One could argue they've been messing around for years. In fact, it appears they're not even messing around with technology any longer, just selling stocks, eh? What a pit of despair.
Oh ya. haha I remember. Sigma. Cola.
Wow look at the pump machine go to work. Told ya. If you’re holding sell the bubble. If you short do it. Christmas is coming. Parumpadumdump. Sigma. #sglbpumpndump
No makes perfect sense having been trading SGLB so long with yourself would explain getting your power shut off. Being in the dark is the normal state of sigmoids.
Like a bad penny. Watch Sigma action.

Look at their last 5 years and you'll see. I know - things are different blah blah. No. They're not.
Wishful thinking but no, they will win.
I think this was a manipulation event by somebody that wanted to get OUT in a bad way. Guessing we'll see reduced institutional holding in the near future.
Remember last time a spike like this happened? Hmmm - did that signal a good thing or was that when it went down into the .70's from over a buck? I won't be a spoiler - look it up and Do DD. Ha.
Is that what the latest version of Sigma's product brought us - a change from dots to crumbs? I like it. That should be worth $100/share by next week!
I think somebody once posted that Sigma has mega contracts with the DOD. So - I guess that dot hasn't faded from memory and now with this article dredged up from March - sure sign of future success! Ah the dot connectors - gotta love 'em. Go (away) Sigma.
Exactly - and the end goal is JR's retirement fund. Job done. I'll probably be on the call warning people about the company.
Sorry if this has been posted already. This is exciting - now we know when Sigma Labs (SGLB) will be going back to the OTC. Or alternatively another reverse split. Which is worse? I'd say the RS for the sole reason to stay on Nasdaq would be the worse option. In any case, I guess the result is the same - shareholders lose value.
If they open up to questions, it will turn into a shareholders call - to replace those that have been cancelled. Hopefully there are no potential customers present because that could get ugly.
Hmmm interesting. Airbus doing toxic waste disposal now?
Sigma Labs is as much a real company as Investors Hub is a real discussion forum. Not even close.
The theory that there is some long term plan to bring this stock down for shorting purposes and then grab a bunch of shares for the ride back up is ridiculous. This stock is going down by itself. No sales. There is almost no volume. It takes a lot of shares traded for such a strategy to work. This stock is just dead stinking meat. That's all. It will dry up into the little OTC chew toy it is.
By next spring 55 cents will be the good 'ol days. You'll have to squint your eyes to connect the fuzzy dots in dream of getting to 55 cents again. Enjoy it while it's here. Chance to average down!! Yay.
Do DD (or blindly invest in Sigma - your choice).
multitude = 23 "installs". Over many years. Just for clarification. The machines might still be there, but I doubt the software is. Unfortunately that's what Sigma is trying to sell.
Holy Moly look at that. Now those are some classic slides. I recognize a lot of that material, but looks like somebody just added some general market stats and inflated projections etc with a few exceptions...
Wow 23 "installations". Ever. That's like 4 per year, one per quarter. So about once every 3 months some company let them come in and install the software - maybe as part of sales, or maybe just so Sigma can say they installed it. I don't know, but we do know all that work has resulted in zero (0) sales. Besides that frenzy of activity, they managed to talk one more company into letting them install their software. So that's cool. I was wondering what they were doing with those 21 people on the payroll at a cost of $360k/month. Good luck.
looks like somebody spent their trading money to say "it just did". It went right back down immediately. Wow. Now that's funny. And sad.
What if SGLB does have a R/S? Will that be a bad sign for you? Or another dot obviously leading to some previously unknown twist.? Is there anything that would make the currently hopelessly faithful Sigmaniacs join the elucidated? If the company completely folds, will there still be the same stalwarts holding the fort? JR: send checks to ... to secure your future in AM BS
Ya really - never thought we would miss the Witless one.
a few days from when?
Just curious. Which would it NOT suck for?
I predict SGLB PPS at 50 cents or less by end of year. No sales.
Wow this does confirm the nothingness that is Sigma Labs. There is a footnote reference as Sigma Labs being one of the companies that have tried to introduce defects to see if they can detect them. And (as we know) their methods do not apply to the real world...
From article:
Several studies have directly and locally induced defects by locally adjusting build parameters (e.g. laser power, scanning speed or hatch distance) to study the response of a monitoring system to the occurrence of a defect [[16], [17], [18], [19]]. This, however, is a poor representation of the real signature such event would have in more realistic circumstances
Agreed. But SGLB? Talking about filling gaps? HA.
what the...?!?!? There's no gap with this volume, where $70 can "manipulate" the share price. There is no there here. What isn't and never was. Sigma.
I think the narrative is... There is no interest / volume / liquidity. For example, a dedicated Sigma investor sees it's red, decides they want to see it green, spends a hundred bucks to make it green a while... That doesn't work in real stocks - with real business going on, which attracts interest and traders and volume. There used to be bears hitting this stock every once in a while. THEY"RE not even interested....because......no volume. How can you lose when it's this low you ask? The answer is - that has been the question for years. It's going to keep losing value until it goes back to the OTC, where it could get fun again - maybe make your money back on a "promotion". It has nothing to do with the AM business. I think of that we can be sure. Folks been making $$ off this ticker for many years - in different forms - without actually producing anything. What happened to those other assets they had and magically disappeared - dental implants and BAMS munitions? Some things just make a person go "hmmmm".
Sept 2012 - I got in at 1.8 cents ($0.018) / share. Just thinking about it - after the 100:1 + 2:1 reverse splits, my original SP 7 years ago was $3.60 per share. And yes I concur - the story hasn't changed.
Wow. Good luck.
Seems the only mention of Sigma is in prayers from local dot connectors LOL
Or - more likely - what if John Rice is just doing this for retirement? What if Sigma Labs' only product is golden parachutes. What does that mean investors are? This is the "what if" everybody should be watching for and planning on. I predict JR will be taking retirement in the next 6 months, then you will see no more of this faked activity / meaningless PRs.
HAHA - Selling something besides stock - funny. Like that would ever happen with Sigma Labs.
"Educated take" and "SGLB people" are mutually exclusive concepts. Sigma investors are all about contributing to Sigma executives retirement funds. The objective is to perpetually average down, because they're winning if they decrease their average PPS - forever. You will not get a sensible comparison analysis.
With that in mind, I believe it's apparent Sigma Labs' IPQA is already obsolete. Why wait for the inevitable? Nothing interesting here.
Well in review it looks like Sigma stock (SGLB) fell about 25% closer to being in the fifty-something cent range today. If one was going to compute the odds of falling the additional 13 cents it would take to be in the 0.50's range vs gaining 600% to reach $5, I wonder which would be the best bet/investment.?.? Does it matter to anybody if this stock goes to 50 cents? Is there any sign of failure that hasn't already been accomplished for Sigma Labs? If (when) they get kicked back to the OTC would that be discouraging but hopeful and actually a good thing? If the company ceased to exist would the faithful keep sending donations to the listed business address with new Vision and hope? Ya probably. Good luck.
50 cents is much MORE realistic
For years it has been a bunch of re-re-recycled garbage with interjections of new conjecture. Exciting and impressive sounding, but with nothing under the hood. Years of this! Man.
Yep - it doesn't exist - made up - fake - nice try
Maybe Kevin (KMey/Visionary) got this as more insider information since he works for America Makes.?.?
