What you propose is highly illegal (" instant encrypted information sharing with anyone"). That is why they don't do it. That would be like emailing and saying "take the market down" Highly illegal. Volume signals however are a bit different, and by the way, used in penny stocks.
Enough said on this subject.
Market Makers do, in fact, signal each other through trading volumes. You may want to google it. I just thought it curious that 5 911 trades were made in the last 2 minutes of trading today. For what its worth.
LONG DOLV!
Market Makers have certain trading codes (signals as such) relaying information to other maker platforms.
100 I need shares.
200 I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.
300 Take (or I am taking) the price down so I can load shares
400 Keep trading it sideways.
500 Gap the stock.
These are examples. A trade of 911 is a signal for "incoming news". I find it curious that that there were 5 of these 911 trades during the last few minutes of the trading day.
There is a possibility that we may be hearing something shortly. It doesn't mean its for certain however.
There were 5 trades in the last couple of minutes of trading that were all 911 shares. This is market maker speak for "incoming news". We may very well be hearing something shortly. LONG DOLV.
I was unaware that DOLV has any requirement, currently, to report anything.
"the issuer is not current in its reporting requirements."
Are there actual requirements to do so?
not to belabor the issue however here is a live example denied for trading purposes not dividends or splits. This company yet today trades under its original name and ticker. (AUTCF).
FINRA approves changes to a company's name for trading purposes. Fincera appropriately applied to effectuate the name change for trading purposes in connection with its name change from AutoChina International Ltd. to Fincera Inc. in July 2015. FINRA denied the request to change the Company's name for trading purposes based on FINRA Rule 6490(d), which allows for the denial of such requests if the issuer has been involved in a pending, adjudicated or settled regulatory action and if FINRA deems it necessary for the protection of investors, the public interest, and to maintain fair and orderly markets. FINRA cited as the basis of its denial the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) lawsuit that the Company settled in June 2014 without the Company admitting or denying wrongdoing. The Company subsequently appealed the denial of the name change for trading purposes and recently learned that the appeal was also denied.
The only way that FINRA would deny a ticker and name change for trading purposes is under rule 6490(d) which in essence states: "allows for the denial of such requests if the issuer has been involved in a pending, adjudicated or settled regulatory action". There are no such pending, adjudicated or settled regulatory actions imposed by the SEC regarding DOLV. If there are please offer proof. If there are not then you might consider retracting your unsubstantiated statement.
My strategy is boring as well. I made my first buy on February 12th. I have made 117 buy transactions and accumulated 19,100,000 shares which I hold today. Go DOLV!!
You witnessed, this morning, a CAPITULATION of DOLV stock. It was traders, and longs alike, surrendering under the weight of its most recent down-trend. A massive amount of shares sold in a short period of time by those in fear of loss. Tenured investors look for this event to unfold to take advantage of a "panic price-per-share". For newer traders reading this post, your understanding of CAPITULATION should be a must going forward and part of your trading strategy. This is just my humble opinion. GO DOLV!!
This is what CAPITULATION looks like at the end of a down-trend. This entire down-trend has actually been quite healthy for the stock in general creating a solid floor for the next leg-up.
Sorry Ya'll. I am a very large holder of NEWC. Enough is enough. I have started to liquidate my holdings here. Sorry for the slide. I still hold several million. But this has started to become bullshit. On to better things.
This morning could be an excellent opportunity to buy shares relatively cheap. The consolidated financials, dropped any day now, will solidify the pps going forward. DOLV will move substantially higher based upon the consolidated financials.
Keep steady hands here folks and do not lose sight of why you acquired and accumulated DOLV initially. NOTHING changed with the stock in the last half hour of trading aside from a vicious short attack with low volume. These types of price adjustments are hard to watch but none the less very healthy to promote a long term upward price movement. The DD completed by many members here has proven to be solid and squarely on-point. Knowing what you own is especially important while these adjustments are made. Near term events, like consolidated financials, will solidify the price per share going forward. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
I'll stand in the trenches with you BobDude. Hold back the Horde!!
Thanks. I will only sell my original investment and keep 16.5 million shares for the ride up. Through all my experience, trading in all markets, I have never seen a stock so well defined by research prior to the actual unveiling event. We will see volatility both to the up side as well as the down side. In the end, however, it is of my opinion that this stock will achieve $2.00 and probably upwards to $6.00. Especially the way it has been trading creating support at various price points on the way up. Everyone needs to seriously consider the company behind this ticker. Consider the social narrative for which it provides answers. All of the large China cities need relief from the current air they breath. DOLV is the answer. This will trade much, much higher. Don't let some clown convince you otherwise.
