Traderwebb, nice to see your smiling face again although I wish we were all here in celebration rather than where we sit today. I hesitate to comment on the future of the shares because if I am wrong either way I would not want to influence anyone into deciding what to do. I wish the best for all of the longs that have been here for so long.
Wish I had some dry powder, I would gladly hit the .0072 ask.
Doubt there will be much selling by longs that have been around until the sp is well above .02 or .03
Good find TW. I think the article spells out the priority of events without being obvious. I would guess that the new IR team is hard at work to make them happen.
Dave, I think we should always be concerned about dilution that does not benefit the shareholders. If, in this case, adding G Copley to the BOD cost us some options with a strike price above where we are, it would probably benefit us greatly. There would be a big incentive for him to use his resources to move the company forward in a time period in advance of the strike date. I have a feeling that we will be seeing much more transparency with this latest move.

Maybe Lilian Ruiz will be the person to wake up our sleeping SP!
Gatorlady, it is my understanding that the plants are designed and built with both biomass and gas able to be used. It would require little more than turning on the gas if the biomass was interrupted.
Richard, I sent an email to Adam and embedded you letter. I don't know if Adam communicates much with the company but maybe he will forward it.
Cld, I did not say that you were in "cahoots" with Roni or anyone else. I find it interesting that you came to IHUB 1 month ago and now decide to post negatively about BION. About the same as dufimetti did a couple months ago. Looking at his posting history it is very obvious that he is involved with a variety of penny stocks (nice pattern of pump & dump type post). Did you come here because you own shares or was it because at the time BION would have been about 2 weeks late on your $750 billing? Maybe you knew at that time that they would still not pay so you wanted to be prepared to cause them problem when the got all the way to 45 days late. I might suggest that you put a few bucks in the cheep shares you are trying to create and it won't take long or much movement to get the value beyond the cost and what they owe you. Tell us your purpose and maybe you credibility will be believed.
Isn't it so very convenient that another new alias (less than a month)is born to give a lead in post for Roni to spew some more bull crap. I assume you failed to get all of the cheep shares you were looking for the last time.
Getting BK behind us will be another big step forward for BION.
Hey Trader, are you back from what I hope was a fun and relaxing vacation. You picked a good time as nothing has happened at all.
For everyone's reading pleasure, I have an opinion that I would like to throw out. I think that all or most of the warrants either have been or will be exercised by now or tomorrow. That does not mean further dilution as those shares would have already been counted in the share count. Also, it might be a positive in that I assume those holding the warrants would be considered insiders meaning they could not buy the same shares on the open mkt without registering. If they are exercising it is easy to assume they have knowledge of what is going on with BION. Looking at the buy/sell action today leads me to believe that this spring is wound fairly tight and news will bring on much more buying. I feel the only thing holding back the move now is the release of news (EPC, BONDS ETC). Getting close--------GLTA
TF, any community that comes together the way they did after such a sad event as happened there is worthy of much respect. They could have been like many other communities and had Al Sharpton and other community organizers spreading hate. I hope that if Swikey is correct and they have huge growth they will be able to keep their small town attitude.
Hopefully, we will see great news on BION and get things started toward all of us getting together. GLTA
Trader, I hope your vacation is one of total relaxation. Are you going to the coast to check out catamarans?
The games we play! LOL
As I suspected, when I checked to see if the 10K @ .035 was all at that price there was still 10K @ .035 after my buy. I think we will see more buying pressure in the near future. GLTA
Yes options and warrants are counted in the share count. Warrants can still be exercised if they are out of the money but it would be rather crazy when you could buy the same number of shares on the open mkt. Other than withholding news, I'm not sure the company could hold the sp down the way this has been held down. That is only speculation on my part and maybe they do have a way. I do feel like this stock is busting at the seams to move up. GLTA
peafunke, you reminded me of when I got released from the Navy off of the coast of Malta. They flew me to Rota, Spain and I didn't have any travel orders from there. It was a comedy of travel options from there to home. Maybe BION will allow all of us to travel first class sometime soon. GLTA
To all of the Fathers out there, Have a happy Father's Day!
