Well said, thank you
Thank you, Johnny
Bizo - are you still holding a position in this? I have some ideas on how to salvage what is left here. There doesnt appear to be a transfer agent anymore of Nationl Stock Trans was shut down. Trying to figure out who may be sitting on a control block. Any insight would be appreciated. Cheers
DDHOUND, are you still holding a position here? Trying to ascertain who may hold the control block as I have some thoughts on bringing this back. Can you even confirm who the transfer agent is? Any insight would be apprecaited. Cheers
ThoughtPower are you still holding a position here? Are you aware of who may hold a control block for NXIS. Their transfer agent is still listed as National Stock Transfer, but they were shut down by the SEC. Trying to get some info, have an idea or two how to salvage this. Any insight would be appreciated.
Hey TIPIL7Z, are you still holding shares? Do you know who may be holding the control block? I have some thoughts on bringing this back
Anybody out there with shares still? Have to imagine this has been abandoned by management, but would love to hear otherwise. This is prime for being suspended by the SEC unless some action is taken ASAP
Any shareholders still holding GSPO shares? Any insight as to what, if anything, has been going on? Would be interested in hearing from you.
anybody out there still holding shares? any guess as whether these guys have not, in fact, totally abandoned this sinking ship?
I think its ripe for being suspended and delisted. not sure the company hasn't been abandoned altogether. My thought would be that anybody with any appreciable amount of money in the company take action as a shareholder. its a nevada corp and there processses by which you can compel management to take action or even remove action altogether. just my thought.
not sure how filing a Form 10 would be a logical means with which to relist the corporation, typically the 15c211 would be more difficult to file vis-a-vi an S-1. Just point that out. Total loss here for me, not holding out hope. Would love to hear from others who got wiped out.
I agree with your opinion. Would love to get a long term shareholders take on this. PM me if interested
I'm Interested In hearing from a shareholder or two of MNTR there are issues at hand here
Any SYBR shareholders out there? PM me I have some thoughts on resurrecting this deal
Any ACCS shareholders out there? I have some thoughts/solutions. PM me
Actually, Securities Compliance Group (me) has been in business for 10+ years, I just did a name/brand change at one point. We also provide capital markets advisory under the Wabash name. Hope this clarifies.
You could argue that it is a shell, and thus Rule 144 is not available. Moreover, the holding period requirements for new issues would still be 12 months and an insider or control shareholder is subject to volume sale restrictions. Not ideal situation, for sure, but certainly some difficult mechanics behind it.
will they accept DWAC of OTC issues, at all? Or can you recommend a b/d that does? Cheers.
Anyone out there sitting on large blocks of BFHI shares? pm me if so
