Wonder how long it will take to hit bottom again?
My bet is 6 months.
It's fake debt and it's part of the scam.
The "Debt" is actually owed to the majority stock holder. The assets they bought were worth maybe $1000, which they "buy" from other companies they owned for "millions". When you sell to yourself you can name the price.
So the majority stockholders just dump off their shares as much as possible, they don't really care about the price. Because when they get low on shares, they just take "payment on the debt" in the form of....more shares.
You'll see announcements every now and then to drum up interest, but it'll be really weak stuff, people will cry it's "going to the moon" and it might go up a little on weak volume, but the majority of the volume will be them dumping off at the lower prices.
I try to warn people, but most don't listen.
You didn't ride it for much volume if you did.
Because it's a scam.
I've been telling people for years what they do. The majority stockholders are the same ones who own the debt of the company. They do nothing but pump up fake news/events so that they can dump their shares off.
There is a small spike in price, but the majority of it is them selling at the lower price and/or taking whatever they can get.
When they get low on stock, they just issue themselves more as debt payment. The things they "buy" are often times extremely overpriced, like they'll say a website worth about $500 is worth $1 million and sell it to themselves via another company they create.
This R/S was light. When they first took over the company a few years ago they R/S it up to $3 a share. They dumped it all the way down to what it was, and now back up to 50 cents.
I haven't looked at the details, maybe the debt is now gone and they sold the stock off to a new company, but if the debt hasn't changed then the same scam is on.
good luck.
Can't say I'm surprised it hasn't gone anywhere obviously.
It's a scam, it's always been a scam. It's a shell company that puts out fake news from time to time so the majority stock/debt holders can dump their stocks.
You promote the stock after you buy it so you can then dump it on the people you promote too. It's literally the oldest trick in the book.
You don't need to promote stocks that aren't scams.
Oh no, it went into the crapper again, who could have guessed?
Yeah, it's the same thing year after year and still people try to tell me otherwise. It's always been a scam stock, always will be.
Why would it matter to me?
As I said, the scam is in the low levels. When this thing has volume at a higher level, wake me up. Until then, I see nothing new that hasn't been happening for the past 5 years - actually, I see less now than usual.
Well if that ain't the story of DEAC I don't know what is.
Always "tomorrow".
Everything I say is the truth. You may not like my reasons for doing it, but what I say is true regardless.
Will you be the first that comes back in a month and admits I was right?
A few years ago they screwed over the few employees they had and didn't pay them a few months of salary.
It doesn't matter to me if it happens, the scam is in the low levels. If someone comes along and buys at the top and gets screwed, I'm not the one who's losing money.
But it won't be many or for very much money, as usual.
Spikes don't mean a thing without volume.
As I keep saying, the owners are dumping their shares off for any price they can get. The stock will spike at times, but never with any real volume.
The majority of the money is exchanged at the lower prices, which is where the real scam is.
Not to mention, you're already behind the hype curve. If this was a legit play, the time to get in was months ago.
The volume fell off, what a shock.
I've been following this stock for years, they've been trying to reverse split for years.
It's a fact that they've been trying to R/S for almost 2 years now.
What's ridiculous is trying to pretend otherwise when it's 100% documented.
R/S is what they have been trying to do for 2 years now.
That's a fact.
Yep, been around many years.
Watched many people get screwed over. Funny thing, they all act like winners, then it fizzles out and you never see them come back and talk about how they lost their rears.
So, I'm sure I'll be here by myself again next month like usual.
They want to reverse split and have been doing this for like 2 years now.
The debt is fake for the most part. It's just a way for the majority shareholders to funnel shares back to themselves after they dump them all out here.
Sure, you're the guy who gets the little bit of volume at the top.
I remember when this stock was $3 a share.
Learn how to play the game? I'm a former employee/insider. This stock is a scam and is ran by a couple of scammers named Tony and Sarah Baker. Seriously the 2 worst people I've ever met in my entire life. Like not even kidding a little.
The game is you are going to end up screwed just like the majority of people, unless you are an insider. All you have to do is look at the volume in the former charts to see the truth.
What they do is sell bullshit assets to themselves for millions of dollars. They create something you could buy for like $1,000 and then they sell it off to the company for millions of dollars in debt(because you can make it whatever number you want when you are selling it yourself). This "debt" is then used as a way for the insiders/owners to give themselves more stock as needed in order to dump off you people such as yourself. They'll just take the stock as "debt payment".
But go ahead, it's your money. Get bent over like the rest of them. You aren't on the right side of the funnel. At best you're looking for crumbs off the table, more likely - the crumbs you see are just the bait.
Because it's part of the scam.
It's the same thing every single time. They'll release some fake news, the price will go up, but there won't be volume because most people are stupid enough to pay higher prices.
Meanwhile, the insiders are dumping their shares off to people such as yourself at low numbers because that's where the volume is and their shares are free. All on the promise of higher prices, but again - there is NEVER even a fraction of the volume required for the people who are loading up now to sell theirs off for a profit.
