Spoke, I do resent the slur of the term Mossies. That term refers to a specific group of long time investors and origional investors that posted on the message boards. I don't know that any of them are currently buyers or receiving warrants. If you can name a mossy that received warrants I'd be very surprised.
So let's suffuce it to say you are refering to big backers (no mossy I know would qualify as a current big backer.)
Ernie
I had an email that expressed a misunderstanding about what I said earlier about Hellosoft etc not being involved. Let me clarify by adding "in a scam"
Ernie
I guess that proves that if a person has a dishonest mind....and are more than willing to compromise their personal integrity for money...then that person just naturally assumes that everyone else is willing to do the same. That's too bad because he really is a fairly decent guy.
At the conclusion of your last message to me you said, Have a nice day. I replied simply "et tu" it means "and you" from Ceasar's famous quote "et tu, Brute"
So I simply was saying have a nice day to you, but you seemed to have taken it wrong and got riled.
I see you understand the message I've been sending about all who see nothing but evil in management and everything they do and say. I agree that they have deceived us in the past. I personally have been hurt by some of that deception. I have seen so much worse by other management of this company and others that this pales in comparison. I have tried to forgive this and look at what I expect out of the company. I do not believe Hellosoft, Asiakey, Tom Cooper, etc are involved. I do not excuse these deceptions even if I understand the motivation.(To keep the shareholders believing, supporting, and keep the company alive)
I still believe they have the tech and are trying to bring it to the market. I still the believe the tech is valuable to the telcos in comparison to other techs. I feel that even if it's not as superior to other techs as we would hope there is still a market for competing techs to competing telcos. It wouldn't then be the disruptive tech that was once touted and with all the outstanding share value is terribly diluted from where we had hoped to be. However, in spite of all this I think the investment is still viable, and has tremendous upside from these levels.
Ernie, faded but not gone.LOL
Well I guess I have used up my 2 cents worth, so I'll fade off for awhile.
Good luck all, Ernie
I have seen the same word in many posts go through without comment, but if you like delete the post. You have the power.
Ernie
et tu Elderwolf
Wow, I hit a nerve there. I have called no one a name.I haven't even named anyone. I haven't even said they/you were wrong. I have only stated my opinion, and that peoples opinions and reactions are colored by their own internal filters.
I feel that there could be a pretty good upside to this stock if they deliver it (at last) as promised. If they don't and I lose I can live with it. I have never told anyone to buy. So, I don't feel I am pumping. In fact if anyone makes a decision to buy based on anything I say I would think that was foolish.
I do resent those twisting people's arms to sell based on their opinion.
Ernie
It's nice that you have "ALL" the facts so we know this is not in your humble opinion.
I just don't feel that people of Brad's credentials and companies like hellosoft would be betting their reps on a pure scam. More the question is if it can be perfected, manufactured and sold therein lies the risk. IMHO

Quote of the day (sic)
If all you sense stinks maybe your at the wrong end of the elephant.
I had a thought comparing those on this board (or probably any other) with the three blind men trying to describe an elephant. If everything you sense stinks you may be at the wrong end of the elephant. You still know it eats (consumes shares) by the very nature of the animal. If your at the other end of the elephant you still know it has a s***hole and stinks but your not emersed in it. Anywhere else on the animal you know by the nature of it being an animal that it both eats and s**ts (consumes shares and makes mistakes) Anywhere else and you probably don't know what is going on in between. ie How much energy is being exerted to accomplish exactly what. All this is more difficult because of the thick hide.
All this goes along with what I have said about what comes out of a person tells more about what is going on inside them than what they are talking about. We all filter what we perceive through our own disposition and expectations.
Bill, you and I will just have to disagree on the assumption. I assume they have the tech. I don't think they could fool as many as have stated such.
The second part as to if they can sell it especially as other techs are catching up is more the question for me. I am still willing to wait and see.
Also, I believe this board and others like it do have an influence. I believe you do too, or what is the point of your countless posts to save potential investors. If you do "save them from this investment" then the stock is being affected. If it isn't being affected take a break and enjoy yourself as your wasting a lot of time here.
Ernie
I am enjoying my life just fine thank you. I enjoy my work and my family. I have a decent house (with good equity and no other debt)and a couple of decent vehicles. I don't need much more. It would take a lot more to make me happier. If I got what I used to expect out of this I would probably travel around to help build Homes for Humanity.
I find it curious that a naysaer would moderate the board and spend so much time trying to talk people out of investing. This should the anti-RSMI board.
Ernie
GOOD MORNING RSMI INVESTORS
Well my take on recent movement is that most of us would have been happy and surprised to have the stock move to a nickel. The huge volume and movement shows that this stock has more legs than expected.
Ernie
Thanks for all your concern, but I am quite content to ride this out. I was here in the very beginning I intend to be here at the end. The end being delivery of a product.
