AS doesn't necessarily mean dilution. Although Burck would need to do some to achieve his goal of bringing his company public and also to promote growth. For someone who isn't even vested in this stock you are certainly putting your two cents in, for what???? I would suggest you being this unhappy with this stock to move on !!!!!!
With a deadline of Feb. 15th, tomorrow and early next week could be very interesting to say the least. By the way markets are closed Monday the 15th, Presidents day. Buy now or chase the dog!!!!!!!!
I tend to think that a lot of original investors who sold will be chasing shortly. Gotta love it!!!
Seeing you have been around the block for awhile, I do believe your nose is right on. Even though I haven't seen your nose!!! LOL!!!!!!!!
I had posted earlier concerning Burck's past success in life and I continue to believe that his intentions with Puge are honorable. This man is not about to have his reputation muddied by anybody. Just as he stated in his first 10-K, Puge has been pushed around long enuff. My honest opinion relates to Burck joining Puge in a capacity which allows him to possibly take his very successful private business public thru Puge's established footprint. I also have the feeling he just might pursue the shares that were sold illegally by a non-licensed broker. Things are just about to get interesting in my opinion. This could shoot up anytime will very positive results, and that will only happen to the patient investor.
I like your thinking and I hope you are right.I also want to thank you for all your input on this board, Kudos!!!
Trading the pennys and sub-pennys is not as easy as it seems to make a living, never mind a profit. To buy one of these and to sell some and keep it from it's infancy on thru it's big board upgrade is really something to behold. Seldom does this happen although there are start-ups that do this because most of the time this is how new businesses begin. To be able to pick the right one is not an easy task.
I am of the assumption that in all probability that this case will probably be dismissed(IMOO). Once this happens we will then and only then see just what Burck's premise was for joining Puge. From past thoughts and ideas about Burck's purpose, I am all in about the possibility of him taking his privately held company public thru Puge. The man has taught and made thousand of people professionals in the trading of stocks and options. No simple task for sure. The man has a great reputation and at this juncture in his life I personally don't see him degrading his reputation regarding all he has accomplished in his life.
I do believe P{uge will run again very strong and may possibly be a big board stock under Burck and his tutelage. Hang on I do believe once this stock fiasco as Burck stated is settled good things are coming to all who believe. The ride is just beginning. Time is waning and we will know just what soon. Good luck to all longs at this point in time!!
I will go along with that, it would get my tail out of the gutter and let me move on!! LOL!!
The only reason I am harping on the float verses shares that are held by Puge is simply because of the upcoming vote on increasing the AS. As I mentioned before I say yes to the increase as you do and a few others on this board.
I guess what I believe is, how does a company grow or advance with such a small AS????? Some dilution is always appropriate, you just have to pick the correct business that doesn't take advantage of the process of increasing it!!!
So Yahoo financials were right on with the outstanding share amount, Hmmmm, I wonder how right they were about the float??????????????
You still didn't reflect on your source!! You can tell me the moon is blue but I don't and wouldn't believe it w/o a source!!!!!!!!!
TD Ameritrade which I use states about 81 mil outstanding. Is there a real figure or is everything speculative. What does NASD say is outstanding??????}
When I bought in float was supposedly at 23 mil, my research from yahoo stated 45 mil float, now you say 70 mil is the float. I gave my source, just what is your source???????? Is anything definitive???
According to Yahoo financials, there are 97.36 mil outstanding shares, and 45.78 mil are float, less than half. Could be interesting, especially with the people committed to voting yes.
+Good for you, I do believe you can see the long of the present situation. JMOO!!!
I have to agree with you, because we all knew that dilution eventually was inevitable, just to build and grow the business. Hypothetically, if ten billion is authorized, that does not necessarily mean that they will put them all on the market. If there is only a 23 mil float, and the rest of the 110 mil is not, I don't see us having a strong presence to deny the increase in AS. I for one would also vote yes. To each his own, it sure as hell beats a bankruptcy. One has to see thru the clouds to see the sun>
Baby steps at present, but I do believe something more formidable, enduring, and beneficial to the shareholders is on the horizon. This is just the beginning of a plan to bring Burck's ideas to fruition. Time and PATIENCE rule. Good lucks to all believers here!!!
I certainly am not enamored with the present situation, and I also have been finding the ongoing court snippets a little confusing. Information is limited as it should be in a court case with the possible outcome of failure or possible success regarding the company. I have to agree with Jugs opinion about the lack of info from Burck. The less said in this instance the better. Loose lips sink ships. For you younger bucks this was a very famous saying many, many years ago and it has proven to be true!! As I mentioned I am down, but I honestly believe not out. This will be a hold for me and from I can see many others. Good Luck to all longs!!!!!!
Because naive people like us think that there is still life left in this old mule. I am still holding, but I am not very optimistic.