LOL. Thank you for the advice. I've been trading for 9 years tho and this isn't, by any stretch, my first $million. Small increments it will be.
Thanks again everyone.
My DOLV investment just cleared $1,086,000. 17.5 million shares. I would like to thank all of the dedicated researchers here that spent countless hours digging up solid information. Thank you so much for your work and more importantly sharing your findings. I have invested right around $95,000. I may recoup my original investment somewhere between .08 and .10. But count me long and strong while this unfolds to its true potential.
Thank you so much again. It is really appreciated.
Some interesting information regarding China's EV market.
SHANGHAI-- Ford Motor Co. said Thursday that it would start building electric cars in China to tap into a state-sponsored boom in green-energy vehicles.
In doing so, the Detroit-based company signaled that it had swallowed industry concerns about bringing proprietary electric-car technology to China, despite misgivings among foreign auto makers about intellectual-property protection in the world's largest auto market.
"It's manifest destiny" for foreign car makers to get past those fears and start building electric cars in China, said Bill Russo, managing director of Gao Feng Advisory, a Shanghai consulting firm.
Mass uptake of electric vehicles is set to happen in China first, he said, "and none of those companies can afford not to be relevant to the future of their industry."
Ford's local joint venture Changan Ford Automobile Co. will start building the Mondeo Energi plug-in hybrid vehicle in China next year, with a new all-electric sport-utility vehicle set to follow within five years, the company said in a statement.
Electric powertrains will be manufactured locally by 2020, and by 2025 all of Changan Ford's vehicles will come in electrified versions, it said.
"The time is right for Ford to expand our EV lineup and investments in China," said Chief Executive Mark Fields.
China is already the world's largest market for electric vehicles, with over half a million electric or hybrid cars sold there last year, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
The government is encouraging their uptake by heavily subsidizing electric cars through payments to manufacturers, which are then able to sell EVs more cheaply. It is also far easier to obtain a license plate for an EV than for a traditional gasoline car in congested cities like Beijing and Shanghai.
Local authorities have also set ambitious targets for electrifying bus and taxi fleets over the next few years, and for the rollout of EV charging facilities.
There could be as many as 32 million new energy vehicles in China by 2025, according to Gao Feng Advisory--a total that is likely to be a substantial share of the global fleet, with uptake of EVs in the U.S. and Europe happening more slowly.
Yet while most gasoline cars sold in China are built by foreign auto makers operating through local joint ventures, almost all of the electric cars sold in China last year were made by Chinese companies operating without foreign input.
Silicon Valley electric-car maker Tesla Inc. was the one notable exception: Without disclosing how many cars it had sold, the company said in a March 1 filing that its 2016 revenue topped $1 billion in China for the first time last year, leading auto-industry analysts to estimate China sales of around 11,000 imported vehicles. Chinese tech company Tencent Holdings Ltd. last week revealed it had taken a 5% stake in Tesla.
But Tesla, like most other foreign auto makers, has so far held back from building EVs in China. Beijing had sought to spur EV manufacturing by telling auto makers that a certain proportion of the cars they build in China would have to be electric in the near future, although officials have recently signaled that those moves may be delayed amid complaints from the industry and from foreign governments.
Imported cars incur a 25% tariff, making them less competitive, and so auto makers naturally want to build in China, said Michael Dunne of Hong Kong-based Dunne Automotive. But they have been holding out for some relaxation of China's strict joint-venture rules before committing to large-scale EV manufacturing in China, he said.
Foreign car makers and the Chinese authorities have been "sitting around the poker table", said Mr. Dunne.
It's the foreign car makers who appear to have blinked.
Is it fact that Campo requested an extension on the first month delivery for the ASI contract or is someone here just putting out speculation with no proof? If an extension was requested can someone please provide a link to prove that?
the gap has been amply filled. up we go.
The patient will be rewarded beginning today. contrats to all who have weathered the bear raids. DOLV
BobDude. If you can't buy them cheap I'll give you some of mine.
Party on Hawk!
Email response from John Campo. This was today. 3/30/2017 I would have posted it earlier however the ihub website was down.
This was my message to John.
I have substantially reduced my position in NEWC however I still have 6 million shares. The absence of this audited 10k, after months of indicating its completion in the near term, has become a matter of contention to many long holders of NEWC stock. This is not the way to treat shareholders, especially as a fledgling company trying to find a foothold. I am assuming the 10k and an updated PR will be forthcoming as this new quarter commences (no later than Monday morning pre-market). Please respond with something, anything to assuage my growing disappointment in management's overall ability to carry this company forward.
