Dilution? Hogwallop! China and India deals are coming and that will mean over 100 million dollars in the bank. Their press release made no mention of a PIII but it did mention BTD and AA....read between the lines. Ladies and Gentlemen....this is not the normal out of the FDA drug. This is like the very first broad spectrum anti-biotic for cancer that also gives you immunity....hello!!!!!!
How does the drug get a worth of $100/share. There has been studies already done on what a drug that works on many different indications is worth. You do not have just one drug. It acts like many drugs. Add up all current therapies on all the cancers that PV-10 could replace and you get a very large number. I am holding out for $50.
Your need to do more research. FDA gave some sort of response. The meeting was December 16th. There was a press release on it. The details will be available per rules after Jan 15th, 2014. Was it a favorable response? You have to wait and see.....no peeking! Lol.
They got to close them first and the check has to clear. But I imagine we will get a PR on any signed deals. The snowball has been tossed down the hill now.
I really don't think anything is holding that back now. I imagine those could close ASAP.
Call him up. We know each other.
Who said talking? We were drinking! But hey....you don't know me...I understand.
Suit yourself.
I would like to but I cannot. Heard too much.
Local bar last night....I was there. Never seen Craig that happy.....almost shaking.
Last night I had champagne with Craig!
WooooooooooooooooooooooooooHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Your absolutely right if your short term in it. I hope you doubled downed.
The next catalyst was in the pr. Most everybody missed and sold. Dumb shareholders.
From the PVCT website:
Compassionate Use Program for PV-10
Compassionate use programs provide experimental therapeutics to patients prior to final FDA approval. Initially, the compassionate use program for PV-10 will only be available for cancer indications that do not involve visceral organs and are not subject to enrollment in ongoing clinical trials. These indications include certain breast cancers, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, certain head and neck cancers and melanoma.
Provectus began its compassionate use program for PV-10 in certain Australian "Centers of Excellence," including Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. The program has now been expanded to the United States, and more than 78 patients have participated at the following active sites:
St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network, Bethlehem, PA;
M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX;
University of Louisville, Louisville, KY;
Melanoma Institute Australia, Sydney, Australia;
Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, Australia; and
Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide, Australia.
The Australian program is under the guidelines of the Therapeutic Goods Administration's Special Access Scheme, while the U.S. program is under the FDA's regulations covering Treatment Use of an Investigational New Drug.
Information about this expanded access study, titled "Expanded Access Protocol for PV-10 for Cutaneous or Subcutaneous Tumors", is available at the U.S. National Institute of Health's ClinicalTrials.gov website.
Additional information on the Compassionate Use Program for PV-10 will be posted here as it becomes available. Interested parties are encouraged to contact Peter Culpepper at:

Let us see what is in the press release Tuesday.
I was presented with new info I was not aware of. Everything is going forward as expected except that I do not think we shareholders get to hear about it for a bit. I had thought that we would get to hear they had the meeting when they have the meeting. Turns out that info doesn't get released until they get a signed letter from FDA....my info says around 60 days from turning in NDA.
When they have their meeting....if they haven't had it already....they will get some sort of guidance.
1.)Outright Approval
2.)Accelerated Approval
3.)Single Arm Trial
4.)Your not ready
If they are given some sort of blessing then PVCT has to file a NDA. Around 60 days or sooner after the FDA receives the NDA the FDA sends an official letter back...and then we find out what exactly was the blessing PVCT got. They will know soon during the BTD meeting what NDA they will file but they are not telling until the FDA sends the approval letter.
I had hoped to hear what nod the FDA gives next week maybe. But it looks like a couple of months. If I see them out and they are dancing an Irish Jig then I will have an idea. Let us look at the press release Tuesday...
This is like an IPO....charts do not apply yet.
Sorry....no cooling for a bit.
Correct....but 60 or so more days before press release to tell us what happened. Read the latest blog
How to get to $10 really fast?
