Delightfully conservative prognostication!
Uhhhhhhh... Shareholders Profiting... Company Growing maybe... is that such a far-fetched indicator of success? (...and have you heard enough of "Captain Rhetoric" yet?) (...pie-in-the-sky, Field of Dreams?) (I know, I know...)
If the PPS improves relative to the success (or lack of same) of either the dealership or the PotNetwork site, does the "ownership" of either really matter? I just want the price to go up... WAY da hell up; enough so I (we) can make some money on this investment. Any positive scenario will do for me... but is there ANY plausible one? (I sure hope so...)
The car dealership no longer exists - according to at least one ihub member who drove past the lot recently. He said the property was empty. The Sunrise website looks as if it hasn't been updated for months. It still shows the same address - and no reference to any relocation...
Too much "COASTER" & not enough "ROLLER"
What da hell's it gonna take to get this thing moving up again?
What a ROLLER-COASTER ride this has been! GLTA!!
...AND... PotNetwork's best way to MAKE those impressive dollars is to create a KICK-AZZ site, produce ENTICING, ENGAGING, INFORMATIVE content so other companies will be scuffling to get in line to throw advertizing dollars at it. As wrong as I may be, I personally think there is MUCH more money potential in a truly KILLER PotNetwork than there ever will be in a used car lot. With the resulting rise in the pps, I think UTRM will do WAY better than any of the share-fenagling chicanery that many of us have - at one time or another - suspected UTRM of. I wish they would just run the damn business for goodness sake!! The talk may sound nice to someone hearing it for the first time, but POSITIVE ACTION by PotNetwork is what's going to make us all rich!
Speaking of "image", we know "sex sells", but whose idea was it to make sure that the first image we see when entering PotNetwork is that fuzzy polka-dot crotch sitting on that fuzzy chair?? No matter HOW much anyone likes sex, that "image" looks AWFUL! Couldn't they have taken a nice photo?
PotNetwork's got 3 grown-azz men, with 8-hour WORK-days (at least, we hope)... WHAT THE HELL DO THEY DO ALL DAY?? Regarding our site, how long should it take to add REAL unapologetic pages with even minimal content for all of those messed-up links? Is the dead link to the "Contact Us" page an indication of their attitude and/or work ehtic? They need to (rather WE need for them to) wake up and do their JOBS! Really, what's a typical minute-to-minute WORK-day like for any of our three known PotNetwork officers?
Betcha we know which Denver CC option PotNetwork chose:
Vendor Booth
The price is $2000 for a vendor booth (5' x 10') in the
smoking area...
No sponsorships, no extras, no live links or banners (it'd be nice to have a worthwhile site to link to), nothing that a business trying to get itself on the map and into the minds of millions of people would do. Sorry for ranting, it's just saddening.
How on Earth can we wake PotNetwork up? Has anyone gotten ANY recent responses (NON-FORM-LETTER) from Investor Relations?
I don't recall any promises for Portland's Cup. I hope you get the CHANCE to "prove it in July". Better yet, I hope that by then we won't have to worry about proving anything because UTRM will have stepped up to the plate, hitting successive home runs! I truly wish this company would at least ACT like they want to make money. So far, it's pretty much mostly just TALK. Tiresome and frustrating...
Wonder how much they spent on Denver's Cannabis Cup? No airfare, no hotels, no car rentals. Odd that their corporate timing & strategy landed UTRM with three guys from Denver just in time for the Denver CC. Will UTRM fire them and hire some new guys in June for North California and then again hire a new crew in July for Portland? Please excure my silliness, but the POINT is that UTRM has APPARENTLY not spent much of true significance on getting PotNetwork to where they say they want it. Where's the studio with hundreds-of-thousands to maybe millions of dollars worth of production equipment? Where is the hired professional personnel to run the equipment either in-studio or on-site? Where's the talent for presentation of mj news or comedic entertainment? For these goals, it would seem that it would take major amounts of cash to generate major amounts of advertizer-enthusiasm (ie: cash). Are they spending it? Will they ever get around to getting serious with this? I certainly hope so - and "sooooooooon".
Just tried to buy, ScotTrade STILL won't allow.
