Are we closed on bankruptcy acquisition deal? The date was supposed to be May 31st. If the deal is closed, are we getting MSA status automatically.
XXII had a similar warrant overhang problem. Once that's cleared, the stock went up 500% in no time.
It's not that someone gonna buy VUZI, but FB has set an valuation benchmark for VR companies.
These glasses are running Andriod, and will be the poor man's google glass. They can easily write customized programs for these things. I suspect the company will be going in the Apple direction which profits from both hardware and software sales.
Will go up after hour, then gap up in the morning. Shorts will lose all their profits this time. Someone will have the revenge.
Insider Selling
Don't be alarmed. What you've seen is a daily occurrence among large and small companies. Our chairman and CEO has been making a modest salary all these years. They deserve to put on a new suit or a new car for taking us this far.
Our story has yet to be unveiled.
How's everyone doing? Feelg a bit nervous?
This puppy bears the hallmarks of a superbull. Looking back, all these high fliers have had corrections countless times of degrees more than 35% during their ascend to glory.
XXII Euphoria, are we there yet?
Anything less than one billion market cap is a steal. Getting roughed up for being a new comer on big board. Relax.
No volatility, No fun. I've been through the craziness of 1999 and 2008. I'm starting to smell smoke; it's not my first rodeo either:)
P.S. For those can't wait to sell, please do so now.
If not now, when? If not you, who?
Repeat after me..."22nd Century is the only company in the world capable of manufacturing tobacco cigarettes with less than one-half of one milligram of nicotine."
There aren't many companies being able to bear the title "ONLY". The ones that have already belong to the multi-billion market cap club.
Give this puppy some time to grow. There will be people touting, chasing, hating this company on CNBC a lot later.
Streak, I can't do a pvt reply. I would say, this ride has just begun. We are the only company that can modify nicotine levels. This alone can cause a spike if any regulatory news hit. We will be watching this baby like a hawk. But relax, we are not afraid of height.
Does it matter if this puppy goes down or up tomorrow? We are here for the long haul. We are here for a super spike.
The Longer The Night Lasts, The More Our Nightmares Will Be.
What's our worst case scenario? What will the SP be?
We don't need rational reasoning. Don't forget that TSLA sold a mere 23K cars in 2013, and the market cap is over half that of GM.
CANV... Can someone please educate me a little on this 2 billion company? It seems more puzzling than either XXII or Whatsapp. `
Really hope this baby crashed hard next week. Already got my powder loaded.
When this baby getting pumped by CNBC and starts running, it'll be much bigger than CANN today. Be patient.
Based on fundamental? FB, AMZN, TSLA... which one is really trading on fundamentals?
You rarely make big money buying on fundamentals these days.
You think ONVO probably has more appeal than XXII??
Wrong!!! ONVO is more like a science fiction with a nice story and no meaningful revenue in sight.
The notion that XXII will supply true "light" and "ultra light" cigarettes can send public into a buying frenzy.
"22nd Century Group today announced that its subsidiary Goodrich Tobacco Company has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Wilshire Marketing BV for the DUTCH MAGIC™ brand in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg, known as Benelux.
DUTCH MAGIC consists of two cigarette brand styles and two roll-your-own brand styles. Unlike “light” and “ultra light” cigarette brands, which essentially have the same nicotine content as full flavor brands, DUTCH MAGIC cigarettes have a nicotine content that is significantly reduced. The very low nicotine Dutch Magic brand style contains approximately 95% less nicotine than typical “ultra light” and “light” cigarettes."
Even pigs can climb trees!!! Look at TSLA... Well, our XXII can be just as disruptive as a Tesla.
Can someone in the industry tell us what's going on? We can only see the price action and SEC filings.
"One of the biggest advantages of investing in small-cap stocks is the opportunity to beat institutional investors. Because mutual funds have restrictions that limit them from buying large portions of any one issuer's outstanding shares, some mutual funds would not be able to give the small cap a meaningful position in the fund. To overcome these limitations, the fund would usually have to file with the SEC, which means tipping its hand and inflating the previously attractive price."
Judging from the volume and SEC filings, most institutional investors are not in yet.
There is not such thing as uplisting "priced in". Institutional investors will need to get in and provide a floor to SP.
Clarification:
"One of the biggest hurdles for an OTC stock to overcome are the restrictions for potential investors. For example, most institutional investors are restricted from OTC stocks. Therefore, it is irrelevant if an institutional investor favors the company because if restricted the investor would be unable able to acquire shares. In addition to the limitations of institutional investors, some retail investors are unable to buy the stocks due to the limitations of their firm.
Some online brokerage firms do not allow investors to purchase OTC stocks, and the firms that do allow investors to buy OTC stocks may only have a limited number of choices. These restrictions hurt the company by forcing it to lose out on millions of dollars in potential investments. On the contrary, if an OTC stock uplists, it presents great immediate upside for the stock as new investors have the option to acquire shares."
CEO was not lying I guess.
To Fred 'TULIP' Scott:
"At the peak of tulip mania, in March 1637, some single tulip bulbs sold for more than 10 times the annual income of a skilled craftsman." -wiki
Currently, XXII is sold for less than a Starbucks Tea Latte or a pack of cigarette.
We all love bubbles, especially the 'TULIP' type. The problem is finding one.
There will always be plenty of nicotine addicts. There will always be nicotine addicts who crave for less nicotine and tar. Our XXII is their answer.
Which exchange is better? NYSE or NASDAQ?
I would say there are more than 350 million people in China smoking. If you're a male, you're 95% chance of being a smoker. I doubt there are less than 50% of male among those 1.4 billion total population.
I've been waiting for over 6 months already. If you just got in yesterday, good for you.
Got my entire position under 1 this summer. All eggs in one basket. Been riding this ups and downs many times. Will add more after bonus.
Is there any negative information that we don't know about this company? If XXII is indeed this great, why market is not responding more swiftly? Isn't market always efficient?
