that would suck for that guy, wouldn't it? LOL
I'm still in, lunch money could turn into Breakers brunch money...unless your source is a crystal ball, you don't know any better than I do...glty
up we go AH...again...
someone with $220k disagrees with you...623k share buy at 3:55pm
saw this, seems plausible enough to hold thru weekend
easy for anyone with avg below .35 to say, though; I still feel bad for holders in the dollars and up...here's hoping it gets back to your avg and then some
2nd 2M+ share buy of the day...hmmm
the good news, is, loss per share is less than the share price dropped in '15. so, as usual, the market overreacted. when oil hits $50, GLRI pretty much just needs to still have its doors open and this thing will hit the prices insiders paid and run past them.
still, that rev/loss ratio is scary.
$1.78M revs, $27.1M loss. yikes.
big picture stuff

Crude Oil
The Trade Triangles are long crude oil and I believe we have seen a bottom for the time being in this market. I would not be surprised to see a pullback to the $34 area as this market consolidates its recent gains. I am expecting this market to trade up to the $39-$40 level in the not too distant future. For the moment, hold onto long positions with tight money management stops.
boom
Oil +~4.5% today! Go GLRI!
oil should be at $50 in short term too...hard to figure what that means for PPS of this stock but I am thinking above those insider buys at .84-.9 just 4-5 months ago :)
I am patient too, just hate to jump in at the wrong price...yes, I expect $1+ in short term as well...also got into CLF today...that one I see at $10 soon enough
what gives on this huge dip?! I wish I had kept my initial bid at .35 instead of taking my initial play at .6+ :(
hate to say it, but TIMBERRR!
bid support nonexistent all of a sudden...
to answer your PM from a while back (I don't have PM as I am not paying for ihub):
a) yes I worked for Stratton Oakmont for a very short time in 1995 -- I remember several of us listening to the OJ verdict on the radio while I was there -- I was an appointment setter and never did get my Series 7/63;
b) I didn't see what was depicted in the movie, other than lots of cursing and Steve Madden being a stock we pitched (and a couple of Ferraris in the parking lot), but that's because I worked there for barely two months at age 19 (luckily for me, perhaps). sorry if that disappoints at all...lol
c) it's not on my resume.
what price did you get in at? I'm at 0037, made money twice on this hog, lost once...all in a day's work
all you said was that it would hit $5, and I disagreed. I'm fine chief
probably early next year for that...commodities are getting killed but you and I know they will bounce with fury...looking forward to using CLF profits to pay for $4 gas (again)
they weren't losses, but I did get some more at $5.77 this morning
also, it's 'should have', not 'should of'
as of today 1 real = .37 dollars, which puts that property at just under a $29M valuation...wooo
still don't, no, but not buying more until I see a new bottom...probably $6 or so
thanks for answering me twice...lol
weird...my Etrade didn't update for a while
yes I see it's moving now
why would it go green? the 8k is pretty cut-and-dried, no?
trading appears to be halted. looks like my free shares are indeed free...
RIP VIIC
that $85k (35M shares) was one hell of a short position in that case.
oh well
then what is your comment on the big block buys? Bored billionaires who prefer bad stock purchases to giving money to charity?
did you see the 14M this morning? And the 6M or 8M yesterday, I forget which?
someone is making big bets on this thing coming out of C7.
pls tell me you didn't sell blanka old buddy...
VIIC(Q) back to silver?
agreed...entry point is going to be here, or sub-8s if this trend continues. we already know 7-7.5 is the floor for this stock. next news (debt pay-down) will push it above 10 once again and most likely for good.
commodities pricing may bottom later this month, so I am waiting before I buy more...but I will buy more, that's a definite!
CLF
sigh...I wish I had had more powder to get my share count into the millions like some here...nevertheless, my 499k shares are locked in for the ride!
200dma is the first place I even consider taking profits - and even then it will be a play to try and get back in once the higher low is established after it bounces off the 200dma, assuming it does indeed do so...
VIIC (lose the Q)
200dma is?
somewhere in the high 02s?
just curious because we will be there shortly...
VIIC (lose dat Q)
congrats on the baby girl brother!
hopefully VIIC (no Q) pays for her college!
that's what I said sir
and, considering workers are being paid in shares, wouldn't the Swiss want to keep its company's workers?
I'm not going anywhere, just wondering 'aloud'
VIIC (lose the Q)
shareholders lost their stake on that one...but does EU do things differently than we do?
these posts do not help our cause
we all hope for dollars but tomorrow? let's try to stay on planet Earth lol
PTR on watch...last time in was at $95, this is set to do its thing shortly...
target right now is 100-105 but might not fall that far...we will see
yikes. Flacco.
Cutler wasn't cheap enough?
yep, that's the ask I see too...if I had more powder I'd fire it now, but alas I do not
I was talking about the bid...1.01M is nice but I wish I saw it on 0027 instead of 0023, but I have patience :)
well now I see 1,010,000 at 0023 so that's better :)
