That's odd.. I spoke to Dianne yesterday with regard to Dr .Beatrice Setnik. It took her about a half hour to call me back. Since I've been invested with Elite she's always called me back if she wasn't available. She actually remembers who I am. Maybe she realizes you arent a long term investor or someone who actually wants to buy the stock. Maybe if you are an actual investor perhaps she doesn't like you. She reads these forums regularly and I'm sure she can match tone and manner pretty well at least that's what she tells me.
The person presenting, Dr. Beatrice Setnik is a former Senior director at Pfizer. I believe Nasrat said Pfizer will pave the way. Things that make you go hmmmm.
Please cite your sources..
Lmao couldn't have said it better myself
That was simply awesome
I don't know why people are in a tizzy about Jerry selling some shares. He recently moved to a 55+ community in Plymouth Massachusetts. The Seton Highlands at Pinehill is a new development near a golf course and the historic Beaches of Plymouth. If you guys really knew anything you could check public records to see the permits pulled on his house. The last two Form 4s he pulled equals the total value of his new home which recently finished construction. Check it out! It's a nice development.
Right!! priority review for Elite and it's a piece of shit stock...
It does thank you
N2K I read the article. In your mind what is the significance of this for Elite? Does it help or hurt?
Jerry leaving could mean something potentially large at play and doesn't want to draw any legal attention to elite. Especially with this in his background:
"Treppel has a history of conflict with Biovail and its management. Treppel left BofA – where he was a vocal critic of Biovail’s accounting practices – in 2002, after Biovail obtained and publicized his ownership of a rival drug company’s stock, claiming it skewed his opinion. He has since sued Biovail for defamation."
We know his background is in finance so why would he leave a board? Certainly it's not a 40 hour requirement how would it hurt him or elite by still being on the board? I think since he already has a blemish on his record unwarranted or not I can see this being an issue if he was involved in another company looking to acquire elite.
Definitely a possibility I know a few people on this board have mentioned this. You'd be less than intelligent if you don't think two former actavis employees who happen to be key players in elite and epic didn't know a long term plan was in place for acquiring a company with a potential ADF pipeline. I'm also quite positive Nasrats recent hires were made aware of this long term plan. Remember Nas saying "no one will stop us" "Pfizer will pave the way". Just some curious musings.
You are right in this however the preferred method of addicts are through the avenues you just mentioned, i.e. Snorting crushing and etc. Drug abusers rarely swallow anything. They break it down to get a more potent dose in the quickest way possible.
Looks like PHASE 3 might be done

Sorry that's incorrect. YET AGAIN!!
I knew I loved you..
I think that might put is in the 17-20 dollar range
Actually he did
Dr Low actually naloxone is narcan which ambulance drivers use in the case of an overdose. Naloxone can only be injected or insufflated for maximum effect. Heroin addicts carry narcan with them so they can overdose. Naloxone doesn't work to prevent addiction because it has no long term abuse resistant properties because most of it gets filtered out through the liver. Even suboxone which is subutex and Naloxone can't prevent addiction because again Naloxone can't stay effective. For pain medication and abuse resistance technology naltrexone is actually the preferred antagonist. Hope that helps
You are so kind to care about my investments so much that you try to come up with reasons why I shouldn't invest. You're a stand up guy. ELTP doesn't need to pr everything they do. I'm well aware of the money they are spending and what it's being spent on. The longtime investors all know but yet you seem to be saying that somehow they are secretive. Did you not get the proxy information in the mail? All the answers to your questions and speculation is listed in the prospectus and the 10k they sent us via snail mail. You need to pay attention son. ELTP
Those of us who are real investors actually have called Dianne and know more than what's being shared on this board. I suggest you do the same
YeS he will, and so will I, Ill be buying boatloads if that happens.
Yep, guilty as charged. I acknowledge and regret my actions and I am prepared to accept the consequences. I commit to modify my bad behavior in the future.
Do you mean market makers like Merrill Lynch??
you should be glad that you have this as a gem. A profitable company with so many fires going at once. Don't worry you will be fine.
Check it out if you can. This was dated the 20th.

Hey Snow,
I highly doubt it. ELTP is a company that already has it's business plan in place and as far as I can see NVLX and ELTP are miles apart in their proprietary technology. There is no chance.
Couch I think you are being way too conservative. Just looking at what elite was at 10 years ago at 23.00 per share when they had nothing. What they have in the pipeline plus the ART could put them back up to that at the very least. 7 or 8 dollars is cheap money especially when considering the potential. My estimation is that this bad boy hits 23 in 4 years. A million dollar company making billion dollar products equals big money.
White what??
Haha that is a true
If we are successful in putting out our first art two years from now what do you guys think would be a reasonable buyout price for elites outstanding shares?
Nice post where did it come from
What did Google buy that company at??
They aren't testing pain so it doesn't matter. They are testing abuse resistance and euphoric affects. They already know that the pain part works. You need to do some homework doctor.
Claiming professional titles are meaningless yet you highlight the fact that Nasrat has a JD from one of the least prestigious law schools in the country. I don't believe he will be able to carry elite to where it needs to be extremely profitable. There are too many hands in the cookie jar and that's never a good thing. Do I like elite as a company? Yes I do! Is Nasrat the man to make it a billion dollar company? No. To make a billion dollar company you need a proven innovator and elite just doesn't have it and that's my opinion.
I agree with you. I would even say the price will drop to .09 in the third week of november.
Believe me I have done my DD. My opinion is that Elite is a great company with too many people involved in its direction. As a patent lawyer I'm interested to see how their ART patent is going to play out. I think many people on this board have said they've done their due diligence but if you aren't a doctor or lawyer you have no way to understand the inner workings of the laws and technology involved. You're relying on information that the company gives you and not where the company stands against competitors.
And you are basing this on what information. You need to work on your DD and provide some evidence.
Did you even bother to read the form 4? Why is a profitable company using shares from another company to pay taxes? Makes no sense
I hope you guys seriously don't think that a 5 percent shareholder selling of his shares is good news. What a waste, this company has so much to offer but buffoons are running the show. Run away from this stock until ne management comes along.