If 5+billion is so excessive, why are they all bought-up?? According to the b/a-size numbers, people seem to be chomping at the bit for many more millions & millions of UTRM shares every day. Likely VOI (voice of ignorance) here (won't be the first time...), but I don't really give a rat's azz about what percentage of the company I own. As long as the pps keeps increasing, I've got more money. Now... if only UTRM's PotNetwork people would get WAY better at running its business - produce great or even just good shows, news reports, and other content - and amass a continuing (hopefully perpetual) stream of advertisers - it's a good bet that the pps will rise... substantially! Wouldn't that be nice?
Either CV bought them back or WE bought them. Probably a combination of the two scenarios. At what ratio... will we ever really know?
Sorry, but ScotTrade still won't let us buy UTRM. I just tried to enter an order a minute ago, and got the same red rejection sign. Either use another broker or find another bank which deals with another broker. I'm re-establishing an old disabled account I had with OptionsXpress (no minimum balance!) to purchase any additional UTRM shares. The commission is a little higher, but at least I'll be able to buy. I haven't really had my ear to the ground like alot of people here, but as far as I know, ScotTrade is the ONLY broker who has restricted its members from buying UTRM - citing "Illiquidity" - which I assume is caused by our share structure being so close to being "maxed-out". GLTY!
Links to "ContactPN" and "Advertising" are still dead! How much effort would it take to set up a contact page? Do they WANT to hear what the world has to say (...and are they prepared and/or equipped to respond?)? Are they TRYING to monetize PotNetwork.com? Where are their priorities? What message are they trying to send to potential investors? Are alarm-bells going off for anyone else here?
PotNetwork.com's UP before the market close, thank goodness.
The old UTRM used to always tick me off making moves over the weekend where you couldn't see immediate market reactions. Let's see what "power-hour" brings NOW!
Looks like it's UPPP!!!!!!
This ain't baseball, ONE-STRIKE may be all they get...
This site simply HAS TO be up "TA-DAY"!! No BS.
I wanted to buy a little more UTRM before this thing "explodes" (hopefully) during the next few trading sessions. With all of the "settling" requirements, I probably won't get that chance now, even if I opened a new account with another broker. Yeah, this isn't the first time ScotTrade's conservative policies have messed up my plans either. I like ScotTrade for the most part, but now and then they REALLY piss me off!
Meanwhile, UTRM had **BETTER** come through for all of us! Here's to ditching our "doubting" ways over the next few days!!
So far, UTRM's "new management" has kept ALL of its promises up to this point in time - as far as I have seen. Today's promised new website opening is (IMO) its biggest test of honesty & integrity yet, and its first truly TANGIBLE evidence of full comittment to the PotNetwork enterprise. When the PR said April 17, I, like most of us I'm sure, assumed (hoped) the site would be up at 12:01am this morning! To be fair, they (we!) still have until 11:59:59pm tonight to get this going - in order to keep their pristine record of fidelity intact. The anticipation is electrifying!!
At least from ScotTrade's perspective, this is what appears to be happening here:

Dear Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx:
At this time, the symbol UTRM is not available for purchases at Scottrade due to an NSCC Illiquid Charge. As a matter of policy, Scottrade reviews stocks periodically and can add or delete stocks from our platform for a variety of reasons. These reasons can include, but are not limited to, risk or volatility, clearance, settlement, technical and other operational issues and the lack of a ready market.
Thank you for choosing Scottrade. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
Rich B.

"Maxed-Out"??
From all I can see, people are TRYING to buy, but an increasing number of brokerages are limiting buy and/or sell access to UTRM. Would I love to see a symbol-change?? Hell-F***in-Yeah!! What are the POSITIVE actions UTRM can take to restore its trading status to full access again??
Damn! Just tried to buy more via ScotTrade. They rejected my request (big, red circle with a minus-sign inside), saying "Please contact your local branch about placing an order on this security.". I've never had to do this before! I wonder what this is about?
How could anyone with brains between their ears dump a gazillion 3's right before such a potentially price-rocketing event? I wish I coulda bought 'em up. I'm pretty much outta powder, but I'm looking for some MEGA returns on my few million shares within the next few days/weeks. I REALLY hope UTRM kicks A$$!
Need to see UTRM take off and FLY!! I only wish they didn't need such an exceedingly long runway...
OK! Nobody cares to discuss Sunrise. I understand. Bad timing perhaps? Everyone here has me on "ignore"? Has Sunrise (our cash-generating machine, I guess) truly become irrelevant? Alright then... next...
