Love this!! :D I’m certainly not concerned over a handful of their shares being sold. Warren Buffet also has some pretty solid advice. Sell a few at some preset upward movements (hopefully at peaks), then wait it out with the rest. (My hubby already did that and is riding on house money now).

I certainly am grateful for all Emil has done to get us this far. He’s surely gone the extra mile, God bless him. I imagine many others would’ve tucked tail and ran years ago. Thank you Emil!! You’re certainly a trooper!!

We all know court systems run painfully slow, especially when the defense has more money, power and influence to be able to stall and prolong trials and such. I never expected this to be an overnight slam dunk (though I’d certainly hoped it would payoff within 10 years) :D The nice thing at least is all my holdings are long and therefore will be taxed much lower.

Do I dream (and pray) of this coming in at my originally projected $25/sh? Absolutely! But I project good energy without expectation attached to it. Mostly I pray that justice is served, whatever those results may be. My sister always says “Lord, Bless it, or Block it”. It’s a good mantra to have in times like these :)

Right On!!! I just got back from 2 weeks in Spain!! I want to be able to take my family and friends on worldly adventures as well!! Hoping for Germany with my sons for Octoberfest next year! I also have a grand baby on the way I need to spoil. I also have several friends who could use max annual gifts (tax free) as a boost up.

$25 all the way! Been sayin that from the get go. And yea, I’d “move” to FL if I didn’t have to actually move there. Haha. Guess I’m stuck paying my taxes. Thankfully the majority of it is long term gain.

Just wanted to let you all know, I, and everyone I know who is sitting on this sock, are still here. Haven’t budged other than to increase holdings. Very uplifting decisions made as of late. Patiently waiting for our day in a non-corrupt courtroom in front of a judge who isn’t obviously biased and owned by big tech.

The purpose of this email is to clarify a misconception some have had regarding a recent filing by the company.

Last week, Voip-Pal CEO, Emil Malak filed a Form 4 with the Securities and Exchange Commision informing of a transfer of a small percentage of his personally held restricted 144 shares. That transfer was a personal decision Mr. Malak made after consulting with his attorney during a routine updating of his will. Mr. Malak was advised that it was in his best interests to divest himself of a small percentage of his holdings and transfer some of his personally held shares to his wife and children. Those shares are currently restricted and will remain restricted after transfer. Mr. Malak has often stated that he has never sold a single share of his Voip-Pal stock and he stands behind those words today.

I imagine with the world/country in the state that it’s in, that VPLM is going to remain stagnant for a little while. Maybe we’ll get lucky and hear some news sooner, but I’m not expecting anything. God keep you all safe.

Actually, no news is actually good news! It means the judges are giving this decision some real thought. If it was an obvious unanimous “No” judgement, we would’ve heard already. Our case has credence. I say take all the time they’re allowed! Make the RIGHT decision. I have faith!!!

Sorry, but those numbers are simply ridiculous. I certainly beg to differ.

You do realize it’s Christmas time right? People have lives outside of listening to all of this moaning. All us longs realize that nothing major is likely to happen, up or down, until the courts make their decisions. I know plenty who are taking advantage of this drop. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays! I wish you all better lives in 2020!!
