Issue resolved. I upped my internet speed from 100 to 200. Made all the difference in the world. Now I have to pay 75 plus tax a month now. I need to get rid of Optimum and find another provider. Anyway, I am very happy with my Viva now! Just wanted to send my apologies for my frustration earlier.

My Roku smart tv was purchased 3 months ago. NOT the issue. Tried calling support, nobody there. Its funny, a payment was made from my paypal at 5 am this morning. Paypal is plenty funded and I see the transaction was successful. Now I have no service? If VIVA and Johnny are going to succeed, they better do more than they are. My fiance is hooking my cable back up today, she said enough is enough. Its getting hard to disagree with her. Serious red flags here folks. The lag is annoying too. I dont care how many channels I have, the little things are a big concern. I am a quality person where I work, and I expect better quality than this. Like I always say - you get what you pay for! Enjoy folks

Yes, works well on the phone. I'm just concerned that if they do not offer HD on their channels, many people will pass on them.
What is your take on the lack of high definition? I know they said they are working on the premium ones but I would to see all channels come in with a high def resolution.
I did a speed test 3 days ago. Latency was around a 68, more than enough. So there is something else going on. I have 1 smart tv with Roku built in and that seems better then the TV I have hooked to the box. I also want to see true HD signals. I am trying to like this company and it's product!
