Which is great. You guys know me and I've been here for months on end now. 6 to be exact. Only adding along the way. Not one sell. But for all the things I love about this company I have to look objectively at errors that should've been handled differently, then make sure they don't repeat themselves bc that's a cause for concern. I love what we have here--but prior to cnbc there needed to be a meeting on server capacity and increased production prior to segment. For all I love that was an easily avoidable mistake to have the server crash and have a month of catching up w orders
We'll have to agree to disagree. You can have the best product in the world, but without capital to deliver consistently all you have is a good idea that fades awAy
Ya...because businesses never succeed with warehouse lines of credit??? You Tahoe a warehouse line of credit out, ramp up production to be able to sustain demand then immediately pay off your line and have it available. It's simple business and has been done successfully for decades over decades
You order them when you find out about interview to minimize delays--mark said himself that they hadn't expected the overwhelming response to the cnbc spot--what was he expecting??? To fail?? You have to plan(within reason) for success. If you're in the hottest industry with a cnbc clip and a rising stock that was promoted by multiple celebs---you pony up and order a large bunch upfront
Not saying expecting to receive them in 3 weeks. Just expecting to have ramped up production to minimize delays----pretty simple approach.six-8 weeks would've been fine. If they'd had 250k within 6 weeks these convos wouldn't be happening bc most orders had been filled timely and others w minimal delays. It's because they weren't proactive that we are having these convos. I'm long since .16-.18 but I'm not going to overlook areas the company needs to improve. They dropped the ball in April and all will be fine but it's naive to think otherwise---a crashed website and 30 day delays are not ways to increase consumer base
I think a small growing company can have beneficial growing pains along w a CEO but the trick is to learn from them. The site crashed after the cnbc interview, while that's cool it's to hear bc of traffic it's also a sign of poor planning(please refer to health care roll out) when you factor in we had heard that a cnbc segment would be airing roughly 3 weeks prior to happening the first thing to do would've been ordering over 250k production minimum. It sounds difficult but it's not. Then get w tech staff to ensure site capacity. All this said I love a lot of moves mark has made. Marketing is the essential piece and he's got that down. Functionality is just as critical. Typically the most exuberant and better marketing individuals struggle w the function piece(right here) so it's key to have someone on board who can ensure that piece. I think they'll get it all together and in august we'll be at a buck 50 but it's frustrating to watch the simple things like customer service miss when they don't have to
When you're a start up what is just important is credibility. Period. The average Americans attention span in 2013 was less than a gold fish. If you're unable to deliver or effectively set expectations upfront you will waste any social media or national media exposure. I love mCig and I do believe in company, but mark had dropped ball on this one. If you go on national media, you ramp up production leading up to that interview. It's fairly simple, get a business line of credit(which they can do--it's not an mj company that touches the substance). If they have one, then they should've immediately ramped up production. The last thing you can do as a business is offer poor production and delivery service. I got laughed outta this on Easter back in April when I brought this up as a simple thing that is easily correctable but if it's not then it will be w major hindrance to the company...the more negative attention for time frames and service levels= less consumers for 3.0--people can walk down street and get a comparable product for a little more.

