Rigatoni, hear anything about hearing anything?
No trades for 2 days.
And I was most of one of the last 2 days where SUPW DID trade LOL.
jonesie
"since he started pumping this stock"
But didn't he start at .06?
So, what's up today ... besides NEOM!!! Nice green. News? Nice bounce off that Fib retrace area?
jonesie
I think they are bent on taking it to the earliest price I can see on my chart .. 1.35.
I think maybe the 1.51's etc are just for "special" people ... like the occasional MM.
Is that where this entity started trading? 1.35? My chart in Fidelity ActiveTraderPro is weird .. I have to remove all MA's to be able to see the daily in an OHLC chart. There's some MA coming down from way up higher that messes things up. Only stock I've ever seen that on using this program. What IS the early history on TDYH.pk trading?
jonesie
And just when you think the nadir has been reached ....
There seems to be no lack of selling.
I almost increased my stake 50% at 1.90 then got distracted elsewhere.
Be interesting to see where this goes.
jonesie
"seems to be some sort of prioritized-digital web page-reduction software."
That's what it looked like to me, I just peeked at their site.
Didn't read the whole thing so I missed their "bridge" comment, where is that, anyone remember?
Looked like nice software to have one day :)
jonesie
RB is fried today, not just you EOM
success, so far ... Fibonacci rules :)
I looked at my chart and added Fibonacci retracement lines and see you are bang on. I haven't spent much time with F-lines, I guess I need to look into it.
jonesie
I would think .31 to .34 this time around, IF NEOM does something similar to what it did back on 6/22. .34 is where my lower uptrend line sits, and the 200SMA is at .31. NEOM didn't hit the 200SMA on 6/22, but bounced off that lower trendline nicely.
JMHO, and I would rather see NEOM hold here of course :) With all the potential in play I don't see the need for it going back to .20's.
jonesie
Added some more today, just a few, to see where the MM's would let a peon buy. I KNOW where HE wants to buy, that'd be .05.
Tried to buy at .06, .065, .07 the last couple of days but no dice. Posted about it on RB.
MM's on pinkies are crooks LOL, but then ... I knew that going in.
I still wish I knew who will be BUYING this stock up to a buck, I don't think I've been in such an "undiscovered" stock before.

OT: re Stockgate
Where did you see this? I definitely want to watch.
jonesie
jp, that's interesting ...
And for those who might wonder why all the hooplah over multimedia and video-on-demand on a mobile phone-sized screen ... you've seen the flexible displays that OLED makes possible, right? I've seen them made into t-shirts at electronics shows.
Ya just get your significant other to walk in front of you wearing a t-shirt with an OLED screen sewn on back, a little Bluetooth and you're all set.
:)
jonesie
p.s. Actually OLED will also give us rollup "newspapers" to read on the subways, etc.
Tri-Valley Completes Nevada Oil Well
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Market Wire
1:17 p.m. 07/25/2005
BAKERSFIELD, CA, Jul 25, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Tri-Valley Corporation (TIV) announced today that its operating subsidiary, Tri-Valley Oil & Gas Co., has elected to run pipe for completion on its Midland Trail Oil Prospect 90 miles southwest of Ely, Nevada.
"We've encountered a 100-foot section of Devonian limestone with mud log oil shows and favorable electric log readings about 100 feet high to our initial mapped target that encourages a completion," said Joseph R. Kandle, TVOG president.
The Midland Trail Prospect is developed as a look-alike structure on trend with the prolific Grant Canyon Field some 11 miles north which has yielded about 21 million barrels since its 1983 discovery by junior explorer Northwestern Petroleum.
"Data from several sources converged on this one area to generate this prospect and encouraged us to drill for, potentially, a high producing field. Although not yet conclusive, we like the indications so far," Kandle said.
TVOG also conducted a sampling program for its sister subsidiary, Select Resources Corporation, by taking drill cuttings every 10 feet down to 1,500 feet and having them assayed for precious metals and commercial commodities but all such results were negative. Oil remains the principal objective.
TVOG is also readying two other Nevada wildcat exploration prospects 60 miles to the north of Midland Trail. Oil Springs I and II Prospects represent a different geological setting than Midland Trail although the targets are still Devonian limestone.
"We are also encouraged by the recent success of Michigan independent, Wolverine Petroleum, whose perseverance in central Utah resulted in a major discovery. We see similar opportunities in lightly explored Nevada as a complement to our exploration emphasis in California's prolific producing Great Central Valley. Wildcat exploration is our primary corporate activity supplemented by producing property acquisition to provide a high multiple return potential to investors and shareholders," said F. Lynn Blystone, president and chief executive officer of the publicly traded parent, Tri-Valley Corporation.
100 Simple MA recently has been pretty good support ...
but those times money was flowing in to the stock. Now it looks more like money flowing out, albeit on low volume.
I see NEOM trading right in between an uptrend line which today is at .337 and a downtrend line which today is at .474. It's just trying to decide which one to attack next IMO.
Just FWIW.
jonesie
VSNI.OB Interesting
One I've been adding to for a little while, chart may be shaping up for something good, one of you TA guys can probably tell better.
