TWMJF Tweed Marijuana Inc. Common Shares (Canada) Effective Date 4/7/2014
THC isn't the same as nicotine
Sykes is a joke so it's okay. Only if he's in the stock does it mean it's a pump
Anyone know approx. the current float and a/s?
Wasn't there more MMs here before
Are there any public listings going for consumables? I see that being extremely prosperous. More appealing thc delivery method (no smoke/coughing, good taste), longer lasting high, can't grow your own edibles and drinks. It's somewhat tedious to extract thc on your own and wasteful.
The wolfpack pumps continue to do well lol
You make it sound like an accomplishment when it's mindlessly easy. You have to try harder to lose money than to make money in this market
Got 30K shares this morning as well
Yep, on OTC the market makers could hide their buys to accumulate tons of shares if they so pleased until the end of the day, which shows up as a T-trade from what I've read. Lots of mystery surrounding T Trades. Maybe someone knows more
With 2.35M O/S the market cap is $23,500,000 at $10 PPS
NITE is getting so many cheap shares
TTDZ was up 84% today as well. I don't really know if it's even MJ, but I think someone mentioned it as one. I'm not a current holder.
I can't help but be skeptical as well about this face booking CEO who seems like he has no business sense or experience and makes stupid excuses or with people saying PHO* and their insiders owning the JV that they're giving shares to, or TRT* that recently got downlisted and has no product, or ERB* that has no evidence of an actual product. I think people are overwhelmed by the possibility of being able to retire in 5 years by putting all the extra cash they can find into these stocks. It doesn't surprise me how strong people are holding these stocks. I can't think of an example of anything that would be as instantly profitable as the marijuana industry. From zero revenue to a multi billion dollar industry once legalized. People are willing to pay a lot of money for entertainment, which is what marijuana provides and is its primary use today. It requires little to no experience to get involved in, as witnessed by your shady local drop out dealers who push around shitty products that people are still willing to pay about the same amount on than current legal high quality product prices. Still hard to say if any of these public companies are legit and going to be the front runners of the industry instead of private companies or if they both will. I think the industry has a lot of room for different companies to take advantage of different aspects of the industry. Is it worth the risk to go long on FITX? I don't know, I think there's better stocks out there but I'm still going long on 4 MJ stocks including this one. It does seem exciting to get in at ground zero and become a part of something that will be part of everyday culture.
What's with that $630,000 buy in after hours Friday
I haven't been keeping up since noon today, but did he release anything as to why this day would be remembered forever?
He stated that there have been a few public offerings, but not many (there are actually a lot so maybe he means a few GOOD ones) and stayed away from names, then said 'most' are private. Why announce public names that you're interested in before you get to invest anyways? JMO
One of Growlife's partners Fusion Pharm is up 50% as of right now
Thank you for the positive take on the situation. I don't have experience in contracts so I was unaware of these possibilities. I guess we will have to wait and see what their next move is.

Hey Odis,
This is from page 16 of their agreement with CANX. Basically, they aren't going to limit their activity is what I took from it, contrary to what they said in their letter. Let me know if have the same understanding.
Acknowledgement Regarding CANX’s Trading Activity. Anything in this Agreement or elsewhere herein to the contrary notwithstanding, it is understood and acknowledged by GrowLife that: (i) none of CANX has been asked by GrowLife to agree, nor has CANX agreed, to desist from purchasing or selling, long and/or short, securities of GrowLife, or “derivative” securities based on securities issued by GrowLife or to hold the Securities for any specified term; (ii) past or future open market or other transactions by CANX, specifically including, without limitation, short sales or “derivative” transactions, before or after the effective date of this Agreement of this or future private placement transactions, may negatively impact the market price of GrowLife’s publicly-traded securities; (iii) CANX, and counter- parties in “derivative” transactions to which CANX is a party, directly or indirectly, presently may have a “short” position in the Common Stock, and (iv) CANX shall not be deemed to have any affiliation with or control over any arm’s length counter- party in any “derivative” transaction. GrowLife further understands and acknowledges that (y) CANX may engage in hedging activities at various times during the period that the Securities are outstanding, including, without limitation, during the periods that the value of the Warrant Shares deliverable with respect to Securities are being determined, and (z) such hedging activities (if any) could reduce the value of the existing stockholders’ equity interests in GrowLife at and after the time that the hedging activities are being conducted. GrowLife acknowledges that such aforementioned hedging activities do not constitute a breach of any of the Transaction Documents.
Probably going to sell off most of my shares on Tuesday while this CANX thing gets sorted out because the vote is going to end up being yes. CANX seems to be a bunch of insiders and probably friends of the CEO who, according to page 16, can "short" however many shares they are granted whenever they want causing the share price to plummet. Something isn't right. No follow up on the GIFT program either. Maybe once things start making sense and stop looking sketchy I'll invest back in. If you believe this company is going to be tremendously successful in the future then there's no harm in not holding your shares until they clear a few things up.
