This reached $0.34 before we were even close to the amount of progress we've achieved now. While the company was maybe expected to have higher sales revs in the past, there's no doubt that the potential of their first to market cbd supplement is huge. I really believe that this stock can one day see $1+ per share if the CBD supplement is marketed properly given that its national distribution. Good luck to all longs!

Big Jump in Bid Size.
Reminds me of yesterday before things started flying. I hope it's a positive indicator!
Edit: Also should be mentioned that since the stock gained huge popularity yesterday (and continues to enjoy it today) on the Breakout Boards, unusual volatility isn't so surprising. I just hope we continue with the upward momentum that was likely brought upon by yesterday's excellent news!

Looks like buying has resumed!
Volume moving up in tandem with share price. Hopefully the rise continues today!

What an amazing day!
A roller coaster near the end; but we were triumphant! Congrats to everyone who had a great day here :) I wish us all continued success in the days, weeks, months and years to come!

Did the bid size just explode? :)
NRTI Finally Getting the Recognition it Deserves?
Sometimes the tough part is seeing the price get so low, despite the investment thesis remaining unchanged. Now seeing the bid/ask climb up steadily is a great relief, and I hope it continues. For an OTC stock, the level of transparency is amazing and the fact that they actually have products in well known stores that investors can see and buy allows for much greater investor confidence in my opinion. I hope we see $0.04s or higher today!
edit to add: the bid/ask ratio is looking great!

I remember when it touched the low twos recently and basically tripled from there. I believe the stock is way undervalued at this point. In a perfect world, I would have flipped in the 5s and bought back in again yesterday, but regardless, I'm in to see this company go up much higher than $0.06 per share. I hope today is the first green day of many!

If there was any material news (either negative or positive) relating to the financial obligation, I'd imagine the company would have already shared it. The fact that we're trading higher than we were prior to the September 29th payment deadline arguably bodes well for us.
MG
Looks like all of the trades have been at the ask.
If we get some positive news about financing, who knows what the share price will do. With a little patience, I hope to see NRTI reach $0.50 one day.
Good luck

Quick Question RE dilution
CN, I share your bullish sentiment going forward, however when you mention the prospect of dilution, I'd like to know how you see that transpiring... At the current levels, dilution would be dreadful. Are you anticipating dilution after a substantial climb in price?
Thanks,
MG
Started a position again. Quick question for the board.
Given the dire state of NRTI's finances, I'm wondering what everyone is hoping to achieve in terms of price target. Also, when do you hope to reach it? I'm thinking we should be back at around $0.10 in the near future, and then depending upon the progress of the CBD supplement, we can go as high as $0.20 within about 3-6 months. Just a guess for entertainment only. Anything can happen in either direction.
Thanks for your response! ...
So basically they are selling product on a consignment basis with Walgreens?
If they haven't executed any dilutive financing that I'm unaware of, then I'd say this may be a good time to buy shares...
Can someone briefly summarize why the stock plunged?
I was in and out of NRTI a brief while back, but I've been on the sidelines lately. Their financials show a large capital deficit, but I'd expect that from a transitioning company...Were first quarter revenue expectations MUCH higher than what transpired?
Thanks and good luck!
MG
Thanks for your posts. I too believe that management is dulling the potential of the company as of now...I'd like to see Spiro be more proactive, but it appears that he doesn't have any real incentive...
I also don't think there's a realistic way to shake up the BOD unless retail investors banded together...Any idea on how to achieve that?
Good luck!
MG
Anyone still here? Looks like a great buying opportunity at these levels!
The company is in Phase 3 enrollment (over 60% enrolled) and their valuation is just over 60m! That's crazy considering that their market potential is in the billions...
Any thoughts? Buying? Selling? let's get this forum back up and running!
What has more upside? LVVV or APRU?
I'm staying long in LVVV for now as I see it as the safer play.
Ask size and price just jumped! Hoping the bid side catches up! :)
Yeah...Huge bid size but the price is staying put...for now...
:) Nice PR this AM.
lol yes. definitely waiting for news. News would be great right about now. The markets are down today, but still, I'm a little disappointed that we're not going "to the moon." ......Hoping for some green on my ticker this afternoon.
Nice to see a big chunk taken out at the ask :)
According to MJNA's website, they do hold patents on delivery mechanisms, unless they're being extremely (arguably intentionally) vague by omitting that the patents belong to someone else.
Bid size just went over 100k
This announcement does a lot to bring confidence into potential solvency concerns about LVVV. Granted they could dilute shareholders, I believe they are doing their best to keep the shares valuable as per their significant decrease in corporate salaries (i.e. $1 salaries for some of the board members). Buying in when things are uncertain is the best time to make the most amount of money, but also the riskiest. In this case, I think the future is very bright, and today's news allows new investors to enter with a fair amount of confidence. Granted MOU's aren't set in stone, the PR suggests that each company did a fair amount of DD before following through with it. LVVV has a great manufacturing facility to offer and strong distribution, while MJNA has a strong market presence and a solid patent portfolio. Hoping this works out most favorably for us!
If that occurs, that's about a 4000% upside from APRU's current price...I'm not saying it's impossible, as it is a penny stock and stranger things have happened, but I think a lot of things have to go perfectly for that to be a possibility...
What do you guys value the company at?
Good luck!

