short term, we need to break .45 on upside to at least get the momentum going
Agree that this has been a very long process with hiccups that can easily be attributable to missteps along the way.
The underlying reality though is they have a novel product with unbelievable application possibilities and international usage.
I am glad we are finally getting to the final hurdle before customization.
It took Amazon 14 years to finally make a profit, so if we can get ARTH approved and making revenues in less than 10 years since Norchi took over, I would say we are doing ok.
I am holding my shares until we see what this really can do... Still holding out hope that JNJ buys them out and I can keep my shares in a Fortune 500 company :)
But I will not sell until this stock gets to $10+
Just shocked the stock is slowly going down. Not that I think it should be rocketing up just yet, but there is no impetus for selling it.
Might be waking up again!
WTH? 10% drop on no news on above average volume.
I dont get it
I remember when this stock ran from .60 to $6 per share on pipe dreams
Now the stock has real promise with strong clinical trial results and a combination study with the best cancer drug on the planet (Keytruda) and we cant break this .067 to .074 range.
What gives?
This stock needs APPROVAL form 510 and CE to really get going.. People are tired of the hoopla and need to see Norchi deliver.
Then, sky's the limit
Still positive on it and will hold forever till it happens.
Why are they terrible? Increased revenues, higher gross profit and lower loss. And, everything is trending up for the company.
Ford is the precipice of additional manufacturing exposure and their stroke systems are growing monthly.
They have the right CEO leading the charge and they are in a space that is currently a $60M space that analysts project to be over $1.8 Billion in 5-7 years.
Plus the stock was cut in 2/3 from their previous run due to their last stock offering.
Not sure why you dont see this as a logical move up from where they were and where they are going.
Just truly feel that in 2-3 years this company is going to be a major player and be a $20-40 stock.
Hope I can close my eyes and deal with the ups and downs till that happens :)
Wouldnt it be nice if one day we wake up and Merck comes to their senses, buys PVCT for $4/share, all stock and cures 80% of cancer in this world!!!
Then MRK goes to $1000 a share :)!!!
This selloff is getting out of hand.
I wont sell a single share.. Been in since 2016 and not getting shaken out 6 months before they finally approval
i understand all of that, but it isnt the new investors causing the stock to go down 30% in 3 days.
That is a combination of
1. panic sellers
2. buyers not stepping up
3. short sellers taking advantage of weak bids
4. market makers manipulating the stock
All in all, we will look back and all cry that we didnt load up at .45
I agree with you that their are companies out there (like MAXIM) that try to buy these types of companies, at tremendous discounts because the company is desperate for money and have lost all avenues to raise that money. Then they dump the shares for a .15-.20 gain
This does not appear to be that at all.
And what (in the grand scheme of things) has changed long term (or even short term) with the company that has this stock down 30% in less than 3 days.
I always find the reaction to this kind of dilution as mind boggling.
A group of investors is willing to invest $4.5M dollars in the company because obviously they see the potential now of the company to really get fruition and the shareholders panic to sell like it is going out of business.
Someone please try to explain the rationale?
totally overreaction... wish I had money to buy more down here.
Will bounce. The dilution of 14 million shares (9%) in order to get the $4M of additional finances we need to get us through the approval process and next phase of commercialization is peanuts in the long run
with everything looking good again, we should definitely challenged the previous .98 high in 2016
anybody have a clue what spooked the stock today? Anything from the Monday presentation?
Agree.. what is so big about .08?
Has hit it 20 times over the past few months and cant get past.
If it does, should rapidly move higher.
Have owned this stock on and off for 6 years and do believe they are in a much better place than they have been in a long time.
Just need the Keytruda combination to really work in this trial!
Ford finally buying?
thanks Skepticone.. .Just seems like a no brainer that, at 12c/hour cost, that Ford was select some company to oufit its workers. Ford, GM, Chrysler, Mercedes, etc etc etc..
What I dont understand is how Ford has not made a commitment to purchase these vests for their assembly workers. It has been proven and documented how the people trying them out on the line love them and are helping their productivity. How does Ford not spend 10-15M and buy them for all their assembly line workers?
This is a stock you have to be ready to hold for sometime. This stock and the industry are only in the beginning of what will be a huge market. In the next 3-5 years, companies like EKSO will become household names.
if you are looking for a quick hit, not sure this volatile stock is the one you should own. I am slowly building a position all throughout the $1-$2 range, because I truly believe this will be a $20+ stock in a couple of years.
The reason I finally bailed yesterday was not due to Norchi or the efficacy of the product (or its long term potential).
It was really because, this delay, which Norchi said would push commercialization out to at least the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2019 (not 2018!!), is going to put this going concern into major financial concerns.
They will have to do another capital raise, more dilution, more warrants, more shady companies like Maxim participating, with no revenue in site.
That is the shame of it all.
After 3 1/2 grueling years, I am officially out of my position in ARTH.
Tremendous disappointment as, I too, thought things were lining up the way things should with good management, a grade A product and FDA acceptance close at hand.
It just amazes me that the FDA can time and time again squash products that can truly help society.
I still made a gain, but the opportunity loss (and todays actual loss) will leave a scar for awhile.
I see no reason to even touch this stock until mid next year when we find out what it will really entail to get a successful 510 approved and if the company will have enough money to even be in business by end of next year (without another MAJOR dilution)
Shame. this should have turned out better
Overdue for a bounce... If it holds 2.33 it will bounce 30 -50 cents
I have been in this for 3+ years and not trying to be a homer.
This product has tremendous potential and I truly believe one day it will be a household name.
However, with the FDA involved, money needed to be raised to do additional internal trials and commercialization of product, I can easily see this thing take 1 - 3 more years to fully reach its potential.
Norchi isnt selling a share. This is his baby for last 10 years and the only way he is cashing out is if the company is bought out
14 days in a row of going down.
Huge.. if this company's awareness starts driving orders, than sky is the limit
so disappointing
pretty decent volume for a "no news day"?
It is at 26... extremely low. extremely oversold.
The only problem right now is these stocks go down a lot faster than going up when we are in a news holding pattern.
I still am shaking my head that 8 of the last 10 days we are in the red when the FDA did NOT send out a letter requesting more info?
WTH?
Relative Strength and it still matters in Penny Stocks. Although for sure FDA is more important at this point!
RSI is at 6 month low.
Very oversold situation
My guess is the lack of news spooked short termers out of it
Not a good end to the week!
the fun part is that literally no one knows about this company yet in the grand scheme of things
Those who do are holding tight, but when they get approval and it reaches a point where institutions can start picking it up, then it will be reaching its full potential.

Looks like a similar set up with similar outstanding share situation