The last I knew, BK did have a large number of warrants that are due to expire the end of June. It is my guess that the company has or is trying to find a way to take those warrants away. That is only my guess. If the strike price is .06 on them it does not mean that they could not be exercised if the price is below that number, only that it would be less likely. I think the sp is being held down artificially but not by anything to due with those warrants. It is held down because there is no news to create any buying pressure. The EPC, bonding and construction is what is needed to create that pressure. Until then we are at the mercy of the MMs that make more $$ by playing the games they play. GLTA!

TF and Gogreen, thanks for the response. It has been quite a while sense I traded pennies. A few years ago I started moving my $$ to dividend stocks (such as CINF that has raised it div every year for 50+ years) That is where the gain from BION will eventually go. There are a lot of good divies out there and at 70 it is time to just watch. Beyond that I will spend the remainder on "wounded Warriors" and trying to elect a President that actually cares about the future of the country (take that however you care to). I still feel good about BION----------GLTA
TF, I have a question to ask you. Please don't take this as being critical as it is only meant to be inquisitive. When trying to build a position, why is it better to bid below the present bid? I have always made my buys at the ask or increase the present bid to help the sp show strength. By making the spread tighten the ask is more likely to increase. If I buy 100K shares @ .002 above where it would be if I reduce the bid and hope somebody bites. At the time of the buy I have saved a total of $200 but made the sp look weak. I have used this method and have reduced my ave to below .06 on many more shares than I probably should have but feel good about the future of the company. Again this is not being critical because everyone has their own method of investing. GLTA
Just drooped by to welcome TF and BGT to the board. I hope it is a very profitable association for you both. I was looking foe some $$ yesterday to add a bit to my position and reduce my sp ave further. With over 1.5 mil shares my wife thinks I don't need more. All of the shares I have added in the last have given me as very nice average. GLTA
Hey Trader, if nothing else has changed recently we have definitely gotten rid of the crickets. Sorry folks but a little levity is good for the soul.
Trader, I for one would welcome having an additional moderator for the board to assist you. I'm sure your time is just as limited as most people here.
Roni, I'm not sure what you expect the shareholder here to do with your information unless you are suggesting that all of us liquidate our positions within the next two weeks. Either way we go the result will be the sp will be next to nil or total doom and despair. What is your suggestion and what are you doing with your shares?
We moved past the 50DMA hitch brings a few more eyes to BION and we are not too far from the 200DMA. That and the announcement of the EPC and then the bonds and I'm sure we all will be very happy with the direction of the company. Maybe we are finally getting our act together. GLTA
It feels like the news we have been waiting for is getting very close. The members being added to the team would not be necessary unless the EPC and construction were not within site.
codaras, the credentials of our newest BOD member raises some very interesting questions in light of the removal of BK from the BOD. We really have to be wondering how active they will be in trying to regain the shares and warrants that BK still holds. If they are successful it would return a huge number of shares to the company control.
Trader, besides doing a good job as moderator, the levity you bring to the board is a breath of fresh air. I have a feeling that you will be handsomely rewarded in the not too distant future for being here. :)
Trader, maybe you can get the info from Adam to add the new BOD member to the IHUB site.
James, I wish there was some cash in my trading acct to do just that thing. I loaded up last week to over 1.5 mill shares and the only way to get more is use margin which is against my rules for a penny stock. If it stays here I will have more next week but hope the chance goes by the wayside. This was a great time to get the sp average down. GLTA
It didn't take long for that to get sold
Swikey, I like the way you are thinking!
I have been under the understanding that BK is under investigation again or still. If so, then maybe the financials are under investigation also to determine what he has done. Getting him behind us will be a big step but we still need the EPC before much else can happen. GLTA
With my oldest and most expensive share being .42 it has taken this long to get the average sp to about .06. after last week I am over 1.5 million shares so divesting would be a nightmare. I am along for the ride to the end. GLTA
