sram.ob, have I mentioned this one before?

If any of you TA guys are interested I'D be interested in your take on the chart of SRAM.ob. (Simtek)

It recently kind of slid sideways out from under a short term downtrend line. It's still under a longer term downtrend line that goes all the way back to 2/04. I think it's being accumulated .... a little.

New CEO, expectations of finally get some old technical problems resolved later this year. Cypress Semiconductor (CY) recently took a 15% stake in SRAM.ob, and RENN Capital just restructured some of Simtek's debt.

Thanks for any input on the chart.
