers.

Elray does not accept money for Bitcoins and only trades Virtual items for Bitcoins utilizing its Virtual Exchange and therefore fully complies with current Chinese regulations.

We are unique in many aspects and we believe that we have a unique product and a competitive edge in Virtual Trading, and in particular will have the edge in trading of emerging digital currencies such as the Bitcoin. I strongly believe that the Bitcoin will play a long term role in establishing a Digital Currency, and we will continue to build our technology to benefit around these evolving high tech currencies.

Aside from the Bitcoin exchange, I also understand that the company is moving ahead with some other gaming projects, like a Binary Option trading platform? Can you provide us with any update on this?

We have built a full Option and Binary Trading Product and we are partnering with a globally trusted Option Trading Software provider that already holds 65% of the market share in this market. The company’s clients include some of the largest brokerages in the online industry generating over 150,000 transactions a day.

Elray has also concluded a deal to acquire the Virtual Horseracing Technology, and is working towards launching its beta testing product in the next month. The Virtual Horse Racing Technology is ideally positioned for the Asian Markets, and we expect large support for the product when we roll-out.

The Company seems to have been moving ahead in rolling out different projects, from your Bitcoin exchange, binary options, and the virtual horse racing technology, can you please tell us, has the company begun operations from these projects and when do you think Elray may be able to start generating revenues from these projects?

Elray has already generated small revenues in the last quarter, and these revenues will be reported in the upcoming 10K and expected we will continue to grow our revenues over the coming months.

Some of the products are still in Beta testing however as and when they are commercially ready we will roll them out and continue our focus on the Lucrative and rapidly growing Virtual and Gaming markets.

Elray has solid relationships with large gaming operators and is supporting an ongoing contract to manage and market a large online casino www.goldengalaxy.com running on the world’s largest provider of Gaming software Playtech Ltd.

Can you provide us in general terms what is the current shares outstanding, and the float in the company?

There are only 38 Million Shares Outstanding and of these only 26 Million Shares are in the Float

You are right. The myth that pinks can't be bought premarket or after market is false. It takes a lot of pull and "normally" does not happen. I do believe there is some heavy diluting going on. Has anyone called the TA to inquire of the up to date SS?

I will give you three guesses and the first three don't count. What they didn't know is that any trade under 100 shares is a wash and is not counted. Rookie mistake.

That is because no trade under 100 is recognized as a change. Therefore there have been three trading days this week with 3/3 closing up.

My shares are getting greener every day! Can't complain here. Up almost 80% from 2013s low, can't complain about that either. New high of the year, still not complaining. Seems to be nothing but good here. PS. I am always right ;)

I am pretty sure everyone here knows what buzz is. I am not here to participate in mindless back and forth. The fact is everyone in the business is talking about site three and it's potential. Anyone who has a real treasure business knows of this wreck. Also anyone in the business knows of the nefarious people who surround it. Nothing new to see a bunch of critics here lol

Kyle Kennedy is the buzz in the treasure community. What he has accomplished is nothing short of amazing! Take it from me, site three will be the site that makes this run OMEX style! Kyle has not been turned down by the state. I love this company!
