At my local store they are in the same isle as the batteries. I always stop by to see how many are on hand when I go through and it is always changing so I know they are selling. The big thing around here in Nebraska is with storm season hitting hard this year there will be more people talking about these cool little guys to their friends after they saved them a stubbed toe. I passed gave out Eco-I-Lite's I picked up from Home Depot as Christmas present's last year and those were well received. Almost every one I sent them to then liked the facebook page when I showed them where to find it.
I call it money and time well spent.
Kinda wonder how much having the conference call transcript getting posted had to do with this. Seems like someone really liked what they saw in print (not that I can blame them I have great expectations for this company). I am not a major player by any means, only have so much I can risk, but I can't see any other penny's I would consider having this much potential. All sign's are positive here to me.
And every time I go through my local Costco I make sure to tell whomever happens to be in the isle how cool the 10 LED wallplates are
Actually they are 10 LED, they use 6 of them during power on night light mode and when the power goes out they use the other 4. Tried this with one at home by simulating a power outage by plugging it in then unplugging it.
broke the 40's
A quick internet search would probably answer what IDK means. but some times they can be kinda fickle so I don't know if it will for sure or not.
Well since nobody bit on my outlandish bid yesterday I figure I would put it in a bit more palatable today. There are now 425,000 shares sitting at $0.0001 should someone be interested.
I see this about the middle of the screen, wonder if this is related
We have been advised of instability in some financial system feeds and that repairs are underway
Guessing it is as bogus as the 1 cent per share thing that happened at one point a while back (gotta say the account looked real good for awhile there till it got corrected, by the next day it wasn't even a blip on the graph though). Just a fantasy, but a guy can dream right.
had my wife put in a sell order for 100,000 shares at .0034. Figure what the hell right
While I do have share's, technically my money isn't gone forever. I have only been at the game for 6 months or so but I learned early on to sell off enough to cover the investment after it moves enough to make it worth it, while still keeping shares in case it does go places. Just seems prudent to me.
If there is some kind of proof that the SEC and FINRA are really satisfied then perhaps, but for now the only thing I see out there is a post from some unknown person on a message board. Until such time as it comes from an official source it is just hearsay.
Guessing the AC Kinetics collaboration was a slight change in direction for them then. Getting every last drop of power out of a small battery. Only question I have now is are they a screw in adaptor or do they actually replace lighting fixtures (or both???)
CAPC Big news about a new product from a collaboration between Capstone Companies Inc. and AC Kinetics
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/capstone-companies-assigned-power-failure-150000892.html;_ylt=AwrBJR.crfNSoDkAqejQtDMD
Actually as a guy with a degree in electronics if I were to bet on what could be a power failure product that could use the experience of engineers who have created more efficient use of AC power in motors I would lean toward it being a more efficient generator. The process of generating electricity is effectively just the opposite of using it (not exactly, but close enough).
I do wonder if they have a synergistic relationship as well, looking at the possibility of expanding a new division in the company to include a power controls division. Then they could be working on a new model VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) that integrates the AC Kinetics algorithms. In that case using the production capacity that Capstone already has built and integrating in the engineering capabilities of AC Kinetics. In that case they could be in direct competition with the likes of Rockwell Automation and Fujitsu.
I still see good things in the near future either way.
Don't think it is an inventory reduction thing. They have been there in the battery isle for some time and there was a steady flow of them out the door. I made sure to check every time I went in. This I think is just a "hey check this out" kind of sale considering it is sandwiched in between a display of Duracell batteries and Samsung TV's.
Oh and on a personal note : GO SEAHAWKS!!!
Was just shopping at Costco and they had the 10 LED wall plates in a big display right at the entrance. They were on sale 14.99 for a 3 pack I believe.
Don't get me wrong I do still have some shares here and with OLIE too so I am not out of the game either, but I did trade in such a way that my cash currently invested is minimal. For me the big red flag was seeing in the SEC filings that OLIE had done was that their business plan had them being a music production company. That did't really jibe with what they were doing so I had a feeling I didn't want much skin in the game, though I left enough in just in case (I suppose you can still technically hold out hope that the SEC will find them to be legit, but don't hold your breath). In the future I would recommend really looking over a company, if the SEC filings don't fit what they are doing, if the company is showing signs of massive diluting (HSCO was a perfect example of that, there was tens of millions of shares being traded, but the share price was not moving more than a couple points only to fall back down, note in a company that is properly filing they will file a form when they are going to add new shares).
Note, I have only been at this a few months and I am just learning to recognize the patterns too but I can say there are a few stocks down here in the penny's that do look like legitimate companies (and I do have a couple that I really like, one of which I know is real because I can go to a local store and buy their products), but there are a lot of shells just looking to take your money too.
Oh and never forget rule #1 of trading any stock (from the lowest penny to to mightiest blue chip) never invest more than you can afford to loose.
Just an FYI, they restocked the mini ecoILite's that I bought out for Christmas present's at my local Home Depot and the 10 LED wall plates they have at my local Costco have been selling well. In the last few weeks since I first noticed them there they have sold off probably 2/3 of the pallet load they had on the shelf.
Walmart has been a bit disapointing, but they only have a few of them and didn't even take the time to make a placard for them, just wrote the price on the box with a marker.
I still feel like this stock is like a rocket on the pad just waiting for someone to light a fuse.
