LUVU is one of the lower p/e sec compliant stocks around. Makes a move once a year into the .07 to .09 range. Thinking it has minimal downside and tremendous upside. Not for the impatient.
IONI with acquisition news. LOI only at this stage. I don't think now is the time to buy it but it does build interest for future moves.
LUVU - .022 PE of 7.33
This stock is about as boring as it gets until it is NOT.
I have watched it over the years and every year it makes a spike at some point into the .07 to .09 range. So far this year that has not happened. If history repeats itself it could be a second half play that offers some protection (Lower than normal P/E and small but consistent growth) and multi-bagger upside if it sees it's annual push.
I don't know why it has made a big move once a year. Maybe the co hires a newsletter to push it so that investors don't completely lose interest or maybe it has just been shareholders driving it up.
OK thanks.
I left you a message. It looks like it posted 5 seconds after the close. If it's not going to take place based on today's close please disregard.
The funny thing is the penny market is made up of post dilution plays.
Companies that don't dilute never get any interest.
Even low float profitable companies that you would think would rally on earnings get zero interest.
we might need a severe downturn before interest returns to the kind of stocks I like.
It used to be so much fun. Now so boring!
Tang?
What does the current share structure look like here?
I think I saw on one of the links you provided that the available shares is now over 1 billion. Is that right?
I see what OTC markets says but that appears to be old info.
Thanks.
Thanks. Anything have you excited at this time?
Anything good going on? SNYR Any feel for what the future brings?
Markets seem so boring and the stocks I like are completely out of favor.
Yeah they can also renegotiate the debt or get a new loan with better rates and pay off the previous notes. Becoming a cash flow positive company offers a lot of options.
Obviously the higher the pps the lower the number of shares needed for conversion.
Assume the worst but be happy if something better happens.
The only reason shares are available at current pps is the debt and notes issue and they only need to issue enough shares each q to pay off the payments. Not the whole debt. That is way it normally works anyway.
Buy the dilution and sell on spikes. Seems like the way to play it to me.
Yep. The worst president in history.
I can't believe the American people voted for him over that Genius he ran against.
Dumb as a box of rocks and an outright traitor.
I would assume that the reason they have been delayed is even more important than the fact they have been delayed.
The russian plant alt right Nazi pussy grabber just keeps chugging on.

I believe the paperwork involved when officers of a publicly traded company purchase shares is filing a Form 4 with the SEC.
Thanks for the Caddyshack reference.
I needed a laugh.
Comedy is dead.
Thanks. IF it gets cheap enough I might just have to make an entry because it is sure to explode IF and When the filings hit.
SPRT added at 1.55. Next bid 1.45. Down and down she goes where she stops nobody knows.
The next 3 quarters are going to be interesting.
As pointed out in the 8K, the 1st quarter would have been profitable without the one time expenses associated with the acquisition and the debt associated with VWES which no longer exists.
They previously said that the 2nd q would be the first profitable q.
And according to the 10Q the 3rd and 4th q's have the seasonally strongest revs.
If they have truly turned the corner and will be profitable going forward this is a ground floor opportunity.
I am going to find out. There are a couple of things I don't like.
Why aren't insiders buying shares?
VWES acquisition was a bad move. At least it is over and going forward there will be no losses from them.
Thanks. I guess a revival is a reinstatement? I don't know anything. Just saw this hitting my scanner a couple of days ago and was reading the board.
Will watch it for a little while and see if interest comes.
Was this reinstated? Anyone have a link?
Almost 2 mil. Thinking we see .06 in a few days.
SPRT
I bought a little at 1.75 and a little more at 1.65. Have a bid in at 1.55.
I don't know where the bottom is but eventually this should find it and rebound.
Unless more bad news is on the horizon and it would have to be some very bad news to justify dropping further.
IMO.
And now showing up on OTC markets.

Is this a real pr? Can't find it.
Nice revenue growth. I wish more of it hit the bottom line.
SOAN .0067
EPEG .085
PRTO .41
AETI .66
Soan .007
VEII in the low .02's. Shld easily get a double out of this at some point this year. AABB bought in the .008's a couple of times just to immediately flip for small gains. UUU and AETI. Both get low float spikes often. I got these two from No Name stocks. BSTO in the low .02's. Always easy money for the patient.
RCHN is one I have just started to accumulate. Fully taxed over .01 eps last q and trailing 12 month eps of over .02 and trading in the .03's. Are you kidding me. Low floater too. I likey and it has been a good one for me in the past.
TSMI is a flier I have a small position in as well.
Others I am accumulating to follow.
ESOA - hit a high in the 1.20's before selling off following last q's results. Not currently in this one.
ALPP hit a high of .068. Looking for a chance to get back in in the .02's.
QMCI hit a high of .18. I hope it sells off again at some point so I can re-enter.
STCC hit a high of .10 but I am still holding and trying to accumulate more. Thinly traded but a really nice stock with a chance to grow into something in the future.
SNYR doesn't seem to be generating a ton of interest yet but if they can follow up last q's results with another strong q it should soar. They seem to be saying that future results will be good in their last earnings pr.
Sold NNUP for a tiny gain. Just didn't like the way it was trading.
