These guys who convert the shares usually convert at a price at least 50% below the lowest share price of a many days. I don't really think they care where they dump they make massive profit. That's my opinion anyway.

I think you are probably right that that some of the converted notes were likely held with ETRF. Although I would consider that dilution. It doesn't really matter if the dilutive shares have been counted into the float already or not they are still dilutive shares and they are still being dumped.

We don't need a buy back we need him to pay off all convertible notes. Non-deadbeat investors understand this.

Aren't we all, this won't be kept down here much longer IMO. Company really wants to maintain it’s QB status and needs to have this close above .01 & I’m betting they got the news to make that happen. Hoping for some of that acquisition news soon they certainly have the money now.

Some ideas to help VinCompass. You peeps need to find a new way to lower value two A/S raises just aint enough to take it .0001. What we need is a 100 for one R/S then maybe we'll get somewhere. Although props for filing late that was an awesome touch. You know now might be a good time for insiders to file to sell their shares into the float that could help this move down quicker. Also maybe some resignations could help as well. If the CEO could find a way to get arrested that could also be helpful. A DUI or murder, arson while wearing a clown costume maybe, doesn't matter be creative. Don't stop VinCompass you're so close to talking this to .0001.