Ernie
If I sell at these levels I won't be reinvesting I will be spending and it will be gone. I have invested in several companies and not one has yielded anything substantial. Actually this one has been the best save one small investment I actually sold out of at a decent profit. I still feel I have the best shot to stay with this. I have been wronged as much as anyone and more than most. I am quite aware of the frustrations and grievances most have. I won't let those experiences change who I am . I just don't feel it is worse than most other investments. It probably has more upside left in it than most. Since I still believe they have the tech and will bring it to market. This gamble is as good as any especially considering I am about even now.
Ernie
Bill, I am so happy for you. I wouldn't want anything to ruin your day. Like for example they got the s/p up enough to actually raise the money to complete and deliver the chip without more massive dilution. That would be so awfull.
Ernie
What am I supposed to confess? That I have a hopefull and positive outlook on life? My mental health has been just fine since I stopped being emotionally involved in the coversation on this board.
Ernie
Even if it's as you say it may be preferrable to having my emotions held prisoner by non-hope, negativity, hate, mistrust etc. as several on this board do.
If I had the facts you expect I would be an insider and have NDAs in place.
The high stress negativity on this board is why I restrained from posting (or even reading this board) for the last year or two.
Ernie
I don't mean this as to discussions and criticizms about the management or company. I mean this as to poison pen vindictiveness and personal attacks and name calling. Of course we should be critical, tempered with understanding and compassion for the difficult nature of the job.
I have to go to work
Ernie
Groove, MMs are constantly making adjustments to their bid/ask. A MM who wanted shares raised his bid in order to obtain shares. Other MMs who are willing to sell shares have not raised their ask. This situation comes up fairly often. Theoretically at this point traders could buy shares cheaper than they could sell them and therefore make trades and profit quickly. However, the adjustments will be made quicker than any trade.
The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks (or keyboard types) Luke 6:45
I give every kernal of good 100 times more weight than any kernal of evil. Anything that can be interpreted as good will be. If I am to judge it evil there must be no other interpretation available. (This is at least my goal)
If I am to die penniless because I choose to believe the good then so be it.
Ernie
As I have said neither of us will be proven right or wrong until this story is finished. I believe management has done some necessary evil kind of things to keep the company alive. The alternative was to close the doors and say we had it but couldn't fund it so we give up. I believe they didn't because they really believe in the product and eventual success. No amount of ranting and raving will prove anything. I have chosen to sit back and wait.
Ernie
I no longer have blind faith. I do think they have the tech. They have made plenty of mistakes, this has taken way to long and cost way to many shares. However, they can't stay quiet without people saying they aren't doing anything. They can't say anything without posters saying it's nothing but lies and pumping. I am saying if you have no faith in management or the tech why are countless hours being spent here instead of using the enormous intellect of the bashers/naysayers to their own benefit. If they need to warn the newbies and keep anyone from falling victim(or making money if it so happens your wrong)to/in this company, how about writing a post up and reposting it once a week. It would take a lot less of your time and boardspace and accomplish the same thing. Just a simple statement that we don't believe they have the tech. Anything they have to say is a lie don't be sucked in don't bet your money here.
Ernie
It's better than bash and more bash. I will never understand why people would invest their time in something they don't believe in and do their best ruin any vestage of the positive. They can only be basking in misery and hoping for all they're worth that this thing never flies. If they knew half as much as they claim to they should be elswhere making millions.
Ernie
As I said I couldn't, but I wouldn't because selling in the 20s wouldn't change my life. I would spend the money on home improvements or a car and it would be gone. I still believe these guys have what they say. If it goes to market I can sell for dollars. That would change my life significantly.
Ernie
I know how it is. I always knew that I had enough "needs" that if I sold thinking to get back in I would not have free cash to get back in. My percent of the company has eroded to insignificance, but I am still hopeful.
The delays and dilution have taken a great toll.
I do wonder how many of those against management's pay would offer their expertise for free to any job. If you have been use to a certain payscale and your reputation and expertise justifies it most would not work free for hope of future pay. The bonus may seem excessive, but we are not aware of how hard managements is working or what we really have. I hope that we eventually learn that it has been more than worth it.
It may be good that my cert was in limbo this week I may have tried to trade it.
Ernie
Yes, same old story here. Some were shaken out of their shares this am. Any profit is a good profit. I wish I had thought that a few years ago. LOL
Ernie
GOOD MORNING RSMI INVESTORS (and all lurkers, traders, etc,)
I love it when the bid is higher than the ask (Bid .26 ask .25)
I took all my ignores off. It reminded me of playing a broken record. Same thing I heard before over and over and over. I'm still holding and waiting. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Of course it helps when my stock is in limbo. I closed my Ameritrade account and had them send me my cert the week before this thing broke loose. I guess God didn't want me tempted to sell for awhile. Will that be blessing or punishment only time will tell.
