Compared to its peers in the CRM space, even at its $46 high last year, VERB is still RIDICULOUSLY, GROSSLY, MASSIVELY, UNDERVALUED - look at this:
1) HubSpot - $130 Share Price - $4,900,000,000 Billion Market Cap
2) Salesforce - $141 Share Price - $105,000,000,000 Billion Market Cap
3) Oracle/Netsuite - $46 Share Price - $183,000,000,000 Billion Market Cap
4) Microsoft - $101 Share Price - $777,000,000,000 Billion Market Cap
5) SAP - $117 Share Price - $139,000,000,000 Billion Market Cap
6) *VERB - $2.49 Share Price - $75,000,000 Million Market Cap
Sound Concepts Purchase + the NETWORK MARKETING UNIVERSE = Success for VERB
100,000,000 individuals selling in this vertical. 1% is 1,000,000 people at $9.99 + $19.99 Activation = $29,980,000 per month or $139,870,000 per annum. IMO penetration will be much higher because of Sound Concepts Bright Tools customer base is already 600,000 and 28 MLM’s who will want higher sales.
Key metrics being 100,000,000 people and $9.99 per month + $19.99 Initial Activation
- 1% penetration is $139,870,000 per year revenue
- 2% penetration is $279,740,000 per year revenue
- 3% penetration is $419,610,000 per year revenue
- 4% penetration is $559,480,000 per year revenue
VERB Founder, Chairman, CEO & President Rory Cutaia was a very successful attorney in NYC for many years, working with world renowned entrepreneurs.
In the year 2000 he conceived the idea for Telx, to disrupt the telecommunications industry (Blue Ocean Strategy)
Telx created telecommunication interconnection and colocation data centers in the United States. Before Telx, telecommunications companies had to invest and create their own which was very costly. Rory’s idea was to create them and allow the telecommunications companies to lease/rent hubs which saved them HUGE money.
So, in 2000 the company was started and by 2006 Rory sold it for $216,000,000 making investors 18X their money. Telx sold again in 2015 for $1.9 BILLION! See below link.
Here’s a quote from 2006 article of GI Partners purchase of Telx:
“telx's business model and prior achievements are impressive, and we are very excited about their vision and prospects," said Eric Harrison, Managing Director of GI Partners. "We believe that telx is poised to revolutionize the industry and will continue to create significant value for shareholders."

Exactly. 100% agree.
Perhaps.