Looking at a mid-term sort of thing, 6 mos or so.
jonesie
re: champagne mpeg, I found that if you right click on that link and "save target as" it will still download and save the movie, which you can then play.
You're right, that's quite the video LOL
jonesie
"Who contacted them to add NEOM to the report?"
And were they ticked off at having to add NEOM to the report? They spelled Neomedia "Noemedia".
putzes lol
jonesie
Stop buying.
I was really hoping for some more at .71 where my lower trendline is now.
Still parked on that line and raising my bid a bit each day.
Stronger volume on this upmove today will have me thinking another 3 days of runup but CHID has a ways to go in the volume department today.

For making the call and providing the summary.
Too bad he couldn't pop out some update news to the investment community and THEN go into the quiet period.
I guess that would make things too easy. 5 to 10-baggers are supposed to be "hard", right?
Thanks again!

Tri-Valley Acquires Admiral Calder Calcium Mine From Sealaska
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Market Wire
12:56 p.m. 07/18/2005
BAKERSFIELD, CA, Jul 18, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Tri-Valley Corporation (TIV) through its wholly owned subsidiary Select Resources Corporation, Inc. has purchased the Admiral Calder Calcium Carbonate Mine and associated assets from Sealaska Corporation and SeaCal, LLC.
The property is located on the northwestern coast of Prince of Wales Island, part of the Alexander Archipelago in southeast Alaska between Juneau and Ketchikan. The Mine, deposit and local geographic features are named after Rear-Admiral Robert Calder, a British naval officer who served under Horatio Nelson and fought a number of successful actions against the French during the Napoleonic Wars. Select will be calling the Mine and operation the "Admiral," representing its history and maritime location.
The original deposit was discovered around 1905 and mining commenced in 1907 for high white and statuary grade marble. The original quarries ceased operation in about 1910. The current mine began production by Sealaska and SeaCal in 1999.
The Mine consists of 13.9 million tons of drill proven and probable reserves and 12.5 million tons of possible resources of high chemical grade (+98%), high brightness and whiteness (+95 Hunter brightness @ -200 mesh) calcium carbonate for use in the paper, plastics and paint filler, whitener, extender and loader markets. In addition, the property also contains +20 million tons of possible resources of high chemical grade (+98%) and medium brightness (+89 Hunter brightness @ -200 mesh) calcium carbonate for use in chemical applications and as off-white fillers, loaders and extenders. The current Mine covers only 15 acres; the entire property covers 572 acres of patented mining ground, and includes all operating permits and tideland leases. Only about 10% of the property has been explored.
Demand for high grade calcium carbonate is growing in the Pacific Northwest, California and Asian markets, and the Admiral deposit and associated assets are well situated to serve coastal consumers. A significant portion of the calcium carbonate supplied to these locations is imported.
Infrastructure associated with the Mine includes a material handling and crushing circuit, a deepwater shiploader (2,000 tons per hour) and docking barge with +40 feet of draft for inter-coastal barges up to Handy Class (45,000 dwt) sized vessels, lab, shops and offices, mine camp, and various pieces of mining and operating equipment.
Dr. Harold Noyes, President of Select, noted that the Admiral acquisition strengthens Select's industrial mineral assets, and it positions Select to begin penetrating the growing Asian market, including China, with high-grade calcium carbonate. Dr Noyes, who has over 20 years mineral exploration and development experience on Native and public lands in Alaska, also added, "the Admiral Mine acquisition significantly adds to the portfolio of mineral projects Select is building in Alaska and demonstrates our commitment to responsible mineral development in the State."
"The high quality of material, developed mine and infrastructure, deepwater access, and proximity to domestic and international markets position the Admiral Mine to be a significant supplier of high grade calcium carbonate to the Pacific marketplace for the foreseeable future," said Dr. Henry J. Sandri, Executive Vice President of Select.
Sealaska President and CEO, Chris McNeil, complimented Select on the acquisition of the Mine property. "The plans for the Mine will benefit the economy of the Prince of Wales Island and create new jobs leading to further diversification of the Island's economy." Mr. McNeil added that, "The sale is the culmination of a several year effort to sell the Mine. We are pleased with the result and believe that Select will be an excellent new company operating in southeast Alaska."
"We believe this acquisition represents a strong advance in our quest to grow the value of Tri-Valley shares and position Select for high grade markets on a hemispheric basis," said F. Lynn Blystone, president and chief executive officer of the publicly traded parent, Tri-Valley Corporation.
Select Resources Corporation, Inc. -- a wholly owned subsidiary of Tri-Valley Corporation, Inc. -- is involved in the exploration, development and production of precious and base metals, industrial minerals and construction materials with operations and properties in the western U.S. and Canada.
Sealaska Corporation is the Alaska Native Regional Corporation for Southeast Alaska, formed under the Alaska Natives Claims Settlement Act. SeaCal, LLC is Sealaska's wholly owned subsidiary, formed to develop the calcium carbonate deposits subject to this sale.
They came close to the 50SMA on Friday. Closed it right on the 50EMA.