Good luck to all,
Ernie
GOOD MORNING RSMI INVESTORS
I know I will take abuse for this statement and I can't prove it ,at least until Rim finally ships product, however because of Iam's comment and Mtmike's statement, "I'm glad I bought this stock before I started reading this thread, because if i would have read the posts on this board first and all the negativity I might not have bought and I would have missed out on the over 400% gain that I already have on this stock." I'm going to say that although there was plenty of justification for posting that many were disappointed in the conduct of management and that they lost confidence in the company there is no justification for the poison pens of a vindictive few. Between the bashing, short selling, and vindictiveness of a few the stock price has been driven down to unnecessary lows. Although the price wiuld have sufferred from the market anyway every bit that these posters have heaped negativity on this company has helped. Subsequently every bit that the price has suffered from these effforts has helped slow developement for the company's inability to raise capital. What they have raised has been at a much greater cost as to shares outstanding. So all your efforts to keep people from buying has cost me personally amd many others a lot of money. You are as much to blame for the outstanding shares and the delays as management. Remember I said only if the product is finally rolled out will my statement be judged as true. You naysayers will only be vindicated if there is no product.
Ernie
I don't know about that Iown. I wish I had sold as a millionaire instead of riding it down to a thousand.
Ernie
So sorry to hear about Dinky. He was treasured.

Ernie
I compare those atacking this investment over and over while continueing to hold the stock to someone wanting to sell a used car.
Should you tell a potential buyer that it has overheated before, or makes a noise that concerns you? Sure. Should you beat it with a hammer, break it's windows, and run anyone that stops away with screams of, " you stupid idiot do not even consider buying this junk!!!!"
If you would, call the tow truck and have it taken to the wrecking yard. (In other words you would be better off to give your stock away, so you don't have a guilty conscience about selling the worthless paper).
I still think there is a good chance they have a viable product in the works and I still hope to make money. I think there is a better chance of that than if I sold this stock for what ever I could get and bought another investment. My other investments have done worse. So, I would invest it in my home which has and is consistantly increasing in value.
Ernie
Ernie
Your wrong! I haven't been taken for a ride . I went by choice. Am I disappointed? SURE! Do I blame those who have not gotten the results they or I expected ? NO!
Do I think there was evil intent? NO!
There was bad circumstance, luck, and lack of experience. It's the risk we take investing in startups.
The viciousness expressed over and over to management and anyone who does not lash out with the disappointed ones is so over the top that I pray they get the conselling they need and in that way or another recover from this debilitating condition.
Ernie
After all these years I still cannot understand the vicious obsessive negativity expressed on this board by several. Disappointment , sure, but the amount of time invested in running all involved in this investment including other investors. I'm not saying one can't vent or shouldn't be critical, but these obsessions are so over the top.
First to be so begative one would have to believe the principals never had any product or intention to bring one to market. I say this because the attacks go way beyond saying someone made an honest attempt and failed.
Then people who apparently still hold stock do everything they can do to discourage investment and say this does nothing to affect the stock price (then what is the point?) If the stock price is depressed then more stock has to be sold to operate and develope product which further depresses the stock price. So, I say negativity is absolutely counter to holding stock. You cannot be intelligent and continue to blast stock you hold in hope of someday getting your money back or making a profit.
So, one should be honest and critical, but must almost by definition be more positive than negative to hold stock as an investor.
That is my story and I'm sticking to it,
Ernie
I looked over a few posts to take a brief look at the reaction to the latest addition. I see Hitmer's historians and futurists have not changed their spots. I continue to wait. Hoping that New Visual's ability to attract people willing to risk significant reputations on what we are not prevy to, know more than any on this board.
It is by this I judge whether to hold out hope or not. They have seen the tech/ documentation etc. that none here have. So I continue to hold beyond all reasonable hope that the seemingly rediculous delays will eventually prove fruitfull.
Ernie
Hi! all, Gary(gloomis)called me yesterday with the sad news. I will miss Mike's stabalizing voice he will be missed by many. I will be sending a check to Elaine. I wish I could go to the memorial.
Ernie
GOOD MORNING NVEI INVESTORS. iT'S THE First time in 3 months I look at the board and the mood seems upbeat.
eRNIE
Since we finally got news I thought I would pop back in to see what the reaction was. I have missed communicating with many of you, but it has been relaxing to stay clear for the last few months.
Ernie
From my conversation with Gary (gloomis last night it seems the mossbacks were brought up on the board. I haven't read the board in about 3 months. Mainly because I am going to stick this investment out to the end and the board was overwhelmingly negative so why subject myself to it. I'm not trying to persuade anyone of anything, but I made the commitment to see this through a long time ago and that hasn't changed.
AS for the mossbacks, there was conversation yesterday with Mike Johnson (Pandaman) Bill (WHP) Jo (Poorboy) Craig (Scorebig). This is normal. Messages are relayed, emailed, phonecalls. Real friendships were forged in the early years and those friendships live. Mayu PM'd me yesterday. We don't have to wade in the swamp to stay friends. Porscha, Pengy, Mike Galvin and many others are still respected fiends.
I still have no interest in reading the board so say whatever you want, or don't. For the most part, in the long run it just doesn't matter.
Ernie
Spoke, I looked seriously into the woodmizer mills in connection to another investment that needed a hardwood supply. I had shirt tail relatives in the hardwood logging business in Iowa. I hope you enjoy it.