What's happening with Sunrise?? With all this CUP-news (or non-news) in the mix, (this ALMOST seems off-topic) have we forgotten about our only (hopefully) true current cash-cow? What were the March 2015 "revenue" figures? (Since they have some kinda aversion to posting "profits", I suppose revenues will hafta do.) Sorry if I missed the 3/15 report, but if anyone has a link to it, please kindly post it for us. They came up with the first two months' revenue figures in LIGHTINING-SPEED(!) just after the end of February. How're we doin' here??
I see you're from Missouri! So am I. What still scares me about the pps with UTRM is that it seems to have always done much better with rumors and unverifiable crap-news (eg: 3-b share reduction) than on real news (eg: Chris' first live broadcast - GIGANTIC pps-tank afterward). I hope this trend reverses for the next couple of weeks. If things go as UTRM has promised, we should be witnessing LOTS of REAL TANGIBLE NEWS, EVENTS, BROADCASTS, etc. which I'm PRAYING that the market reacts (EXTREMELY!!) favorably to. I'm TIRING of all of this talk, plans, set-up, promises, fittin'-to, right around da corner, light at the end of da tunnel...
SHOW ME, DAMMIT!! Tick-tock...
Not if PotNetWork.com hits us with LIVE STREAMING as promised...
I believe the old management wants a payday, and the new management isn't hearin' it.
I wish I could say that I'm CONFIDENT about UTRM exceeding last year's highs. I only just HOPEFUL (tremendously!) but way short of "sure", based on past "trust issues" and CV's questionable intentions.
To me, it seems as if it would be SO much more profitable in the LONG RUN to just doggedly grow the pot & car businesses using whatever new resources Sunrise is amassing now, than to play the terribly typical stock manipulation tricks. A high-quality re-vamping of our site should be a great trigger to start loading our bandwagon.
I once again must plead ignorance as to how we can achieve a MEANINGFUL, SIGNIFICANT share reduction when our shares appear to be "maxed-out". Help me understand. I'll do some more research on the subject in the mean-time. Thanks!
Today is my 1-year anniversary for owning UTRM stock. On Thursday, 3/20/14, I bought-in @ .0033. UTRM was taking-off like a rocket! I made a couple more purchases as it was rising, and within 2 more trading days - it I was watching my live feed register .0146! My wife peered over my shoulder and said, "Look at all that money in the account! Why don't you sell?". I replied, "This stock is JUST GETTING STARTED! Only a PUNK would get out now...". Chris was making many exciting-sounding promises, and I, for one, believed him. Monday, 3/24/14, was the day EVERYONE who was around UTRM back then wishes they had cashed-in.
Anybody remember the "countdown" page(s) on our website? I even made ANOTHER purchase on 4/16/14. The pps was ramping up AGAIN for the promised massive revelation via UTRM's live webcast of Sunday, 4/20/14! While Chris' rather dry monologue was certainly not awe-inspiring, I didn't think he was terrible. Just a few minutes after the open on Monday, 4/21, the market made it QUITE clear that it didn't agree with me. It was, I believe, the most precipitous 1-day pps drop in the history of the company. Did I get out? (Ain't hindsight grand?)
Even after MORE "countdown" promises and months of NOTHING from James, somehow, at least I WANT to believe the declarations of this new team. But without TANGIBLE progress (actual site re-design/improvement, actual addition of new car-lots, live broadcasts or at least CURRENT stories, maybe even a symbol change and/or a name change) the market will NOT have a positive response to our company. May we all learn from our mistakes and acquire the knowledge to make the wisest decisions. $$UTRM$$
Penny stock symbol changes are most often NOT accompanied by reverse splits - according to my "mini research" done with the help of google. For example take a look at the following site.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/market-activity/symbol-changes
I only looked through the first six pages of the listing, but NONE of the stocks which actually CHANGED their complete symbols (not just adding a "D" or simply changing one letter) performed reverse splits. I read through MANY other infomative sites and none of them suggested that symbol changes (penny stock or otherwise) are harbingers of reverse splits.
I think ckmac's request was careful, concise, and not open to any misinterpretation by UTRM.