Finishing up the acquisition of MVP Holdings

Good time to get the future acquisition here in HSCO while it is still dirt cheap
I do kind of expect at least some kind of a bounce when the audit report comes back, or as we get closer to the late feb FINRA filing date. I do figure those things will happen anyway.
While I wont say you are lying, I can say it has now been 14 hours since you posted that Zoyes was convicted of fraud, and there is no peep of anything new. You can go back many years and find some, but nothing new.
As for the question who he is, he was the former CEO of HSCO, but stepped aside for William White in October after the acquisition of NDMI, and all the OLI* stuff has started since then. From what I know of his past as reported on the net is that it has been, well, colorful. Will let you do your own research from here.
OK, so there are typically 2 reasons I have found to do a reverse split. You have diluted your shares to a point that the PPS is in the sub micro's and to try and bring in more investor money you need to have room to let it fall again.
The second is to raise the PPS to the point that you can begin the process to be listed on one of the major exchanges. Nasdaq requires $4 and I don't know that the other major exchanges look to be a good fit. If this is the case and a reverse split of 20 to 1 is being used to raise the PPS to NASDAQ levels they would need to get the current PPS up to $0.20 before the split.
Do note I am not a stock guy and have only been playing around with this a few months so there could well be things I am not seeing. Will be interesting to see what the day holds
Ameritrade looks to be showing a last second post market trade to 0.0021 on the chart.
On Facebook today there was a post from Richard Sherman of the Seattle Seahawks talking about how he has been learning the fine art of trading stocks so I mentioned in a reply post about ACGX and it's big news of the day, along with a couple other stocks I am in (all 3 up today BTW )
Also since he said that all the money he was making in the market was going to a charity I made sure to clue him in to Print4aCause too.
Not sure why this is running but I am not arguing any
0.0078 PPS, and that is if the company's only asset was the 3,000,000 they made last quarter with a float of 385,295,546. I know I am new at this but I am fairly sure the math for that isn't that hard. Add in the other assets and yea, copper land is where it should be.
Funny thing is I think I know where some of the cheap shares that sold today went, guessing someone goofed and sold on market instead of limit. I had been showing the 4 function Eco-I-Lite around to my co-workers at work and telling them the story of how I came to find them by getting into penny stocks, many of them seemed interested in going out and getting some. One of them said they had some money sitting in their stock account just looking for somewhere to place it. We were chatting this morning and they indicated that they put in a bid but wasn't moving so was going to adjust it up tonight. Looks like they don't have to worry about that now, will confirm tomorrow at work.
Just gotta keep up with the networking folks, Capstone products sell themselves, as long as people find out they exist.
According to their last quarterly report on Edgar:
Overview
We are a development stage company with limited operations and no revenues from our business operations. We do not anticipate that we will generate significant revenues until we are able to market and sell primarily our proposed remote post-production music production services and generate customers. Accordingly, we must raise cash from sources other than our operations in order to implement our marketing plan.
“Post Production” music services include, but are not limited to, sound engineering, mixing, and all aspects of creating a piece of music save for the actual original recording. For example, if singer records as song with a guitar, a post production engineer can add other instruments, sound effects and harmonies during post production. Modern digital technology permits post production to be done anywhere in the world.
In our management’s opinion, even though the music industry is concentrated and dominated by large recording companies they believe that there is a market for reasonably priced “Post Production” music services, especially among independent musicians who have a limited amount of funds to produce their music.
We have raised approximately $40,000 from our shareholders. We believe that we will need to raise an additional approximate $60,000 in order to allow us to begin our market development and sales activities and to remain in business for twelve months including the costs related with being a public company. There is no reasonable expectation as to when revenues may be generated. At the present time, we have not made any arrangements to raise additional cash to finance our operations. We may seek to obtain additional funds through a second public offering, a private placement of securities, or loans. Other than as described in this paragraph, we have no financing plans at this time.
I have a bachelors degree in electronics with a good background in AC motor controls, think they would take my resume?
there are 9 million on the table at 3 right now, clearly you are not gobbling them up fast enough
Still not sure if this is the most clever pump and dump I have seen or the start of something big. I bought in on the way up and sold off enough to cover when it was peaking, but kept enough just in case it is real. Guess only time will tell what is real with this one.
Personally I would think the silence is a good thing. Based on everything I have seen I would imagine that they are working through the final details of something big. Patent on the S1000, merger, or anything where minor details can have major consequences if they happen to get out and since this company had always had a history of being open to suddenly go quiet tells me it is something big.
Personally I love this stock. I can't think of too many things in penny land that I can actually walk into a Home Depot, Walmart, Costco, etc and actually find their products on the shelves. I think this company is just now hitting it's stride and deserves much attention.
I can say I made Christmas gifts to many of my friends and family of Eco-I-Lite's I found at Home Depot. Just a few days ago I sen't out a request to like the Facebook page for Capstone, nearly everyone I sent one to accepted the like, almost every one I had not sent one to did not. It really shows how having the product in hand so you can see it's usefulness is key to getting recognition.
Recently I picked up some of the bigger Eco-I-Lite's at Costco and was demonstrating at work. Had quite a few people who seemed interested in buying them afterward.
Just goes to show, if you want to protect your investment it is worth your time and effort to get out and network a bit. Just remember, you really are not working for free if the stock goes up.
