Tea is a growing market, and a large one at that. I don't see why not =).
GL
It's about time for it to continue upward momentum again.
ACLP will keep rising now that we acquired Village Tea Co.
I'm actually writing this from a tea cafe (not by village tea), but it's definitely an alternative to starbucks. Tea tastes better, is healthier and has more variety of what you can do with it drink-wise. That's what I'm here instead of Starbucks.
Americans are a big demographic, and they're wisening up on health. They want an easy, quick, solution to being healthier..and making a switch to tea is just that kind of solution. We've hit a bit of a jackpot, so let's watch this run up =).
GLTA
Solid Breakout!! Real time ACLP at +%142.86 ATM.
And this is only Monday. Watch out for next whole week!!
Tea is a HUGE market...I'm not surprised with this movement. Expecting a lot more very soon.

The Tea Market is actually growing in the US very nicely. I know an owner of a Tea place (w/ boba) near my place that opened up last October. They're doing very well. The company is from China and is starting to open stores in the US. I'm now good friends with the owner of the local store (who is the son of the main chain in China). He knows his stuff regarding tea; I've listened to him speak about it before when I was one of the first few customers.
In time I'll invest more time for research regarding tea. America is always looking for a healthy product to consume - and tea is a great choice. Even Starbucks locations sell tea bags/leaves (though cheaper quality). Sometimes it's an acquired taste for certain varieties of teas, but for the most part it's generally accepted.

Found it. look at my post. And I gotta head off for now.
Good luck!
VillageTea Revenues 2012: $750,000~!!!!!!
I think we have a minimal resistance path to $0.025/share since it came down from there relatively easily (probably due to the way MMs operate and these prices being new lows). Basically all prices below $0.025 are very cheap right now, especially with Village Tea acquisition (that has a LOT of potential..and a very nice site with real products).
Oh just remembered, does anyone have PrivCo info on Village Tea...or maybe because it may have been owned by a public company, there might be info in other 8K's/10ks or 10Q's from those other public companies that can give us an idea of their revenues.
Very prematurely. Just keep posting updates and the good news...this board's activity will be shown and ACLP will be back on breakout boards in no time =).
BOOM +62% PPS.
By assuming their debt, I can only imagine that we just gave them means to expand. Their expansion and thriving is our expansion and our thriving, as well. They probably plan on doing some mass production for warehouses to buy in bulk from them and resell. They already sell the tea leaves in cans, so I can imagine seeing this in stores like Vons/Albertsons/Costco (Price Club/Sams Club)/etc (super markets basically, these are just local examples).

We could potentially be their owners by December 1st this year (or even earlier). Seems like they could be making good revenues, and have potential for growth.

Look at step ladder chart pattern. This was before the 8-K news was mentioned. Imagine what will happen tomorrow. This is huge news for ACLP. They're gonna get some solid revenues just from Village Tea.
I don't think you guys realize how well established this company is.
Their site: http://www.villageteaco.com/
Source: http://www.cnbc.com/id/100948958#.
If I understand the 8-K correctly, we'll be the majority owners of Village Tea and be taking the majority of their revenues? They also get 10% of our dividend (as a result of holding preferred Series J shares).
It seems like we're gonna be owning 70% of Village Tea..is this correct? It also implies that Gilbert has something in store for us and all other shareholders of ACLP to have ACLP generate some new sort of revenue that resulted in Village Tea to agree with this deal. Otherwise I don't see why they would agree to this deal. Looking forward to December 1st, 2014! (or sooner)
So, uh, where does 'excited' fall in the color spectrum? Light blue? Red-ish?
Up 52% EOD =)
Nothing of interest from 10-K and, yet, Black Arch Opportunity Fund is at 9.99% investment (upped from ~6%) of o/s (about 24mil now). Small positives I see is that I suppose Black Arch has no problem lending to ACLP..they probably know something or see something we don't.
I dunno..with what the longer term investors have been through here, I think we're owed a full disclosure of plans, and something huge of a transaction. Too much money has been lost in a company that holds patents with huge potential. And, of course, plenty of potential with Air Force aka gov't contracts. I'd like to hear feedback from old CEO and Gil on what the plans actually were, why they failed (before Gil) with more detail, and if there's any good chance of reviving them. Otherwise I'm being led into a new type of company, a different direction than what I've invested, and which would be a lengthened return on investment..not something I'm really up for. The value of just medical potential seems too low compared to potential value through gov't contracting. A buyout of 30x current value of stock would be ideal to avoid any lawsuits. Then they can keep whatever info secret and to themselves as they wish.
At least the regular posters here are honest about their opinions - I like that.
I'm looking forward to a class action lawsuit which likely should arise (if nothing changes and the value, more or less, promised doesn't arise). There have been words that could be treated as promises, or give the impression that a certain direction will occur with the company, and yet, nothing. What ever happened to Net Cents II contracts from a while back? Even when that wasn't happening, the delay of merger has caused many stock holders significant losses. Now with this R/S it only seems like just a scammy company. Gil might have just thrown away his reputation...but we'll see. There's still a chance. EIP/EIS better work their ass off to give ACLP the value it was promised to have.
Quick note on 'delay of merger'...there was no solid announcement of a merger either. I think we can assume the merger already occurred? The poor information from the board to the shareholders is reason enough for a lawsuit.

