Do u think they need to raise cash ? Cash generation still weak
Very good news .. you need to have money and cash flowing in to buyback so soon after buying 1/2 million shares
$3 is not as cheap as you think .. true that eps in Q1 , lowest quarter was 6 cents .. but was not taxed .. net 30% rate and you have 4 cents .. 2018 looking at 22 cents fully taxed .. so pe of about 14 at $3 .. also note that company is spending next to nothing on R&D and so that artificially boosts eps
Having said that , I will add if it goes to $2 range as there is upside in nyse listing and also growth is very impressive even if it is slowing to 40% a year, it should command a higher PE and my price target is $10
The might be a very good buying opp .. I will wait a while and add in $2s if it gets there
Nice earnings .. 6 cents .. their lowest quarter .. paying taxes going forward is reality ..
Pretty sure, restricted cash is off table for general corporate use or daily running biz
In accounting, "cash" refers to the money held by a company in liquid form that can be spent or invested. Restricted cash is money that is reserved for a specific purpose and therefore not available for immediate or general business use.
Examples of restricted cash
There are many scenarios in which a company might need to set aside a specific amount of restricted cash. Common examples of restricted cash include refundable deposits, minimum balances on bank accounts, and funds held in escrow. Our broker center has plenty of information to get you more familiar with the stock market!
It is often the case that restricted cash results from a legally binding agreement. For example, if a company receives a bank loan, the lending institution's contract might stipulate that the company reserve a certain amount of money in a restricted cash account that will remain unavailable for spending for a preset period of time.
However, not all restricted cash arises from legal or contractual obligations. Sometimes a company will voluntarily decide to set aside restricted cash. For example, a company might choose to reserve a certain amount of money for a new project and designate that cash as restricted.
From NVO call
We expect to provide an update on new results from the PIONEER program at our investor event at the ADA conference in Orlando, on the 24th of June this summer.
They have results now! They chose to license 4th molecule and also buy priority voucher in advance of data out
Posted on SA today
“Novo bought a Priority Review Voucher in q1. I bet they will use it for oral semaglutide. It is a voucher for 4 months( normally 12 months) but still 4 months earlier??”
I think we are close to end of this consolidation from $1 to $5 and consolidation to $3.. hope we get a quick wash out , but it may not happen
That is my friend .. lol
Debt holders will not allow restricted
Cash to be used for running biz .. same as not having access to it
Thanks Ed ... I was looking at working capital that was only $1M ... Much of $15M cash is restricted
I am just learning about this stock .. has anyone here contacts that 10% holder ? David Robins ?
5 years for ffa approval of topical HDAC creme for ctcl? Or 5 years to get $3
I have not asked him .. I think you need to wait 3 years and if it is approved you can get $3 a share ...
A long wait, but also a good entry
My friend bought shares yesterday .. he has done DD and says CTCL will enroll quickly and that odds of fda approval is high , triggering $65M milestone to cover all convert debt
Leaving 25M shares to get royalty on sales
It will go up after offering . Are they working on a secondary ?
I think pending capital raise, then it is clear
They said 30 building on rent exiting 2018 .. do we have an idea what is revenue contribution from these projected 30?
Agree .. very good numbers .. they must raise a little cash though with working capital of $1M and backlog of $400M .. little breathing room
Thank you .. I think they will raise some cash as cash flow is still weak and they are doing a lot of biz
Cross layer should fall to bottom line .. question is how much
What margins they expect to get ?
Q3 Rev was $79M with gross margin of 19%
Q4 Rev was $110M with gross margin of 14%
Anyone know why gross margins decreased with higher revenue level?
They will pay taxes this year .. so some of eps growth in 2018 gets absorbed ... but 2 times earning growth is good for p/e .. I put p/e at 40 and price target of $10
This is not a solid diamond in rough .. it just effectively declared BK a d wiped out previous shareholders
It is now well capitalized and I expect stock price to go up , warrants get exercised and stock will do well from here
LoL .. buy ftnw .. you can only make money
Aytu .. is a spec investment now that can pay off big if these guys are legit and can execute
Very good numbers .. still needs to digest recent gains
Thanks .. going with $5 a square feet and say 20% of 35 acres is commercial space ?!? .. $1.5M high margin ?!?
Is math correct
Lol .. didn’t want to take $ here to ftnw .. good you started small
Yes .. zyxi and also ftnw
Thank you very much Ed .. I need a few days to learn and digest everything you said ..
I did not know about high margin recurring revenue and that is very positive
Agreed
This could be headed towards 2 Times sales valuation or $800M .. expect some dilution to improve balance sheet along the way to 7M shares ... over $100 a share !!
Good stuff

Thanks .. Do you know if gross margins of 20% reported last Q is typical for biz they are in?
What is fair market cap , compared to its peers and its position in marketplace ?
UFO .. take a look at FTNW .. I think a good one
I think so too .. may sit at $5 for a few more months
For anktiviotics, you give same day .. for aphb, there is a delay of 3 days in processing tumor and giving right drug
Is this delay acceptable ?