That's my vote for vitacig retail distribution. Falls in line w who we are plus they've always had top pharmacies and were one of the first to implement minute clinics in store for flu shots, quick check ups, etc...would make it an easy transition to generic pharm medical device. A lot of senior citizens who have trouble taking medications due to swallowing pills..have to break into food, etc....prepackaged medicigs with medication for those struggle with digesting pills. I'm looking card to 2016 w this stock. That's when I think the vision will be fully realized
"Our proposed business is to manufacture and retail the tobacco-free cigarettes that are pre-packaged with vitamins, nutrients, and generic pharmaceuticals."
Generic pharmaceuticals.....that's what jumps out to me in filing....we've a all known they will angle this twrds med delivery device...looks like vita will be the focus w that. Exciting. Should be a fun couple of yrs
"Some government agencies haven't gotten the memo, maybe they need another memo". Sounds like Sterling says wout saying what we were kind of thinking...SEC halt may had been just as much about slowing the momentum nationwide as it was about growlife. Look at other halts over last 5 yrs...more information provided as to why and 3rd parties were "about to engage in manipulative promotion". What is that? There is a company called avatar ventures that sends out a bs notification email once a month. This all seems backwards to me from sec. Coming so quickly after what many deemed a major success in the march revs report! I really think we get back to the .50s+ sooner rather than later.
Apostle- I went to sell today, and I couldn't. At this point my shares are all freebies anyway---I had the sell order in system and I couldn't...for the same reason you just stated...I think there is something brewing..the insider sales would've been frustrating but understandable given the timing for tax season. Throw out a trading halt that still seems odd and this is stills company w financing to provide and revs increased of over 200%. I get it, after the halt how can you believe any of it? And that's a fair point for those who make it, but I do believe this company was positioning itself to be the industry leader and I believe that model can still work...would I have my own money in here currently?? No. But I am not going to sell any of the shares I have bc I believe as you do that it will have a bounce back.
Because a lot happened in April. VCIG got rolled out, divy date was announced(sorta), cnbc interview happened and they set single day sales records on consecutive days. It would be logical to announce an April sales report in addition to company month in review--not for the pps(tho it would def increase a that) but for all the new customers over the last month that have just been introduced to MCIG/VCIG. Perfect opportunity to outreach to the new investors
5th=may 5th
I'm ready for the 5th announcement of April sales(nothing verified that they report that, but you have to think they will). VAPE jumped 100% after their epic fall based on 100k of hives ceramic sales and reports of 250k back ordered....I'd venture a guess MCIG and vapolution broke 500k and VCIG maybe hit 50+ ...may should be fun
Do you think I'm somehow disagreeing w management being awesome or diminishing what they've already accomplished??? No, I've clearly stated I love the company and own a significant amount and think management is ahead of curve...I'm also not going to ignore major areas of improvement where simple, inexpensive fixes would improve customer service levels...and 95% is a made up number by you based off of Ihub. If we keep our sights only set on I hub community(and they're not) then we'd be in trouble...I'm not diminishing the incredible things that have been done. I am stating areas of improvement that is needed and easy ways of accomplishing those...
A start up company has to have terrific customer service or they will lose business. I'm glad you worked for a company w poor service that had huge volume, I've worked for yrs in sales and marketing and simple service and communication is as important for a start up as product and price. We can simply agree to disagree. I love the company and where it's heading bit even the CEO has acknowledged this to be an unacceptable problem.
Agree, and eluded to it being a young company. But not everyone has twitter and patience is easier w communication and upfront expectations. I haven't had any orders take longer than 2.5 weeks and have been satisfied, however facts remain an inexpensive to non cost upfront communication providing average time of delivery w an auto email system of status updates each week is how 6 month companies become mainstay 60 year companies. You can't look at the now, you have to have an eye towards the progressiveness and any obstacles then rectify what's easily correctable.
I love this stock. I love this company. But with more exposure and orders, there customer service has to improve. They just have to set an expectation to the consumer. On the order screen they should have a disclaimer stating
***due to increased volume standard delivery time between 14-21 business days***
then the emailed updates will be a plus for thar consumer as they are being consistently made aware of their order progress and having the expectation already set. This would not cost a dime, would not decrease volume, but would provide a sense of credibility and customer service to the new consumers who have purchased this month. Service levels are a big deal, they are still to this day what can make or break a company.
Sales and ipo= 2 different things
Which is a criminal offense in most cases
VCIG order shipped confirmation
Facts-company's suspended by SEC are suspended due to false, inaccurate, or misleading information about its stock or apof course, pps manipulation. Based on the action of the SEC and their track record of suspensions validity it's logical, rational and factual that a crime of some kind was committed. It is you who is giving an emotional argument. What are the FACTS that a crime WAS NOT committed based on action taken by SEC and based on historical precedence of validity of suspensions?? This sucks this happened to us..but denial does not help.

What defines making money??---avg entry .21 got my initial investment out at .64 and was riding free shares... Technically whatever I get is profit but in reality the fraud has cost me thousands
Are we able to sell when trading opens up and still enter class action? I'm assuming yes but want to be certain
This is insane! Everyone in the dark! Even if suspension lifted what does this do for GIFT??
Great day to be a long---stated that 10% drop in the fact and said fk off--finish green should be a start to an increase throughout April w catalyst of 4/20 and fitx license / closing of deal. Drop over last few days were hedging profits ahead of holder to shield from a wcs.
I don't smoke anymore. Bought one and gave it to my best friend of 20 yrs for his opinion. He loves it. Said the same about getting hot but that looks to be corrected w ceramic adjustment. He ordered a 4 pack today tog I've his wife the pink one himself another and his in laws each one...sounds like it works well to me
This is 2 weeks old...injunction just gave more time for everything to come together....medicine has to be confirmed safe by officials(like it or not) and higher Canadian courts aren't going to pass on the taxes....
You start a car for the first time in 10 years and immediately punch the gas to 100....rescheduling is the biggest thing that could happen now. It will never go from where we are now to fed legalization wout other steps. First being able to legally test an approve medicinal benefits on a domestic level...that is not allowed until rescheduling occurs...if the door is legalization then rescheduling is the key
I'm a republican(don't shoot me, we're not all crazy) but even I can see this current regimes changes in policy that have already been made. With the momentum for medical testing and scheduling being the only thing making it challenging to do...I would put odds at 3/1 we get a rescheduling statement in some way tomorrow to allow for medical mj testing. I disagree w a lot of what this regime has done..their changing attitudes towards legalization is not one of those things. They have toed a fine line very productively and tomorrow is the next logical step. I wouldn't be on the outside for this one.
Bad call...AG Holder discusses federal policy on MJ tomorrow and if the current admins attitude holds true tomorrow's the last day for discounted shares.
Good point
Btw I don't think people who smoke cannot see clearly just a knee jerk reaction comment in response p. I know a large amount of our innovators are card carrying members(literally) of MJ
I told you to link an article. Where did fox state that black market sales had increased? I then followed it with a sarcastic remark stating president jus legalized it w no article link for anyone to verify to show you how ridiculous you sound when you say "I heard on _________ they said ________" with nothing to back it up. Then I asked for more proof from you, if you really heard black market sales increased the news would've stated the standard being used for that data...was it arrests?? What was it that you can cite....and I don't smoke weed...probably why I'm able to see so clearly throug your bulls***

Ya, link an article!! I'm calling bs...I hears on cnn that the pres legalized...see how useful this is wout verifiable proof? If you did hear it. Give me statistics..are they figuring out by arrests?? What metric did "fox" use?
Congress and unsure on time/context...rescheduling is the hot topic going in...got my fingers crossed...
Very exciting product
Don't smoke cigarettes, never have. But I just orders 4 multi packs of vita cigs. I think I'm going to try a couple. Also got a pack for my brother, sister in law and wife all of which have had struggles smoking and quitting before.
