I'm selling 1/4 of my stocks at .04 and .07. What are the odds it'll ever get to those numbers, ya think?
If it happens, I think August is a good time for it to happen.
Anybody else get a call from Bob Shaw? He was attempting to get me to invest in an e-commerce start-up. Great. Took the numbers of anyone who called IR (back when there was IR) and appropriated them for his own purposes.
Do not like.
I don't pay much attention any more, just holding and waiting. Important to remember that things look their darkest prior to an explosion. I'm hoping this turns into gold in August. Cheers.
Totally cool with preferred going out. Common retains the upside. Looks good to me.
If the company intends to announce $50M in revenue this year, why doesn't it buy back its own shares and resell at a higher value? If the market cap were equal to even the one year of revenue, that would be more than a 1000% increase in share value. You telling me you can't borrow at 10% to make 1000% profit? Come oooooon.

Man, he gives an impressive interview. It really sucks that the stock is this friggin' low; clearly, that mean to use the stock as a means to purchase additional subs. They BADLY need to get the Chinese revs listed so they can start to make the investments they need to grow.
VERY excited!!!
The company has barely been on the ask at all since that shareholder letter. The talk of dilution doesn't connect to what we've seen. The EPS stagnation has been organic.
zzzzzzzz I don't care about any of this sheezy. Market cap is ridiculously low, and at some point the PPS will make a huge jump. These small moves don't interest me one bit. Go LONGS!!
It's hard to see those opportunities. You need the perfect storm. A big gap down, large volume bid to take out, and general downward pressure. Without the three of those things, it can be hard to know you'll be able to pull it off.
I certainly didn't see the move from .018 back down here, because I saw bid support at various intervals, and I didn't think downward pressure would return with such force. A more experienced trader might've been able to see the earlier move into the 2s as leading to a drop, but it's hard to know what the market will do when you think the price is very undervalued.
News is what we're waiting for.
It is interesting that we go up on low volume and go down on high volume. The buying is patient, but the selling is panicky.
zzzzzz
I only sell if I think I'll be able to buy back in very shortly thereafter (I don't think we're trading anywhere near fair value, and I don't want to miss the move up). I didn't spot the arbitrage because I didn't think this kind of move down was likely in such a short period.
Oh wellzzzzzzzz
Looks like some SHs panicked after the drop and sold at .136.
YOU TOOK ME DOWN FROM .05 to .01!!! YOU CAN'T HURT ME NO MORE!!
lol. hold fool!!
I expect we'll spend at least a few days in this .015-.017 range to get some SHs to flip. Those who bought near the bottom are up nearly 80%
Far as I can tell, it's the MMs pushing it up...
Mr. 5k buying from the company at .0175! Wow. What does he know that we don't?
Wow. VNDM just vanished. Good on the company!!!
No worries. GLTU
I didn't say never, but I think that conclusion is kneejerk in this case. I haven't seen the earmarks of manipulation in the last three weeks.
The wall would be easy to tear down. Barely any shares there. No volume. It's that simple. Martin says the market isn't valuing them properly. Well, where's the PR? Seems that lack of retail purchasing rather than MMs is the cause of your frustration *in this case.*
It would appear that NITE is buying its own shares. If this were happening in the downwards direction rather than the upwards, we'd all be upset. But it's going our way, so cool I guess.
What about all those 5k buys at .015? Is that a conspiracy to push the price up? The persecution complex has gotten pretty strong on this board.
The company is nowhere to be seen. No dilution, no news, nothing. This is the market doing what the market does.
All this conspiracy bs is aggravating. MMs have shares; they make markets. There isn't enough volume to break through this very thin wall. End of story. We're at a stalemate until news arrives. The company hasn't had real news (with the exception of fins)... this whole year?
Whoever's on the button for NITE is awesome. lol. Mr 5k
I know!! I was just going to comment on the same thing. lol. the wall stands for now. guess they're threatening to remove the support
The shakes have already passed. MMs have their shares. Cheaper shares aren't coming. Few are selling. We've been rising in the doldrums of low volume.
I'm looking forward to seeing what all the recent staff additions can do in terms of additional operations. We haven't heard anything since the opening of Cincy. Hoping for more this summer. Good news and we'll take off - we have a lot of people here who need to see .04 of .05 to get out even, and if we get that far, I'm with those who think .10 is a real possibility.
So for me, anything that happens in this range - 50% up, 50% down - warrants the snooze button.
Higher low streak is over. Couldn't last more than a couple days once VNDM showed up. I saw it coming but wasn't going to sell since I doubt we'll gap down enough to create an opportunity to buy in lower.
zzzzzzz Waiting for volume
With so few SHs willing to sell anywhere near this price, would one say the float is "locked?"
I'm not selling until August at the earliest, frankly.
Oh, VFIN. We had a nice few days in your absence. Now you come to reap.
Good time to hit the snooze button.
I'm here because I think e-waste processing will be far more lucrative than people expect. Right now, the stock is trading based on compensation packages creating losses on the books, difficulties accounting for activities in China (which are the bulk of the company's activity), and dilution. There's two sides to dilution, which mitigates the effect, but there it is.