Sincerely,
This was his reply. He responded within about 30 minutes.

to me
I agree with you but the 10K is out of my hands, they're reviewing the subsequent events from 12/31/15 to now. I've been at this with the 10K since last fall, never imagining it would take this long. There are many developments that will be detailed once 10K is filed.
GONZO. PLEASE READ THIS AND TELL ME THAT MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES DO NOT BUY PUBLIC SHELLS AND REVERSE MERGE INTO THEM. WE REST OUR CASE.
Famous Reverse Mergers
Many people don’t realize how many famous companies went public via a reverse merger. The venerable institution the New York Stock Exchange went public in 2006 by doing a reverse merger. Some of the most high profile reverse mergers involve well known businessmen such as Warren Buffett, Ted Turner, Tony Robbins as well as Muriel Siebert, the first woman to purchase a seat on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange). There are also many brand name corporations who have utilized a reverse merger including Burger King, Jamba Juice, Blockbuster Video, Tandy Corporation (Radio Shack), Texas Instruments and Waste Management.
Although they are not as high profile as an IPO (Initial Public Offering), reverse mergers are a viable option for companies large and small that are seeking to go public. A reverse merger is enacted when a private company merges into a pre-existing public shell in order to become a public company. There are several reasons for choosing to employ a reverse merger but the main motivations are the accelerated speed of going public and the increased access to capital sources available once a company does go public.
Most people familiar with the financial world know the name of Warren Buffett, he is one of the wealthiest men in the world and like the old brokerage firm ad says when he talks, people listen. A reverse merger was good enough for him; Buffett bought out a textile manufacturing company and then merged his insurance empire into it without even changing the name. His company, Berkshire Hathaway, is the product of one of the most famous reverse mergers to date.
Congratulations to those that stayed long and strong through yesterday's predicable purge. Again... it provided a large transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient. Know what you own.
The stock market is a vehicle that transfers wealth from the impatient to the patient. Know what you own.
6 million at .0151
You buy a stock on a premise. Our premise here is well defined. Our premise depends now on a single event. That being news that has been promised us in the near term. If the event is positive then shares will be of great value. I believe our premise, in fact, will be proven positive. I will not sell even 1 share of the 16 million I currently hold until the event has come and gone.
I locked up another 1.5 million this morning at .013. Now have 16 million locked up!! Go DOLV!
14.0 million here so far and will be adding more today.
It's nice owning 13 million shares. 1.976% of the float. I had a good day holding long. As they say: "Know what you own".
Thanks for the clarification.
I thought the DD information stated $30 million of china dollars which would be the yuan. Conversion rates to $USD would be .14 given today's conversion rates. If that's the case we are not looking at $30 million $USD but rather $4.2 million. Am I missing something?
LMAO...this could quite possible be the best post EVER!! LOL
It's not 2B shares.
The ask during the last 10 minutes of trading was very thin. I put in an order for 500k shares at .0021 when the bid was .002. It only filled 45,100. With 3 minutes remaining I changed the balance of the order (454,900) to .0024. 58,559 were filled at .0023 and the balance was filled at .0024. These are extremely weak hands selling these shares at this level. It would seem that large holders of the stock are not selling at this level. I hold 10,500,000 shares and I am not going anywhere until this plays out. News will come soon enough either way.
It was necessary that the annual report be updated (done on February 7th) before the amended annual report, showing the change of ownership, could be created. That document shows the new CEO as Mr. Wang and also shows the outgoing CEO. The amended report is time and date stamped 8:22 am. February 14th. I believe this is the document in time that starts the requirement for the super 8k filing, which is 4 business days from the change of ownership. 4 business days would be Tuesday of next week. However: I would believe that a more strategic timing for the super 8k would be on a Friday morning for a myriad of reasons. Therefore I believe we will see the super 8K tomorrow. If not then it will need to be next Tuesday given the impending holiday. I hold 10 million shares of DOLV. If I'm correct I want to congratulate all of the investors on this board, in advance, holding long positions in DOLV.
Why not simply ask the truth guard which door to open. It's amazing how complicated some folks want to make things seem.
So if I understand you correctly it took you 30 transactions to determine your trading strategy was a failure. This doesn't seem to be the problem of TRTC. I've heard the phrase "it's not the song it's the singer" which may be applicable here. TRTC has, and will do fine, over time.