I could be wrong, but I do believe Jaspers owns enuff shares to push this thru, the vote could be a joke. JMHO!!!
At the present time, I have to agree. But the future is in front of us, and we shall see!!
I certainly wouldn't call this a massive sell-off, so that tells me that there are still a majority of investors that find credibility in this stock, myself included. My options are limited, but I am still long! GLTA!!
Trading penny stocks is a game. Some go on to be successful to become traded on the big board, but the majority are tainted and you have to be very savvy to differentiate between the two.GLTA longs.
I too sold once and averaged down and got back some seed money, but I am sitting here at a loss. That is my whole point about trust with what we all believed in a possible ten bagger. My whole take on this is, I don't mind holding for a big one, but I am tired of the 99% that don't do squat. Nada, zilch, zero. Money can be made, but timing is of the essence. One missed and you are in the doghouse, plain and simple! All those previous flips for not!!!!
You could be right. There might just be a method to his madness!!!!!!! Whatever, I am holding, not as much as some that I know on this board, but I am staying true, one last time!!
True, but weren't we all looking for the quick buck??????????
The end isn't here yet, but when Sailormon posted his last post about a possible dismissal, and when Puge didn't attempt to try to dismiss the case, this spoke volumes to me.Burck's original statement saying that shares were originally brokered illegally seems to have fallen by the wayside. If it was or had a chance of being dismissed why in he hell would they want to increase AS to 10 billion shares, almost 100 times the present AS, unless they plan on paying the piper?????????? Something is amiss here, unless we decide to ignore it. I am not a happy camper, and neither should fellow shareholders be happy. !!!!!!!!!!
I know the feeling. I originally bought then sold when it upticked, then bought again, and I am still at a significant loss for me. I am getting tired of supporting these asshole free-loaders who purport to do great things with these stocks. I am with your thinking,if this doesn't recover(I am staying) that this will be my last donation to charity. The thieves in most of these stocks are getting smarter about ways to weasel around the laws and that does not bode well for anyone unless you are a day trader.I realize the SEC cannot be everywhere and investigate all the illegal actions of these people, but I find it getting a little ridiculous. I can find other ways to spend my money!!!
I have to agree with your assumption of having very educated or experienced traders on this board, something which I stated when I first joined this board. Experience or being an educated trader is a good talent to have, but when the people behind these penny stocks use more tactics that they have learned over the past, and growing, (and that seems to be W/O SEC scrutiny) anybody experienced or not can be taken to the cleaners. This is the second stinker that I have personally had and the last one also had educated traders on that board. At the present, I tend to believe TOO much faith was planted on Burck,s past history. Was he not told or did he not do HIS DD, who knows, but we are in a very compromising position to say the least. Is there hope, time will tell, but my instincts tell me otherwise. Thieves are thriving in this venue and eventually because of the complaints, I do believe the SEC will impose new laws, certainly not to be able eliminate, but at least slow done these thieves making a living off unsuspecting others.
I want to thank you for your update, and I think I speak for most on this board. This update could prove to be an early harbinger of good things to come. An eraly settlement maybe??????????
If the statement(which I have repeated many times) about unlicensed brokers selling the mentioned shares, then Puge has a very valid oral arguement going forward. JMHO!!! Wasn't this the whole gist of their response to the lawsuit??????
Maybe not N.H.LOL!!!!
You are right in one way, but Burck's rep is a plus here and W/O news momo goes nono. That is why I want this share mess to be resolved so Burck, or someone else can take this shell and move on.
Seriously would you want a past thief(literally) or a man with a very strong past running your business, c'mon that is common sense!!!
Sailormon hasn't posted since 12/31/15.
I do think that there are enuff longs here who believe and are chasing the golden fleece to stand pat until some semblance of order is restored regarding this co. I want to have this share bulls--t settled and I am anxious to hear Burck's plan for the future, which he stated was coming in the first of the year. Holdem!!!
The silence is deafening. C'mon Burck get this ship going!!!!!!
I have traded previous stocks with baggage, but this has gone above the norm, whatever that is for pennys! LOL!!!!I always believed that a professional was just that a person licensed with numerous experience and respected by his peers. If that is so and according to DD the brokers who sold the shares to Adar etc. were unlicensed. After reading this and other info, I too thought this would be a slam dunk. Maybe it will, time will tell. But, my original investment in this stock had some pretty high expectations because of this and also because of Burck's past reputation. I am a little disappointed at the present but still have faith although limited.
Yeah, scare tactic or not, with the baggage this has which I do not believe most people anticipated, this could be a time machine. And even then there is no guarantee of success. Who is the crook that is what it comes down too!!!
You sound like I feel, looking for something positive out of a negative situation. If they can't afford stamps or to e-mail investors, why or how can they afford a conference call????? This doesn't seem at the present time to represent too much value. I am in to win, and I guess time will tell.