If the company were speculative, or were trying to enter a tried-and-true market like e-commerce, all that stuff would make nothing else matter. The difference here is the potential of e-waste processing: freshly minted operations immediately start making money, and the demand is certain to grow from a combination of economic and legal pressures. Boom. It's a go.
If the thing's found its bottom, this is a no-brainer. It's not a scam by definition: its operations are productive. Voila.
I stopped worrying so much about this thing because I found a source of liquidity, so I no longer think about its day-to-day movements, and no longer feel any pressure to take anything out (and I no longer feel the need to post, because no worries!). I'm long and yawn.
Everyone talks about management, accounting, financing, and I get it. But they don't have to be geniuses to turn this into a billion-dollar company. Give it time, watch it grow. That's what I think.
Don't worry about buying this week or next or whatever, you probably have some time. But I think we're at a new bottom. And I also think there will be a day where it doubles and never goes back down that far again.
Cheers :)
Yeah. Chinese revenues zero. Ignore everything the company says; pay attention only to the negative, that it wasn't stated on the 10-k. This is ridiculous.
"Debt is debt." That's right, APIC is listed as a liability. But what does the debt get converted into? Hmmm??? Oh but that's right, it's dilution if converted into equity. It's negative here, it's negative there; no matter what, it's all bad. There's no point to this conversation.
The bashers like to pretend that the negative interpretation is unbiased, faithful to the documents. Couldn't be further from the truth. Just like pretending that dilution is death. Diluting from .04 down to .01 means that every share bought at .01 is buying into a pile of investments financed by more than .01 per share. Ignoring what APIC is is foolhardy. I agree, obviously they need more equity. How you think they're gonna get it?
HERE COME THE PRESS RELEASES!
Oh and btw, think about those Marty's $50 million. Think about the leases in China. If these are leases, and we can't account for them until the all events test has been satisfied, then that means that at the conclusion of the term, we get a big boatload of cash dumped on us at some point. All the revenues from all the quarterlies passed that are no longer in the current filings get stuffed at once into one. Does anyone know the term of the lease agreements?
Y'all are flipping out about the losses, but they're all in APIC! If the stock becomes worthless, then so does APIC, the "losses" that made the stock worthless in the first place! It's all restricted stock! So they gave people a ton of restricted stock first quarter. Hmmmm... why would a company pay people in restricted stock? Who would receive such compensation?
Seriously, the numbers from operations are very good. We just need more operations. I expect the restricted stock is being paid to people who are responsible for putting more operations in place. That the stock is restricted means that these people have skin in the game.
Does it surprise anyone here that Marty's leveraged this thing? Since equity's what he's got, he's gonna take a big roll of the dice. That looks like the quarterly statement of a company that's about to roll out the fireworks. I'll stick around for the announcements it portends.
Dat additional paid-in-capital. That is a whole lot of restricted shares outstanding. We're going to have to see a lot of action in the near future.
And why couldn't we list a deferred tax asset? They couldn't get a "more likely than not" opinion that they'll be usable? Probably because it's all APIC? Or is it because it's uncleear whether we'll be a going concern? (Well what's the point of restricted stock in a company that doesn't exist?)
The APIC is basically the entire loss we're looking at in this Q. I don't know how to interpret it.
Hey! Cincy's profitable!! Woo hoo!! How bout we put more of those things up??
Oh God. I bought back in. I couldn't help it. The chart. The chart it screams.
I'm mad. Not angry. Crazy. GO EWSI. *cries*
About a month ago I tried to talk to Bob Shaw. Three times his Secretary took my name, put me on hold, and then told me he wasn't available. He was available the first time - back, you know, when my shares were worth $20k. Maybe he recognized my name, and didn't want to give me the same recommendation, that I should "average down," now that his company had cost me $15k.
I learned a lesson with gambling when I was 22: I'm good at poker w/friends, but not as good as I'd need to be to make money in a casino. Same thing goes for pennies. Sure, I called weed stocks in 2013. Made a hefty amount from it too. But I lost more than that gambling on my next bit of foresight - this. I'm just not good enough to make money at the casino.
Hope this stock does well for all the others who are stuck here. It could double tomorrow. It really could. But if a $3 million market cap is possible, why not $2 million? Why not $1?
I've learned a lesson. The right lesson? Not sure. But a lesson nevertheless. GLTA.
That .09 was not MM. That was me. Taking my chips and going home. VFIN plummeting right before the release of fins? I've seen this movie before.
I tell you, this one really kicked my butt. I'm not trading pennies anymore. GL Breadman. Hope this recovers for you. To the rest of you, cheers.
I'll be watching.
I figured the Q would be a non-event. Figure we'll show minor losses, but US operations slightly profitable. Think the Chinese revenues issue will remain unresolved. But I expect news to follow.
Now it's a $3.4 million market cap. Cheap cheap cheap, blood in the water.
Today's the day. Eleniak will finally get her precious subpennies.
Trap door's been sprung!
