2 trades for 490 total shares for $0.60 grand total so far today. Big money is pouring in lol!!!
There is nothing wrong with folks using "scam" to describe this "company" - I can't think of a more appropriate term for it.
What a freaking joke this so-called "company" is!!!
Agree - I think you should wait until $0.0001 before getting in.
Yes, it's the beginning of the end. This is no Zicam lol.
500 shares @ $0.0019 = 95 CENTS trade. Even if there is no commission, who would be dumb enough to do this trade except for insider scammers who try to pop up the pathetic POS? Or someone found a dollar in his pocket and decide to be an ITNS shareholder. LOL
There is dream and then there is naivety and blindness.
Can't believe people are cheering this POS at 0.00159 - that's two zeros behind the decimal point and soon will be three lol
Keep dreaming but ain't going to happen.
Yes, you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig.
1,000 shares traded today = $1.80 total. That's the price of a coffee at McDonalds. Are you kidding me??? What a joke this is!!!
There is no "them" - this is just a part-time gig for Mark Cheung when he is not practicing law. They have no employee and is basically a "half-man band."
Whopping $18 worth of ITNS traded today?? LOL! This stock should be delisted.
lol - air infomercials with products they can't make and with money they don't have.
Couple of suggested questions: How many total shares are outstanding at this time, how many free shares did they issue to themselves in the last two years, and how many of those free shares did Cheung personal sell during that period.
Plus they don't have any money to pay for the air time for the ads.
Sure, they have a great record of getting things right - just look at Paramount, AppRocket, and Cloud9. Emesyl will just be another flash in the pan and will disappear like the others.
Looks like "Dead Cat Bounce" is over quickly.
New intraday low of 0.0019 - down 20%!!! Does anyone know how many zeros after the decimal point can a stock have before it gets delisted?
Wow 0.001s are here and falling like a rock!!!
Waiting to read the obituary.
Emesyl no longer available on Amazon - game over.
Now I am all worried and won't be able to enjoy my weekend. And ITNS still has no pulse LOL
Today's chart reflects ITNS' pulse - none/dead
Glad I waited - now the dollar I found last week can buy 400 shares of ITNS instead of 300. Maybe I will wait another week to pick up 500 or even 1000 shares instead...
ITNS should provide all shareholders with free Emesyl to treat the nauseating effect from watching the PPS sink like a rock.
Just found a dollar on the ground - maybe I can use it to buy 300 shares of ITNS just for the fun of it, or I can keep that for another week or two and get 500 shares instead.
Don't get too excited - that's just Cheung using his kid's lunch money to buy a few thousand shares to pop up the price at the close.
Today's stock chart shows a flat line with no pulse - ITNS can RIP now. And less than 30K shares traded for less than 200 bucks??? What a joke!!!
Maybe it is an INTERNAL ITNS agreement between Cheung and Hensley to advertise and there is no other party involved and hence the omission... LOL!
But look at the bright side - stock losses are still tax-deductible so the lower this goes, the bigger the deduction next year.
Nice try backpedaling... FDA does not regulate nor have the resources to police homeopathic products. An NDC registration simply means paying a fee and getting a number; FDA does not conduct a background check on the submitter.
I don't know what kind of outfit hcpro.com is and what is the basis of its write-up, but according to LA Times, "(w)hen marketing efforts failed, in part because of the lack of clinical data demonstrating the product’s usefulness, Hensley promoted Vira 38 as a medication to fight the H5N1 virus, which causes bird flu, according to the indictment."
Bagholders will choose to cling onto anything to believe this is not a scam....
Let's see - a 30-second commercial spot on local TV costs between about $200 to $1,500 according to:
http://smallbusiness.chron.com/much-television-advertising-really-cost-58718.html
So 10,000 spots will cost between $2-15 million to air. Chump change for ITNS with about $200 in the bank and a market cap of less than a million. To put this in perspective, this is equivalent to Apple saying it will spend $2-15 trillion on TV advertising based on a market-cap comparison. It's one thing to blow hot air, but it's another to sound ridiculous. LOL!!!
Wrong, homervb - FDA did not approve Emesyl - ITNS applied for and got a NDC number, which has nothing to do with FDA approval. Anyone can apply for and get a NDC number; others have posted about this issue before.
http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/EnforcementActivitiesbyFDA/SelectedEnforcementActionsonUnapprovedDrugs/ucm119742.htm
"FDA makes information available to the public about drug establishments and products through the NDC Directory. The NDC Directory is limited to prescription drugs and insulin products. The NDC, a unique ten-digit number, serves as a universal product identifier for human drugs in commercial distribution. FDA assigns the first five digits (known as the labeler code) and the registrant assigns the last 5-digits (known as the product and package code). Assignment of an NDC number does not denote approval of the product."
The government did and convicted him of felony.
"When marketing efforts failed, in part because of the lack of clinical data demonstrating the product’s usefulness, Hensley promoted Vira 38 as a medication to fight the H5N1 virus, which causes bird flu, according to the indictment."
He has a history of promoting drugs that didn't work, or worse yet, are harmful to users.
"In the 1990s, Hensley obtained patents for a zinc-based gel that was marketed as a cold remedy under the brand name Zicam. The product was originally made to be applied inside the nose with a swab. In 2009, the FDA ordered Zicam's manufacturer, Matrixx Initiatives of Scottsdale, Ariz., to stop selling the product because it damages users' sense of smell"
Yes and he also has experience being arrested for illegally marketing drugs without FDA approval.
With a few hundred dollars in their bank account, maybe the principals can mortgage their houses or issue another 100-200 million shares of their almost worthless stock.
I know - he can argue until his face is blue but like you said - just look at the PPS for this POS - won't be surprised at all if it drops below 5 this week.
What proof? I didn't see any "verified purchases" on AMZN - did you?
Not sure what that proved - if you squirt distilled water in your nose in a dry climate and it will feel refreshing, and you can save yourself that little burning sensation.