More false information from you, LGL? If you can't do proper DD, stop posting. Gilbert caught up the filings a while back.
from http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ACLPD/quote
"Common Stock SEC Reporting - Current"
It's easy to look up. You should have no reason to have that wrong.
Yes, this sounds like bashing, but the point is to do our best with accurate information. LGL has had nonsense posts in the past and should avoid them on our boards. I'd like to keep a board clean of spam and false information.

I know at some point NXTD was planning on licensing ACLP patents for their biometric wallet product (or something like that). I think they went about it their own way. Now from your link it seems Apple is interested in having secure payments through biometrics, which ACLP has patents in regards to :). Though, it would be smarter to send a face image to central servers, have servers process visual data and identify user, then allow for transaction (all using ACLP's patented software tech). Fingerprint scanners are an additional piece of hardware which raises the price of phone manufactering. Adding ACLP software for secure transactions via biometric facial recognition means it can be added to any phone made in the last couple of years with a front facing camera. Honestly top it off with a pin number/password to add another layer of security, and it'll be pretty well accepted IMO. As long as the facial recognition performs as well as they say it does.
I don't think so. $0.01 should from now on be the lowest PPS allowed on ACLP (near term). Of course, in time, it'll be much higher, but for now we need it above a penny per share to get back to OTC QB. $0.01 is already pretty discounted for the price IMO. $0.025 was the post-split equivalent for the previous bottom of $0.0001 (250:1 RS). The RS was only really necessary for that requirement to be met and for ACLP to be traded as OTC QB again. All filings have been caught up thanks to the interim CEO. Shareholders just always jump in and right out in penny stocks too soon due to lack of patience. They don't understand it takes time for various procedures to be completed.
Anyway, we'll be fine in time and this price per share will be far behind us soon enough =). (my pump-y optimistic opinion ;) ). Though in seriousness, I truly do believe ACLP will be in a much better position soon (and no, we won't be immediately spiking up to $1/share...that's something that, if it happens, will take more time).
GLTA
If you guys look at the chart from the past and look at what aclp has hit before (several times), it'll be equivalent to $0.50+ post r/s ($0.0020+ pre r/s). Basically we definitely have hit what is now known as the $0.50 mark. Looking forward to getting there again and beyond :).
Glta
Record number of reverse splits? What are you talking about? It's just one reverse split in like 10 years.
#someoneIsOffMeds
Do you even know what a pumper is? What I'm doing is simply saying that Gil has a good reputation (true) and to wait. Pumping requires a lot more people and a good bit of deceivement. Bashing the stock when it hasn't played out completely is just the throwing around unnecessary fear about the stock. When good news does come out, it won't be as big of a price spike because of your words scaring off shareholders with nonsense.
Btw I don't understand why you need to keep ending your posts with "jmho". Are not all your posts "honest opinions"? If anything, it sounds like you're trying to reassure others who might be skeptical of your posts that you're being honest. The implication is that normally you aren't when you keep using "jmho".
Good luck
Even current price is pretty cheap tbh. High of Day today was $0.04. Maybe buy some shares at current price just in case it goes back to that PPS again next week (or tomorrow, who knows). And if it goes down, buy the rest at the price you wanted (unless your commission is per transaction instead of per share).
Let's finish off strong. We're #5 (now; corrected) on breakout boards. Keep up the DD and review of previous DD so all new shareholders can be caught up with everything. Perhaps if the PPS is high enough by the end of the week, the RM will occur faster (EIP/EIS more willing to acquire it faster). Additionally, we wanna keep it above $0.01 to regain OTC QB status. Up 47% (iHub numbers) so far!

edit: #6 -> #5
$ACLP(D) POST-R/S - RM coming up, new CUSIP number filed for (name change due to RM coming
3D camera tech patents, acknowledged by Net Cents II (gov't program) for being the only company to meet requirements in that department. Gilbert Steedley of Able Global Partners hired as interim CEO to sell ACLP to another buyer, which is what ACLP is very close to right now due to RM coming up. EIP/EIS (name change to EIS) will be the new owners.
Also, lots of visitors should be expected to our boards today. ACLP(D) #7 on Breakout Boards. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/breakoutboards.aspx
Let's do them a favor and post all info we know about ACLP..the good stuff that kept us here. Background on Gil, R/M coming up, patents, net cents, etc etc.
Good luck
Just so everyone knows, the price showing on charts (L1 info) is reflecting bid price. Ask price is still around $0.0269~ last I checked on L2. So don't go selling in panic. Wait for news and for buys. ACLP will shoot back up.
Why would you buy just 1 share?
To add to what you've already said in your post, the management (currently still Gil as CEO) is very competent. The R/S is great for at least two reasons. First, getting above $0.01/share sets ACLP back as OTC QB. Second, investors won't be freaking out over triple 0 penny stocks. Investors associate triple 0 penny stocks with weak stocks, though it's not the case. Fear of those stocks itself is what keeps the price at, say, $0.0001. If someone saw a stock trading at $0.025 instead, they'll much more likely trade it after mentally evaluating that it's an active/safe penny stock (since it's not at the lowest possible price or near $0.0001). The second reason is all aesthetics and psychological, and this reverse split fixes that issue.

