My Roku smart tv was purchased 3 months ago. NOT the issue. Tried calling support, nobody there. Its funny, a payment was made from my paypal at 5 am this morning. Paypal is plenty funded and I see the transaction was successful. Now I have no service? If VIVA and Johnny are going to succeed, they better do more than they are. My fiance is hooking my cable back up today, she said enough is enough. Its getting hard to disagree with her. Serious red flags here folks. The lag is annoying too. I dont care how many channels I have, the little things are a big concern. I am a quality person where I work, and I expect better quality than this. Like I always say - you get what you pay for! Enjoy folks
