In the next week!
Next leg up is in progress....flippers will unload and then we will move up...JMO
Ok...now hold you fools and we will get over a penny for the day!!!
Looks like they are filing in the gaps to me...SMART! Drop it more and get rid of the scared and flippers.....but not too far down or we will have more flipping at .008 and .009 to go through!
I believe we are all adults here....lets act like it !! Thanks
I think it's about to move north now that the heavy selling has slowed and profits have been takin for the most part....congrats to those that made some cash already.
Rotation is almost complete. Lets see if the ask starts to move up in an aggressive manner...
large blocks of selling are becoming less and less.... That's a good sign.
I believe that after this profit taking right here we will begin to move towards the penny range and then potentially close at just above a penny today. JMO
I agree, but SO many penny flippers just kill a stocks momentum with their tiny % gains! It's like they shoot themselves in the foot!! Sure, take some profit on the way up, BUT don't kill it at the bid or within the first day on news of this kind!! JMO
Very true
EXACTLY...but sadly some will take profit...and I don't blame them...but equate this to the other 420 stocks and the increase they had over just a week or so! I really wish the traders could at least hold this to a few pennies as opposed to sub-penny territory.
WE have the ability to push this stock way up in value IF WE ALL HOLD for higher ground...otherwise your just going to kill the MOMO on this....THINK!! Collectively we can do this!!!!
Please guys....No "to-da-moon" or stupid crap to push this higher...it WILL go higher once the flippers hold for higher ground, and the buyers realize the potential just like the other 420 stocks!
I would take some profit as well IF I had the .003's to .006's, BUT, once they are done this will move well past a penny.....stock is changing to stronger hands right now....then we will see upward trajectory in play.

Glad you guys are so excited about news that appears rehashed. "Swing and miss"...uh..ok
Thank you for a more respectful response in relation to the negative ones! Just remember not to marry a stock.... Thanks
Last post from me, but I will be watching for a new trend that's moving upward as opposed to downward.
I can certainly feel the tension/defensive nature from the current stock holders on this board based on your responses. Same-old-same-old story. As I stated...good luck on this one, I hope you all make a huge ROI. BTW....I would prefer the moderator to eliminate my posting(s) on this forum seeing that I'm not keen on the closed minded, and rude responses to my valid statements reflected in the 10-k.
I guess my biggest question is why Kim/KBLB has not been able to attract bigger financing over the years seeing that this has great potential from an investors point of view. I will keep this one on my watch list for now. Thanks for the responses and good luck on this one.
Thanks. I read through all the posts over the past couple months.
People generally look at the negatives/going concerns when putting money into a penny stock. I think the positive is that the concept was what attracted me to do some DD. Thanks
I'm new to this board because I was actually interested in investing some money in this company....BUT, I just read the 10-k and it appears Kim is paying himself to keep the "dream" alive at this point. I'm NOT bashing or trying to be negative at all!!!
Here is what stood out to me in the most recent filing....
1. Kim is paying himself 226,000 per year to run the company.
2. Capital Resources and Liquidity
As of December 31, 2012 we had $53,782 in cash compared to $195,409 as of December 31, 2011.
We believe we can not satisfy our cash requirements for the next twelve months with our current cash. Completion of our plan of operation is subject to attaining adequate financing. We cannot assure investors that adequate financing will be available. In the absence of such financing, we may be unable to proceed with our plan of operations.
On June 28, 2011, the Company entered into a letter agreement for an equity line of credit (the “Letter Agreement”) with Calm Seas Capital, LLC (“Calm Seas”). Under the Letter Agreement, during the period ending on August 12, 2013 we may put to Calm Seas up to an aggregate of $1,500,000 in shares of our Class A common stock for a purchase price equal to 80% of the lowest closing “bid” price of our Class A common stock during the five consecutive trading days immediately following the date we deliver notice to Calm Seas of our election to put shares pursuant to the Letter Agreement. We may only put shares at the beginning of each calendar month, unless Calm Seas accepts an additional put (as described below). The dollar value that we will be permitted to put each month pursuant to the Letter Agreement will be the lesser of: (A) the product of (i) 200% of the average daily volume in the US market of our Class A common stock for the ten trading days prior to the date we deliver our put notice to Calm Seas multiplied by (ii) the average of the daily closing prices for the ten (10) trading days immediately preceding the date we deliver our put notice to Calm Seas, or (B) $100,000. We will automatically withdraw our put notice to Calm Seas if the lowest closing bid price used to determine the purchase price of the put shares is not at least equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the average closing “bid” price for our Class A common stock for the ten (10) trading days prior to the date we deliver our put notice to Calm Seas.
On the seventh business day after we deliver our put notice to it, Calm Seas will purchase the number of shares set forth in the put notice at the dollar value set forth in the put notice by delivering such amount to us by wire transfer.
Notwithstanding the $100,000 ceiling for each monthly put, as described above, we may at any time request Calm Seas to purchase shares in excess of such ceiling, either as a part of a monthly put or as an additional put(s) during such month. If Calm Seas, in its sole discretion, accepts such request to purchase additional shares, then we may include the put for additional shares in our monthly put request or submit an additional put for such additional shares in accordance with the procedure set forth above.
I have a question....
Does anyone know if and how I can buy a Companies stock on a foreign exchange and then sell the Companies stock on a U.S. exchange? The Companies stock is listed in Europe, Australia, and the U.S., but the PPS has a substantial difference between the U.S. PPS and the other 2 foreign exchanges.
Thanks in advance for helping answer my question...
What I find interesting is that they filed for chapter 7 over their inability to pay on the 415K financing deal.....but they made around half that by dumping the 20M shares on Friday. Now they should just pay the financing payment and run this sucker back up. Possible? IDK
Hello......I'm new to IH, but not to trading pennies.
Q... Why would the company put out a PR after paying for a promo? Because they wanted to sell shares to fund their efforts going forward. Thats what the whole stock market is about.
Q. Could this be a scam of obvious dilution at the bid? Yes, but why wouldn't the company sell shares all the way down to .0001 rather than keep it trading around .20c? Because they know what their doing is going to be profitable imo, and they don't want to let the stock get down to extreme flipper mode.
Q. Why would someone buy share in a penny stock? Because they are willing to take the risk where others aren't. How many times have you sold just before the run, or sold way to early?