It's how they make a living. Seen it personally.
And then the volume will suck, and it'll go back down like always.
Anyone interested in investing in this stock should look at the volume in those charts. When the prices go up, the volume is crap. The bulk of the volume comes at 1's and 2's because that's the majority stock holders dumping off their stock.
100% scam.
Might get a filling late notice if lucky.
Wonder what scam they'll come up with next.
Seems unlikely. They use to come up with a new fake business every 6 months to pump.
They couldn't get it approved.
The debt is by design and on purpose(aka fake).
Here's how this scam works.
Tony and Sarah Baker are the majority stockholders. They are the ones who make all the decisions and such.
The way that debt is created is they create a website that's basically worthless, maybe worth $5k at most, then they sell it to their stock company "DEAC" for $1 million or whatever. And then that debt goes on the books. Most of their "assets" actually came from another stock, SMAA that they also own.
So now they are free to dump off and sell their stock as much as possible. And when they want more, they just "accept payment" of that debt in the form of shares, thus allowing them to sell off as much as they can, and then use the debt to replenish their stocks.
So they do not want to get rid of that debt, nor will they.
And they'll R/S as soon as it's allowed. That way they can take the stock up to $3 or whatever($3 last time) and it's much easier to constantly sell the stocks under the current ask, making people think they are getting a deal. But they aren't being allowed to do it for whatever reason - which is probably a good thing.
no proven facts? Do you want me to list all the pump and dumps this stock has had over the past 4 years?
I mean it started out at $3 a share back when I worked for them. That was the auto industry. They flaked out of that, then it was the casino machine business in some island chain.
Although I must admit that may have been before or after they claimed to be a an android gaming company with a bunch of games that were going to get released....but then nothing was heard for 6 months and then they just move on to the next PR release.
And of course this is only one of their stocks. There is a whole other list of failed "ventures" over the years.
But of course there is 1 constant, and that is that they always owe debt to Tony and Sarah. Which are occasionally "paid" for by giving them shares. All decisions are made by them because they own the majority of shares. You'll see there are no public votes because they don't have to vote.
Here's another fact: When they couldn't pay my salary, they actually blamed me for not having paperwork done for stocks so I could be selling off my shares for income. I coming from a real business that generated millions in revenue every year wasn't in a hurry because I make real businesses. These guys couldn't even keep things together for 6 months because they were constantly flaking out. Owned a bar, but they ran it out of business.
They are scammers and incapable of putting together a real business.
This is not speculation, this is their history.
I've been watching this stock for about 4 years now and watched it go from $3 down to what it is now.
It's what they do and will continue to do.
I mean who else do you think it selling their shares right now? It's either people who bought in at .0001 and lower cashing out because they aren't dumb and they know it's not going to do any real volume at higher numbers - so they will make money, or it's insiders who get dump this stock off as much as possible as a way of living.
And now they are just looking for another way to reverse split to make it easier to dump stock off so they can have a sell to go under - as it's all worthless in reality.
These people are huge flakes and this is just a shell company. A few short bursts of hype every 6 months to a year is as good as it gets.
Do you guys really think you are going to get volume at higher prices?
You do understand this is just insiders and people who bought at .0001 dumping off their shares right?
I was there when they took this stock over and R/S it to $3 a share years ago.
There is no real business, it's all done in the majority shareholders living room, and the CEO is nothing more than a name on paper in my experience.
I looked on the company sheets and Tony and Sarah are still on there as having debt owed to them and I see nothing that suggests they still aren't the ones doing everything behind the scenes as usual.
I worked for them and it was directly to the majority stockholder, not anyone listed in official paperwork. When they took over this stock, all the did was sell their own assets to themselves through another "company"(they create new ones almost daily it seems like) for outrageous prices - like millions of dollars for a site that wouldn't sell for $5k on the market because when you are selling them for yourself you can do that, and they use that "debt" to issue themselves more stock as needed as "payment" for the debt.
And of course, they dump those stocks here while occasionally paying themselves for the pump promotions or some other company - with stock, that they themselves dump.
That's the cold hard truth about the people who run this scam. They have no trouble screwing people over, and anyone who's an insider will know all about "tommorow" with them. Everything is happening "tommorow"....day after day after day.
Pure scammers.
The majority shareholders just dump their shares off, then reup their shares through fake debt to themselves.
I use to work for them, they are scammers. Unless you have inside knowledge, you are most likely going to lose money.
They are in the business of selling shares, it's how they make their living. They tried being a real business, but they are too flaky and in the end they didn't even pay their employees.
That would be very surprising.
Well, I guess when it's already at the bottom it doesn't matter if the rest of the market crashes.
We'll see, but I haven't really seen any press releases or anything that makes it seem like they are actively doing business.
Those people are just names, they don't really do anything.
It's not like there is a real business here.
