There are multiple videos demonstrating a functioning machine. For someone who is not invested in AG, you spend an inordinate amount of time attacking this company.

It should read, "do not invest here unless you know what you're doing" Do not evaluate this company as though it were a NASDAQ stock nor hold it to the same standards. The MJ sector is a gamble and this stock can easily be flipped for quick gains...it never was nor ever will be a long-term investment. Please stop pretending ERRB is something it clearly isn't.

They're renovating the inside of the building and for some incomprehensible reason you're fixated on the exterior features. AG's FB page has pictures and video of the ongoing construction inside the facility.

It's hard to allege "nothing has been done" when you haven't seen the inside of the building.

This is not a scam stock.

Companies need money to operate so AG can either take out a loan, issue stock, or do both. They have chosen to issue stock to generate funds to run their business. That's the path they've chosen...accept it and move on.

Promoting the stock is the same as promoting the company.

Again, it's AG's money. It ceased belonging to the shareholders when they freely chose to invest.

First, wherever did you get the idea that AG is spending tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars? That's a huge numeric range.

Second, they're not using my money for anything.

Third, I don't care how they spend money; it's their business, they can do what they want.

Because they own the business and they decide how to spend the money.

It's a big leap to connect the manpower turnover at American Green with an attempt to dodge an SEC investigation. I don't think simply changing employees absolves the company of any SEC violations.

I like the company because I timed my investment well and made a hefty sum of money. I also think AG will get back on track under Miller and the next MJ run, which is coming, will bump AG's PPS up again.

There has been a steady drumbeat of scam/corruption accusations for about two solid years. If any of that were true, I think the SEC would have shut down American Green by now. Otherwise, what is the SEC waiting for?

A reverse split won't accomplish anything. It's not happening.

If there is a RS, it's usefulness will be short lived as the price will continue to decline and in very little time, the PPS will once again be where it is now.