Can someone explain why and how this breakout is different from the last?
I picked up some shares and am hoping for this run to continue, but I can't help but recall the previous runs that ended poorly. Thanks and good luck!
Kind of expected some more info on the IP. Still haven't found anything. Will contact the company and ask them.
Does anyone else share my concerns regarding competition and the potential lack of a monopoly on certain product types (such as chewable energy boosters)? I'm long and expecting good things, but I'm also trying not to get caught up in the euphoria. Good luck everyone and I look forward to hearing your perspectives.
There's competition and then there's competition. Seeing that LVVV is very small in comparison to Red Bull and Monster, I think it's fair to consider that either company can pose a significant threat to LVVV. On the other hand, LVVV may be bought out by one of its competitors for a nice sum of money. I was hoping to hear that LVVV has a competitive advantage in the form of IP over these large competitors, but as of this moment, I have no reason to believe that. Looking forward to hearing other views and facts from anyone who has them! Good luck!
MG
PS: I'm long and anticipate large growth from these levels, but am always looking for critical analysis of my investments.
Quick question about intellectual property and protection from competition.
Does LVVV have any intellectual property that would protect them from others entering the market? What's stopping Red Bull from making a chewable product at this point? Don't want to be negative, as you can see from my other posts, however this is an important factor to consider when thinking about adding more shares and holding long term. Thanks!
MG
Question about shareholder expectations:
As a new shareholder, I'd like to know what others are hoping to achieve in terms of near term and long term return on investment. I'll start by saying that I expect a market cap of at least $50 million to be achieved within 3-6 months, and I base that off of what I know about the company's products and their incredible distribution setup. The fact that they have product in 7/11 and are trading at around 10 million in market cap is surprising, to say the least. Further, the idea of chewable energy boosters is fantastic and incredibly convenient for those who want to receive sustained, steady-release energy without having to repeatedly interrupt a task by sipping a drink. If they have in fact taken over the Flavors Inc. facility as Drugdoctor has convincingly suggested, and if they've acquired the equipment that Flavors Inc. kept in the facility, then I believe LVVV management is in an incredible position in terms of production readiness, scalability and opportunity. With such a facility, they can easily mass produce new product at competitive costs as they control production.
In terms of financials, possible debt trouble concerns me, however I anticipate that the stock price will rise quite a bit higher before dilution becomes a serious consideration.
In summary, I hope to achieve a share price of around $0.60 within the next 3-6 months upon confirmation of continued growth, and I hope to achieve a share price of more than $10 (around $1 billion in market cap) long term upon successfully convincing consumers that chewable energy boosters are better and cooler than energy drinks and by successfully expanding their product offerings/staying relevant.
When I hear other investors compare LVVV to an early stage MNST, it's really exciting.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts, and good luck to everyone who's in LVVV ;)
Bid side is lined up nicely. Back up to $0.118 again!
There's an 80000 share block with your name on it then :)
Lots of selling right now...
Hopefully it doesn't last.
Considering average volume is around 785k, I'd say we're off to a pretty good start this morning.
Looks to be lots of buyers....I'm wondering why the first ~100k shares were picked up at the bid price. Looks like that's changed, however, seeing as we're at $0.11.
Thanks, I'm in the process of doing so!
I understand. Do you see a real future here, or are you just playing the hype?
I'm in NRTI right now and am considering LVVV. Given their financials and the stage that they're in, why would you suggest investing at these price levels? Thanks and good luck!
I agree Sammy! Initially, selling seemed rational, as I considered that the stock may retreat quite a bit and leave me wishing I had taken a profit. And there's nothing wrong with taking a profit. But my strategy here is to take advantage of any significant drops and add to my holdings. For example, when shares initially spiked to around $0.18 upon news that NRTI and TRTC formed a partnership, shareholders could have sold and made a respectable profit, and then bought back in when prices dropped to $0.12-$0.13; but the thing is, it's probably just better to add when it's down instead of trying to time the market, as no one wants to be kicking themselves for selling before the next jump.