Wish I'd been around, I would have had to grab some .82's, just a few more, while waiting to see if they'll take it all the way down to my lower trendline, now ~ .68.
I guess we'll see soon enough.
jonesie
Not sure if mistake or just fat finger freddy.
But I happened to be looking when it did that, got my pulse rate up LOL
jonesie
Glad I was watching.
Bought a bigger bunch at .93 on the gap-filling overshoot.
Think "they" could take CHID down to .69? That's where my longer term lower uptrend line is.
Maybe the 50SMA around .80?
Or maybe this is the best we can get for now, shorter term uptrend line is right around where we are now.
GO CHID!
jonesie
Bought some on the dip to the 13EMA this morning.
Want CHID on my main screen so I can watch it better.
jonesie
moxa
You put in a market buy order on an OTC:BB stock?
You've got MOXIE, lol
More guts than me for sure.
Why would you put in a market order? Just curious. The risk inherent in that is significant.
jonesie
grapes, this is kinda OT as far as GTE TA goes
But ... does anyone else remember that guy? It goes back a few months.
Anyway, here's what I posted on the other GTE I-Hub board about it:
---Anybody remember Matt Krantz with USAToday?
Remember when he wrote that column dissing gtel.ob?
I, along with several others, wrote him some "nasty" emails about that. In fact he and had quite a dialogue about it back then, a few months ago.
Anybody else get an email from him today?
I did. He said:
"Do you still own the Globetel stock? It is down 34% since you wrote your letter -- while the Standard & Poor’s 500 is up 4.9% during the same time period.
Thanks
Matt Krantz
USA TODAY"
LOL, I told him about my trading success with GTE this year and gave him a coupla other good picks to boot ... then asked him what HE was liking these days.
jonesie
Any of you guys remember Matt Krantz with USAToday?
Anyone besides me get an email re: GTE from him today?
jonesie
Just when you think it's low enough ...
Who lowered that limbo pole?
:)
jonesie, just back from the second and final appt. getting a root canal therapy done and a little loopy.
I'll assume for now that's good news.
Just being "devil's advocate" here though ... the market is yawning ... so far ... hey, it's just one day though.
Also ... I heard one of SUPW's challenges is getting financing/money to build out projects. How will they pay for this company? Shares? Dilution?
Just curious as to what you guys who know a lot more about Superwire than I do think about it.
TIA
jonesie
re: candlesticks
From LitWick charting, which I subscribe to, we did indeed form a three outside up pattern at the close yesterday.
Three Outside Up Bullish
Pattern: Reversal
Trend: Bullish
Reliability: High
How to Identify it
A bullish Engulfing pattern occurs in the first two days
The third day is a white day with a higher close than the second day
What it Means
This pattern is a more reliable addition to the standard Engulfing pattern. The third day is confirmation of the bullish trend reversal.
jonesie
sram.ob, have I mentioned this one before?
If any of you TA guys are interested I'D be interested in your take on the chart of SRAM.ob. (Simtek)
It recently kind of slid sideways out from under a short term downtrend line. It's still under a longer term downtrend line that goes all the way back to 2/04. I think it's being accumulated .... a little.
New CEO, expectations of finally get some old technical problems resolved later this year. Cypress Semiconductor (CY) recently took a 15% stake in SRAM.ob, and RENN Capital just restructured some of Simtek's debt.
Thanks for any input on the chart.
jonesie
techbear, lol
His bottom prediction went the same place mine did, down for the count after getting clocked with some news.
Barring that news though ..... that's where GTE would have gone ... 1.50. IMO.
Ya gotta like a company/CEO who WILL pop out something GOOD at opportune moments. Not just fluff .. but something GOOD.
jonesie
glad I said "barring some news."
News will kick TA every time LOL.
And glad to see GTE moving UP for a change!! Yayyyyy!
The downtrend line GTE has been following down is sitting right about 2.62. Coincidentally, the 200SMA is right in there as well. Get above THAT area and we could really be cooking!
GO GTE!
jonesie
ragnar:
re: "jonsie, I pretty much concur with all you said except I see the current level of the uptrend line at about $1.75"
What points are you drawing your uptrend line through?
I still see 1.50 barring some news. GTE is oversold, but "oversold" can keep getting worse.
jonesie
p.s. I said I bought some on my upper trendline the other day, just a few, to get GTE on my main screen. I'm glad it was just a few cuz GTE is sure the ugliest thing on my screen LOL. I should have sold when it busted that trendline to the downside, bad discipline on my part.
"Perhaps, AirClic started out infringing, then evolved into a non-infringement business model."
That's my read of it until something better as an explanation comes along.
"Oft times the simplest answer is the correct one"
jonesie
success, moxa, thanks for the corroboration.
And clarification.
jonesie
adamski, not much.
It's just doing the same thing it was before the news came out. Up a penny, down a penny.
jonesie
Well, I don't get it ...
Not the buyers, or lack thereof (it's early yet) or the price action (it all seems to make sense)
What I DON'T get is why NEOM doesn't attach any $$'s to these settlements in the NR's about them?
Is it because they are neglible $$ and NEOM is just happy to be having their patent positions validated?
Just curious.
GO NEOM!
jonesie