Confirmed 1:250 R/S as stated in TD Ameritrade
PPS will be at $0.0250 tomorrow morning (might drop a little if scared kids run off, but smarter investors will buy those shares right away). And ACLP will be OTC QB status once again.
-subz
It still can, of course. But understand that EIP/EIS already agreed on taking 76% of shares as part of the reverse merger deal. They could eventually realize how profitable this technology is if business is carried out correctly and just buy out the shares from us to take in more profits for themselves in the long run. But that's just speculation, though not too far-fetched.
ACLP(D) R/S Happening
In case anyone still feels left in the dark, the fifth symbol (D) is for when a stock is about to do a reverse split.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/research/symbology
Like freebies said earlier, a reverse merger update would be amazing news in the same time period of this R/S (which we all knew about for a while now, and personally which I believe is a very tactful move).
GLTA
Thanks for all of the links Skull. I must've missed that third link from benzinga about Seattle starting to use 3D facial recognition to fight crime. Especially with ACLP being mentioned; that's legit.
Except the only reason ACLP is considered a pink sheet stock at the moment is because it's less than $0.01/share. Otherwise, right before the new requirement, Gil caught up with all of the filings and brought us into OTC QB status. Soon after the new requirement brought us back into OTC Pink status. ACLP is as good as any other OTC QB stock. People just don't understand it takes time to build up a business for a company's product or service to generate the revenue it has potential to make, so they don't understand ACLP is worth investing in even now. $0.0001/share of 500mil outstanding shares is the same value as $0.05/share of 1mil outstanding shares (post reverse split). The only difference is people 'think' $0.05 seems more legit than $0.0001, and that they'll lose out on profits when ACLP jumps back to OTC QB status after R/M (PPS going back over $0.01, since all filings are caught up already).
The only thing ACLP has been missing is a director (such as a CEO) with a solid business background, and that's what we've got now. It's only a matter of time. They've got a product/service (depending on how they monetize on it), and we've got multiple reasons to believe it's a good product (or service) that they can offer (net cents acknowledgement, Gil accepting the job to turn ACLP around and upward, reverse merger candidate EIP/EIS, black arch funding/investment).
Good luck to all. I'd write all the details of why the above is fact and cite sources, but I don't currently have much time. I'd appreciate it if anyone else would like to go back and get net cents info, other news/pr, etc.
Still in, and a friend is still in..for a while now. R/s is nothing to worry about in this situation. It's a competent move, will bring about more investment, and a reverse merger will definitely shoot ACLP up. We have one of the most competent people (Gil) working on monetizing ACLP patents and assets very nicely. No reason not to hold.
Either Gil is dead or stock is dead? How about a little bit more perspective to your enlightening words. Perhaps it's a complex process to undo the fuck-uppery that original board of directors happened to make with ACLP. This is why Gilbert was hired. Additionally, having to follow all rules and regulations properly takes time. Not everything has a quick response. Things need to be approved and that can take weeks longer than expected. Gil can throw you a date/deadline, but even to the best of his expectations, people like you will expect it to be set it stone and cry when something doesn't happen on an expected date. Expected dates are ideal, with some room for error. No one knows if FINRA is having a busy quarter with a bunch of other filings to deal with, or all possible delays that could result in extra weeks added to expected dates.
So I recommend calming down with dramatic conclusions. This is not a make it or break week for ACLP. It might be for you, but definitely not for ACLP as a whole.
-subz
Good luck.
I like your careful/cautious posting (doesn't reek of pumping), but I'd like to believe with Gil in charge that it'd be a mega (positive) surprise. He makes it his job (President of Able Global Partners) to make mega transactions/deals happen, so why shouldn't I expect only the best for ACLP as well? I'm sure all reasons for delays will be revealed, too, in time. Not that it will likely take this long, but I could even til the end of the year for great news to come out. Also, I'd rather wait longer and get a great result than wait a much shorter time period (such as the deadline set) and get a small shitty positive outcome not worth anything to anyone but pumpers+dumpers.
Holy shit dude, you were the one saying a REVERSE SPLIT of 100:1 will actually increase value of each individual investment by 100x (even though it's the same value invested). You had the worst attempt of a pump/scam going on in your previous posts. Those posts were idiotic and so is this one. Please stop being hypocritical and accusing posters who have been here for 1year+ of pumping and dumping. You've only just arrived while we've been here for a long time.