VERB CEO, President, Founder & Chairman Rory Cutaia - Absolutely Awesome TDA Interview https://tdameritradenetwork.com/video/rB4AoWn7ERCBahLHth4E5g?utm_content=89463264&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&hss_channel=tw-1861240566
Great post!
If every investor connected one person/business to Rory and team VERB it would catch fire even quicker.
VERB is extremely dried kindling and one match will make this explode, that is how I see it now anyway.
Feel free to R&D the below and tweet it out. I’ve sent it to Jim Kramer etc...
check out VERB Technology Company’s CEO Rory Cutaia and his interview on TDAmeritrade on Friday after VERB up listed to NASDAQ video.nfusz.com/player/9GA0DOZA. Your viewers will thank you!
Exactly DJS1.
Check out VERB Technology Company’s CEO Rory Cutaia and his interview on TDAmeritrade on Friday after VERB up listed to NASDAQ video.nfusz.com/player/9GA0DOZA.
Everybody should watch the video and decide for themselves.
He introduced the concept of VERB’s interactive video and “buy it now” when interest levels peek.
In any case, thanks for clarify your view.
Tell NASDAQ that the Verb/Rory and Amazon/Jeff Bezos comparison is a ridiculous. NASDAQ said it, not me.
You should write them, I’m sure they’ll be interested in your view.
We are in the big leagues now.
BTW the TDA interviewer said VERB/TAGG is GENIUS. Watch the video to hear it from the source.
Each poster/shareholder can listen for themselves and form there own judgement, they don’t need you or I.
I would just add, the TDA interviewer called VERB/Tagg genius. Did I hear that correctly? Please listen and let me know.
Thanks!
Pay to play Susa, that’s life. There is a cost of admission to every high profile/powerful club in life...
We are in now..,and a part of NASDAQ and power players scene.
The real difference between VERB and every other NASDAQ firm in the world (beside our disruptive technology of course) is the CEO’s ability to sell the vision and make the business case for the good or service.
Did you watch Rory’s interview with TDA? Rory was made to do this, that’s how he’s built (lots of effort too). He developed his skills/acumen, confidence and speaking style from being a successful attorney and then a very successful entrepreneur with the $216,000,000 sale of Telx in 2006 ($1.9 Billion resale).
The TDA interview was the very first as a NASDAQ company. How do you think he did? I think A+ but what’s most interesting, is knowing Rory, he will only improve from here.
Like TDA, I’m certain we’ll see him on Mad Money, Squawk Box, Your Money, Money Matters, The Wall Street Journal report, Fast Money etc in the coming weeks/months.
Here it is “still waiting”...https://video.nfusz.com/player/X13B28BK
After Rory’s speech the moderator presents Rory with the opening bell crystal and says “Rory you are following in the steps of NASDAQ listed company Amazon and Jeff Bezos” paraphrasing of course.
Exactly. And trust me, it will go up to levels I have forecasted and many will regret.
It was a he....
Most of the investors that attended the NASDAQ bell ringing have been invested with Rory/VERB for 1, 2, 3, 4 years. Some I believe were Telx investors too.
Rory did an amazing job.
I can tell you from what I’ve heard, the investors that attended the NASDAQ bell ringing are 1000% behind Rory and his team.
Many feel more confident than ever before, even with this temporary share price retraction.
The NASDAQ moderator compared to Rory Cutaia of VERB to Jeff Bezos of Amazon. That was not an accidental connection, but rather a purposeful observation.
And, cjildren laugh and giggle all the time, that’s what they do.
I stand by my $2 billion valuation of VERB with one caveat, it may be a really really low estimate based on the unbelievable enthusiasm & excitement I have witnessed these past few days.
https://video.nfusz.com/player/MMUPP25D
Just stopped by to say hello.
So many places talking about VERB/TAGG it’s amazing (and a really big world).
100% truthful statement.
Exactly Badge. Many are playing the shell game with words and numbers.
1st time in my 25 year history of investing have I ever witnessed a security do a 15-1 reverse stock split and appreciate 200% immediately after the reverse split. VERB is an anomaly and quite extraordinary.
Last year when it traded at $.05 many of us who have done our due diligence had said dollars were coming soon while many here said impossible and that trips were coming. $.05 to $3.04 ($46 adjusted for split).
VERB/Tagg making the impossible possible. “Now we can communicate with each other within videos.”
“Who cares about the 200% after the reverse split.”
Those who understand OTC and NASDAQ firms understand what that means and it means much more than the average investor can comprehend. Traders, however, will never get it.

Can anybody else find at least 1 other security that did a 15-1 reverse split and immediately had its share price appreciate over 200%?
I’m having trouble finding one besides VERB of course. Seems it’s so highly unusual it can be deemed impossible.
VERB making the impossible possible.
Traders cannot understand investors mentality because they seek “immediate gratification”, whereas investors understand traders mentality, but hold through the urge to make a small profit.
Investors have much greater self control and are not fearful of large and temporary swings in their portfolios. They leverage opportunities to the fullest.
VERB will soon be the most demanded security in every winning portfolio.
I challenge investors here to name me another security that reverse split and immediately gained 200% appreciation? VERB did.
Lyft is missing “differentiation”. Nothing special there.
Tagg/VERB is an entirely new communication technology in a Blue Ocean. Static video will be a thing of the past soon.
Keep your eye focused on the prize.
Henry Ford said “if I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses”
Lyft is a high risk investment.
VERB/Tagg will be revolutionary just like below.
https://video.nfusz.com/player/775FZ2CJ
First OTC Reverse Split I have ever witnessed in my 25 year history of investing that did not lose value.
VERB’s value after R/S actually increased from $7.50 to $18 in 2 weeks to settle at $14. That’s an absolute fact/truth that cannot be underestimated.
VERB is worth at least $2 BILLION as it sits this very day.
It's official! Welcome to Nasdaq #roadtonasdaq #verb #nasdaq #ringthebell #takemetonasdaq pic.twitter.com/RHVuxvdTA1

Yep... it will begin climbing and this time will not stop.
Rory was correct in making this move to NASDAQ.
Great video!
I appreciate the transparency, but find it interesting that anyone who doesn’t like this company would buy any shares, at any price, at any time, especially when they have repeatedly been so vocal about it.
In terms of timing or understanding exactly how this would go down, everybody was wrong.
Today, the share price retraction was simply a result of AGP most likely selling their shares that they were paid for their work up listing VERB. Likely, all or most of their shares have been sold now.
Next week will be a totally different story.
