Can somebody be so kind as to explain whats going on with the bankruptcy? Its been 5 years or so now and I was wondering if any of the preferred had a shot of receiving a payout. (If so which and an estimate as to when). Is there a point to buying any of these securities at this stage?
What is the source for this image?
You're adorable with your sarcasm. have fun playing this short
to pronew (i cant pm)
The 0.05 figure is calculated by dividing 5.00 by 92
As I stated earlier the divy is worth 0.05ish a share based on the current bid of 5.00 on AFFWD. That means anything from here is 150%+ and thats assuming the mj card is worthless, which it obviously is not
I see where you get the 66 million number from, however your calculation of 0.0075 is absolutely silly. You're assuming Primarq has absolutely 0 value when doing so.
AFFWD big has been increasing slowly all day. Now sitting at 5,00/share. Assuming that bid holds the dividend is worth 0.054347/ share. In that 5 divided by the 92. This is just free money and those who are short will be forced to pay out this divy
Either they are producing revenues or have secured financing of sorts
0.012 is the breakout trigger to watch here.
Anybody happen to catch the Marani/Vogue pictures? They were posted here. on Zodiac's fb page. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.751111548233990.1073741830.708576999154112&type=3
Hi sorry I cant respond to PM, can you send me your email there and we can talk this way?
Thanks for your help! Sorry I dont know much on American regulations.
Thanks, but why does it still show a hold on the database?
I already have my position, its quite large. I would just like to know what is going on considering how much I have been invested here.
Did they give you an update on how the licence is going?
The older bottles started to sold but Marani had to pull their advertising and marketing for a few years due to internal conflicts, before it took off. So there is a bunch of leftover stock floating around
its likely they wish to clear out old stock to allow space for new vodka. Especially considering the old bottoles have been sitting around for sometime.
yeah nobody puts vodka and milk together, that is absolutely insane . A crazier thought would to mix coffee in with that and call it oh I dont know a White Russian.
Pardon my ignorance to this point, but can somebody explain how this letter of credit works? I am glad the CEO is releasing some more details to the public but I dont fully understand it.
I find it funny that people dissmiss the notion of shorting on here. As of 13/12/2013 329,553 shares were reported to be short on the name. That does not include in anyway the shares that were shorted above 2 cents and covered lower, shares that are unreported short through offshore firms, or the shares used to box in the price on L2. The latter I know I have seen on the price action. Link: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MRIB/short-sales
Often times when a stock makes a large run from triple 0s it takes weeks... even months of consolidation before a second run to get out all the old money from the name. People likely have profits for 50.000+ here and have no issues with selling with such a large gain. If you want to see a parallel look at NTEK It ran from a similar range up to 0,025 if I remember correctly. Then it consolidated at around a penny much as MRIB is now before it really broke out to 0,17. I think patience is key here. I'm not suggesting this will be trading up to 0,17 but all I am saying is that things dont go vertically up
Whats up?
So I am entirely new to this Ihub site, but have been following this company for sometime.... back when they were trading above a dollar. I have been building a position this whole time since it broke back above a penny. Reading through many of the posts here there seems to be a good deal of doubt, which is understandable and a good deal of over-exuberance which I suppose is understandable as well.
The company without a doubt used to sell vodka in California and a few other places as well. My read on what happened is that even though the company was able to secure financing (see the Julis Bær fund) There were internal conflicts with the CEO and her family which caused them to go dark and 000 for sometime. I think the many doubts people have regarding "Why hasnt it taken off yet, they have been around for sometime" can be adressed by this. It would appear based on recent PR that the company is finally getting things back together and I would speculate that they should easily clear some financing based on prior relationships. Often times companies can use their contracts (Brazil and the DR) as basis for this financing as opposed to undergoing dilution to ensure the demand can be satisfied. The company has been admittedly vague to this point, but I feel that many of the questions floating around here should be answered soon. They have a unique product that given enough time and exposure should sell very well. Well that's just my read on it.
Good Luck!