Stop day trading and hold on to the stock. Dry up the supply. Once the stock gets to $2 a share for five days in a row it gets on NASDAQ. Once on NASDAQ then the big funds and hedge funds can buy them. $10 is a piece of cake. I expect the hedge funds to take this past $50.
Dream? Amgen bought Onyx for 10.4 billion and nowhere near the drug this is. If everybody holds out for it they will pay.
A long time ago....around that time...they bought a shell corporation. Probably was doing a bit of housekeeping on it to get it in shape to use for Provectus.
Big pharma will pay big. Do the want to?...NO!
The biggest threat to the large payout is the SHAREHOLDERS!
Some think that $5 target is great. That is why I am hoping that the hedge funds see the opportunity to squeeze out the full potential. The everyday stockholders are happy to make a few grand.
Price target? I'm holding out for $50 and I'm pretty sure I will get it.
I have owned this stock for years. My cost basis is 0.58. There have been no reverses. Management does pay themselves well, I agree. But understand they are a week away from getting a drug to market in under $130 million vs. 1.5 billion and under 10 years vs. 15. The are bringing to the market the best cancer drug ever....with four guys and not a 5000 person staffed pharma. So in their eyes....they deserve it....and I do not disagree. Feel free not to invest.
Simple vaulation thought experiment
Knowing now what you know about Viagra....would you have bought in when it was still a cardiac drug with ED cure implications....probably. Would you have realized back then what it's potential would be?....likely not. Would you not consider your opinion that the Viagra would be valued more now by you than back then?
So that being said.....back then if the stock price went up you might have sold then. What would you sell it at now?
Now think of cancer patients as ED patients and PVCT as the Viagra of treatments except their lives are on the line and they may pay $30,000 for that one treatment. How many cancer patients in the world?
Start doing the math......it's big math....lot's of zeros.
So don't let big pharma snooker you when it comes time. It's your money now.....let them make theirs later....where were they seven years ago?
Do you see it? Can you see the big picture?
Due to the nature of other things going on....I think they may actually say a bit more. We shall see.....soon.
I giving it a 75% chance of outright approval so no need for a phase three. I am expecting that answer by the end of next week. Then all hell breaks loose....regional deals closing and global big pharmas for the end game.
The FDA meeting should occur this month but even if they give outright approval we will not know for some time. PVCT will still have to complete the NDA filing based on that guidance. I am expecting PVCT to issue some sort of press release stating that they received guidance but FDA requires finished NDA filing to publish the details.
No, I am not the blog writer, but I do know him.
What I would like to see is the company bought out. If that happens it would take months to close the deal but once closed you would find your stock account has a huge cash position and no more stock. There could also be a deal where we would get a percentage of the royalties. The bottom line is that if the drug gets approved we are all going to see a big payoff of some sort down the road.
$40-$90 per share
No, I do not think its on the 16th. I have an idea but I cannot say. The 16th is the day for the vote on the move to Delaware. They cannot do both on the same day. There will be no news this week in my opinion.
No they did not. The patent you cited is one of over 20 combination use patents. But PV-10 is owned by PVCT completely. Along with the patent on the new synthesis of making Rose Bengal, they also have orphan drug status which is magnitudes more protection than a patent.
I am expecting big pharma to take a big gulp for somewhere between 5 and ten billion.
You are correct. Thoughts? You every roll a snowball down a mountain?
Catching big Pharma's eye? Dr.Craig Eagle from Pfizer is on their advisory board. Another from Pfizer may be coming on as well.
You should correct yourself....what is a multiple cancer treatment worth. Works on Bladder, colon, liver, lung, melanoma and breast so far. You must have an injectable tumor.
My guess is between 5-10 billion.
PVCT will be having meeting with FDA soon. They have applied for breakthrough therapy designation and should have the FDA meeting this month. If the outcome is good then look for a press release to only say they have been given guidance. The NDA (new drug application) has to be completed before they are allowed to say more about it. Google "connecting the dots....provectus" for more info.