You've gotta include CHARLES VACCARO in this equation! Remember, it was HE who was the "Director" of Sunrise, and Mr. Buckner was only his VP. Mr. Vaccaro's getting my vote for having been master puppeteer of all of these recent UTRM machinations - as well as probably all of the behind-the-scenes UTRM activity since at LEAST mid-2014. Element Trading, UTRM, Sunrise... CV gets around...
How much more perplexing can this company become?? In Post#87656 (11/9/14) a list of Key Executives was submitted on this board:
Key Executives for United Treatment Centers Inc (UTRM)
Edward Matthew Tracy
Chairman
James Wright
President/CEO
Greg Smith
CTO
Louis D Desantis
Exec VP/Secretary
Louis C Contey
VP/Asst Secretary
Ashley Martin
VP:Operations
Not ONE of these names is ANYWHERE on either the "Unaudited Financial Statements" or the "Annual Report" found on OTCmarkets.com. Wassup wit dat?
Now look at all of the NEW names we find on the "Annual Report". Hundreds of millions of shares were issued. 3.2 Billion to Vaccaro for the acquisition of Element Trading! Then 3.0 Billion of those were "retired" last March! Wassup wit dat??
I googled Steven Buckner (our apparent CEO? den WTF is James?) and couldn't conclusively identify him.
I think I found (google images) Charles Vaccaro (of NYC), but not 100% sure.
The only document we have stating the "position" of James F. Wright in UTRM (if I remember correctly) was Chris Seminatore's parting message PR (resignation?) where I believe Chris mentioned that he was, so to speak, handing over the reins to the capable hands of James. We all know how much faith we should have in ANY PR of Mr. Seminatore.
Then there are the UTRM "Goulding Chronicles" - Richard the physician who was supposed to be our chief medical consultant - and Randall the Attorney who's purported to be a pillager & destroyer of comatose OTC entities... This is tiring and unfulfilling.
I'm trying as hard as I can to simplify this scenario, but with so many "unknowns", it's not easy at all. Let's take the scenario you posed to 2Tommy2 in your last message where James is paid a salary. It should be SIMPLE, like most other salaried jobs on Earth: improve the company's situation (to some agreed-upon level) and earn bonuses, mess up the company's situation (also to some agreed-upon level) and get fired. But, apparently, it's NOT that simple or else, IMO, James would not still be CEO of UTRM.
Question: how can James be "CEO" of UTRM and have (apparently) SO little control/knowledge about what's really going on there? Answer: James is only a "figurehead" CEO - and it was (most probably) the "REAL" CEO who hired him, makes all critical financial/strategic decisions from behind the scenes and possibly gets James to sign off on them, leaving the originator of those actions shrouded in mystery.
Why else "hire" a CEO? Laziness? Maybe. As everybody is realizing, things at UTRM just don't "add up". According to 2Tommy2, James has stated that he's considered resigning. What, I wonder, did whoever's in power do (and why) to entice him to stay?
If UTRM was crankin' out multiple live broadcasts daily, raking in ad revenues, and the stock pps was sailing upward at a healthy pace, nobody would be contemplating posts such as this. Even people like Vincelong wouldn't have shit negative to say. I just hope that UTRM is "for real" and gets their stated plan into serious action NOW!
You, 2Tommy2, out of all the members of iHub, probably have had the most direct level of contact with James. Based upon YOUR findings, it seems that James is NOT the prime decision-maker of UTRM, but CEO in name-only. Who is the REAL mover & shaker? Obviously not him. I'd hate to think that he was simply not being straight with you, just to shift blame off of him while you were staring him in the face. Why would someone "hire" James, name him "CEO", but render him virtually powerless while making all of the major moves remotely, in secret? Might that "someone" possibly have something significant to hide, or are they just reclusive? Such a puzzle this is. I just wanna get RICH!!
Did James use the word "hired"? Talk about raising questions...
I'm just trying to form a mental image of the entire entity of UTRM. Was his office a stand-alone building or part of a "complex"? How many rooms, how big, what equipment did he have there?
I wonder how much time our CEO and/or his team spends at the "main" office in CA, and what that location is used for. I wonder who "hired" him. Someone posted a list of "officers" of UTRM awhile back. Also, Nyk1 found that photo of the UTRM team (post# 87650). Has anyone matched all of the faces with names? (Like most of the rest of us, I could only recognize Tony Montgomery and James.)
I still somehow have a good feeling about UTRM and its prospects for making us all a great deal of money! Good luck to all of u$!
