Being the LQMT board that is what we focus on. LQMT with it's IP, has huge potential. After all these years some things seem to be imminent where they were somewhere in the future before. Fabrication techniques have been a huge obstacle that seems to be finding some solutions. Having limited funds has been an enormous problem that is one of the major sources of our frustration.
What we have seen of management has been very worrisome. There are many things that we just don't know and many things need to stay under wraps until the time is right. Quite a while back i saw an interview with Tom Steipp during which he mentioned that when ever he said too much Apple would call him and tell him to cut it out. I have been eager and hopeful and impatient as can be expected. I think that management has too.
The technology seems to be at a point where I have great expectation for production, not just sometime in the years from now time frame, but starting any time. I've hoped for that before, however, didn't really think it was ready for prime time. I think it is finally about prime time. The last prospectus and the resignation of Mark Hansen shook my confidence big time. But, I made the decision to go the distance with this.
I am a prosthetist. Materials and fabrication techniques for various applications is a very big deal for us. Our fabrication techniques are continuously changing and are a challenge.
Once problems with fabrication with these materials are overcome there will be new standards for what we can expect in many, many products. I am amazed that it is difficult for some people to see what is coming. The question is what companies are really going to benefit the most? Good to cover some bases here. You know that AAPL is going to be a big beneficiary here! As humongous as they are they have a huge head start with this material. Apple has talked about its fascination with glass for many years!
It seems that LQMT is the biggest gamble for the greatest reward as far as I can.
