Just joined the SEEK train people. I've done some research into them and from what I have seen they have valid data per the sample study following the first commercial. I nor anyone here can say for sure whether a penny stock is a scam but this is gonna make a run and just be ready to hit sell at the top! Gonna make some good money here.

Just so you know, many many days this past couple months over 200 million shares were shorted.

I agree it's not all shorting that holds this down but it does play an enormous part in it.

Actually the increase that is known as dilution can be a positive thing if it is done for the right reasons. Bashers, shorts, and flippers use the term dilution to scare off people when in reality they don't even understand why dilution occurs.

Obviously dilution can be a bad thing, but in many cases dilution can actually help a company immensely.

Many reasons the A/S could have been raised. From a educated guess point of view the needs for additional capital could be endless.

Possible reasons:

1) Acquisition of a subsidiary and needed collateral for a loan.

2) No revenue, so raise A/S to continue business operations.

3) Payment of a note or loan that has come due.

4) In anticipation of big news or positive situation possible to raise the A/S to maximize capital on a possible run.

Honestly, you could play this game all day but until you hear from them it is literally all speculation.

I am a long, but its not surprising to see people sell a ton at 6s and 8s. Many people bought in at 2s and 3s, so for flippers im sure 100% or even 400% is pretty good gains. Yes this will go much much higher, but for your average flipper, I'm sure they are happy.

That's why close to 2 billion shares have changed hands this week...right.

Last time AS was increased it was to collateral a business loan...I wouldn't be suprised if this is just collateral again but thats just my opinion...

You are misleading people as to the nature of what was said. Paperwork must be submitted to the Nevada S.o.S for the proper legal process. She never said the SOS had anything to do with actually distributing the shares.

Those who have been here a while might notice how the buying and selling patterns are changing.

Share price dropping at the start of the day is a very good thing compared to shorts buying the price up at the beginning of the day only to cover at EOD and dump. This will reach low early then pop before the day is done IMHO.

I know. I'm not trying to attack him either. I like roi but he is saying the company including the 250 contract was the reason the pps didn't move and I'm simply disagreeing. I'm saying it didn't move because of manipulation. As I said in my previous post before your post agreed with me lol.

Apparently you fail to believe that this stock is being heavily manipulated.

The PPS has nothing to do with any financials, PRs, or any other material thing. IMHO the only thing that is dictating the price of this stock is BLATANT MANIPULATION by MMs and other disgruntled entities.

Those 100 share bid whacks have been reported to FINRA by multiple sources, and I anticipate that whoever is doing it will be held accountable in the very near future.

The more .0005's we buy, the less .0006's there will be guys...slap the ask, and lets get this thing soaring...

IMVHO, I believe we are seeing the final shorts trying to cover today. I believe the resistance today is much higher than it has been the past couple days and we may be seeing the very beginning of this major run we are all talking about. I believe by the end of today we may see the first glimpses of something special.
