Fraud investigations, CEO and COO turnover
Whats going on, I thought this was a decent company?
HIMS selling compounded GLP-1 despite the FDA warnings.
Compounding is allowed during shortages, but there may be issues with supplier?
Compounded drug is not FDA tested or approved.
Possible short candidate if it heads higher?
Workhorse had two recent orders of 15 vehicles each for the W56 yet the stock continues to crash.
Is this due to a potential reverse split hanging over everyone's heads?
I think Sorrento is a lemon, not an orange or an apple.
There may be some money to be made, but its not an investment.
I bought some @ 2.50 and sold some puts.
Seems to have found support at this level, at least for now.
Workhorse will be needing more capital soon.
How much of a problem / dilution will this be?
Spiked to $9.72 for a couple of trades.
Anyone still following DXR?
Spiked to $9.72 for a couple of trades.
Anyone still following DXR?
Very volatile stock lately.
Got decimated after last ER.
Anyone following DTEA?
Appreciate any insights on where this goes
from here?
Any catalysts seen that might move this back upwards?
Two years and the stocks still $32.
... and with debt of $3B and with Nike sales down, this is
definitely a short candidate! Tomorrows ER better be good or
this will crater.
I don't think UPS order is still viable given the history.
C1000s won't all be repaired til at least end of year. I think they
should just be scrapped to avoid tarnishing Workhorses reputation any more than it has already.
Workhorse factory and workers sitting idle so they will begin assembling Tropos low speed EVs. They look like clown cars.
Workhorse faces more competition weekly, all these delays
are decimating it's chances of surviving.
Volume is failing off and so is the price.
Check the history, this is a dilution machine.
Place your bets accordingly.
Love when this stock spikes, result is so predictable!
Workhorse has potential but the odds against them get longer
with every misstep they make.
Time is not on their side, competition is growing quickly.
Nope. Didn't get your $4
Currently stagnant @ $3, but on the bright side at least it's trading. Makes me nervous when a company goes days without a trade.
First, why are you yelling, it's not noisy here?
Jim Cramer is often the kiss of death for a stock, look at
his track record.
This company is mostly hype, and it's valuation is very suspect.
There's a reason it's moved down so dramatically and was trading so sporadically.
I feel it will just continue to cash investors checks and dilute.
HCTI is dead.
Long live HCTI!
... The new HCTI:
Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (HCTI)
Bought a few shares under $2 today.
Thinking share price will improve coming out of Covid with elective procedures increasing, etc?
Appreciate insights from those that have been following for awhile.
Yikes, maybe I don't understand puts?
.. but if you bought puts your break even
is the strike price PLUS the premium you paid
to have the option to sell at the strike price
isn't it?
... if he sold puts he would have pocketed the
premium but you said bought so the breakeven
would be $15 plus the $2.64 premium
( 17.64 )
"It looks as if one investor bought 2,641 contracts on the March 15 put for a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of $2.64. If this is the case, breakeven for the put buyer at the close on Tuesday, March 22, is $12.36 (strike less premium paid"

Revenues down oct 31 2121 year over year?
Why? So the only positives are questionable
Non liquid equity holdings?
This had been beat up a bit and went down
further with recent Covid variant scare.
Company now raising dividend slightly.
Picking up a few shares, anyone else watching
JACK?
Peterbilt and Kenworth EVs will probably last.
Many semis reach 600 to 800k miles, and a EV
should do at least as well as a diesel.
No reason an EV can't be built to hold up in the
commercial world.
Scary conference call!
" I've talked to the big customers at UPS, FedEx, others, they expect to have these trucks last 15 to 20 years and go 15,000 to 20,000 miles a year, and carry up to 7,000 or 8,000 pounds of payload. I'm pretty darn sure the C1000 can't meet those kind of stringent requirements. That's the bad news.
What's with this stocks low volume and going for
days with no trades?
The whole purpose of the preferred stock was for
capital raise.
In four years it's callable at $25
I own POWW for growth, share price should rise
when new factory is online.
I own POWWP for dividend, and I'll lose a bit of the $26 cost when it gets called in four years.
Recall was for existing safety issues.
Trucks did not meet Federal standards.
Workhorse is suspending deliveries of its C-1000 electric delivery vans and recalling 41 vehicles that have already been sent to customers, telling regulators the vans need “additional testing and modifications” in order to comply with federal safety standards.

The new HCTI is:
Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (HCTI)
It's actually profitable?
It died on Sept 30th?
I thought it died long long ago.
Fuzzy Panda appears to have been right about issues with vehicle, what with recall and redesign.
Were they right about fake / inflated orders?
FDA getting beat up pretty good.
Last five days have been horrible for SRPT
Also buying below 67
They had decent press a couple weeks ago.
Weird.
"Well....here at 66+ I just bought some more shares. Awful chart don't see anything company specific but most bios and therapeutics are heading down. Couldn't resist but hope I am not too early. Still think the FDA issue with the Alzheimers approval for BIIB is an issue perception wise.
BWDIK....good luck!"
Unfortunately, I agree with you.
Management has no business getting away from its core business.
... and buying a small medical billing company, what a freaking waste.
These small billing companies can be put out of business by industry changes, or larger players with better resources, products,
economy of scale advantages, etc.
DGLY bought a company that serves 40 doctors, and not even in a specialty
This is why DGLY had their recent offering, so they can go out and buy questionable companies?
I'm out for now.
"I don’t trust dgly management to run anything medical
They will for sure mess things up and lose millions and millions
Or maybe that’s their plan"
Was down to $50 and moved back up Friday.
Should have bought more on the dip.
Profitable, with dividend, I should have had more faith.
Check your spam filter, I'm sure youre on the notification list! lol
This Reddit, Robinhood, FOMO, MOMO, twitter movement has
really become a scary thing.
... but it doesnt just affect the hedge fund billionaires, you have a lot of retail players paying huge prices for very questionable companies. They seem to think the nuttiness can be sustained forever?
"Holy crap what happened and why wasn’t I informed ? Lol man I bet there some happy folks here today and sad if they was shorting this stock!
Casino time, place your bets.
Cant say it didnt trade today!
One share traded at 12:21pm
The ladies sure know how to light a fire!
"10 days with no trades since April 1st,
what the heck is going on?
Most companies, even on the OTC, at least appear to be running a business. I dont really think thats the bar you should be setting.
There has to be hope, at least a believable story, a partial truth that you can cling to.
Much of that was destroyed with the merger / acquisition of their
buddies company. That should have been a good thing, but so far, it looks like a very questionable $20 M payout.
"Earnings fell from $2.89 in 2020 to 11 cents per share for the same period in 2021" taken from another site.
The only business I clearly see this company doing is that of enriching themselves at stockholder expense.
I think most all of us share your disappointment.
"They are running a business! Share holders may not like the results but they are very clearly doing business.
I am very disappointed in the returns here as I think the 2000/1 RS was complete BS. This had the makings of a massive penny runner and they sold out weeks before the biggest penny market returns ever...."
What's capacity going to be?
... how long is ramp expected to take?
" The Company will continue to ramp production to its full capacity throughout the year."
In case you really dont know how to search for it:
