Is there a shareholder lawsuit in the works against Marani and Margrit for false PRs? Have people filed SEC complaints yet? $mrib
No franchises have been sold yet. They are trying to sell them, but nothing yet. I heard there is one guy interested in buying one in Texas. It will be a few months before the first franchise is sold. $grlt
The PR does give a timeframe..."We look forward to working with Vencor and anticipate having product to ship after the first of the year."
People don't understand the magnitude of today's PR. It means $vgpr will start making strong revenue next month and now have enough money to finish the Allendale plant. This is a buy and hold!
Technical Question: If there is 40 million on the ask. And say a 2 million buy at the ask price. Who gets their shares sold first? Is it the person who put has had the sell order in the longest or is it completely random?

"Revenue generated from the first order of 3,000 tons will allow us to complete our commitment to the Allendale joint venture."
"Vega to begin filling orders prior to the completion of its Allendale facility"

$VGPR is building a nice team here! It is pretty amazing what Michael Molen is creating here. Huge revenues on deck:
Bio-Coal
Vega Biofuels (Georgia)
Michael Molen - Chairman
Agri-Tech Producers (South Carolina)
Joe James - President
Vencor International (Colorado)
James Gaspard - CEO
Biochar
Biochar Now acquired by Vega Biofuels (Colorado)
James Gaspard - Vice President
Solanbridge Group
Charles R. Shirley - CEO (Texas)
(International reseller of Biochar for Vega in Canada, Jamaica, and South Central Asia)
Other Players
Midlands Biofuels (South Carolina)
Joe Renwick - Owner
(Midland converts waste cooking oil into a cleaner and renewable biodiesel fuel at Allendale. Vega will grow canola, an oilseed crop so that Midlands would have an increasing supply of cooking oil)
Thunderbolt Biomass (South Carolina)
Knox Grant - CEO
(Private company that is building a plant next to Allendale site and will take raw biomass from the lumber mill on the other side of the road and convert it to pellets that can be torrefied much faster than the "wet" biomass that is NOT dried. Steel beams and concrete already up on that site.)
I'm told by Molen that the next PR has nothing to do with VCOR. This news will NOT involve them. It is more about Allendale plant. So news may not be Monday...I would expect him to release news when it's ready and all finalized. $vgpr
Can anyone prove this company is still operating? I haven't seen any news since October. Did they close up shop? $mrib
Correct - 3000 tons order x $60 = $180,000
$VGPR would make $180,000 in January for the 3000 ton order.
The European order is 50,000 tons over 5 years. So you are looking at 10,000 tons/year for Europe.
10,000 x 60 = $600,000 profit to Vega.
In total $vgpr will make at least $780,000 this year if VCOR fills the orders. This doesn’t include profits from other deals and Bio-Char profits.
Now obviously if the Allendale plant is built, they will make much more. My guess is MM can use profits from the 3000 ton order to increase capacity production in Allendale and get this thing built.
It doesn't really matter if the plant gets built this month, next month or later this year. They now have a company to fulfill the $57 million contract and shipping begins in a few weeks. This means millions in revenue to $vgpr. That's all I really care about.
Agreed. VCOR is creating huge revenues for VGPR in a few weeks. We should be allowed to talk about it.
Great news. Boom! We're in business!!! Shipping to Europe soon.
Agreed. This can be a mover in a few years, but no where near ready yet. Many more franchises will need to be added to create value here.
With vgpr and vgpr combining forces they will have a huge market share of a projected $570 million/year market. We will be the key players in the biochar industry. Do I think they should issue a dividend right away? No, probably not. But of course, I will take it. Id much rather see them invest in infrastructure for increased future production and do a share buyback over time. $vgpr
VGPR shareholder dividend will be discussed in the upcoming PR!!! $vgpr
Do you promise to sell all your shares and leave for good? If you say you are out then please go. If you are still here next week, then you obviously didn't sell all your shares and still believe in the company. Personally I will continue to buy $vgpr shares now that they have a means to fulfill a 57 million contract sooner than we thought they would.
I received a email response this morning from Molen that he is working on a PR to be released soon. This will include a update on specifics about the Allendale plant. Hopefully when revenues start flowing he can hire a IR guy to get the news and updates out in a timely manner. $vgpr
More insider buying! This is great news! $ambs
michael@mkmolen.com was working as of two weeks ago. He replied to me using that email address.
Check out 60 minutes tonight. It's about energy and coal ash waste. It may give us all more insight into big energy advancements and how $vgpr can capitalize in this market.
Agreed. He MM may have to wait and time his PR with Vencor having their big conference call on Dec. 15th. Either way, we will get the big news by Xmas. $vgpr
NEWS! $VGPR

Vega Biofuels Named Key Player in Global Biochar Market Industry Analysis
Biochar Market to Be Valued at $572 Million by 2020
NORCROSS, GA--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2014) - VEGA BIOFUELS, INC. (OTC PINK: VGPR) announced today that a recent market research analysis named Vega as a "key player" in the fast growing Biochar market.

Lympro!!! Sounds like they've received some offers! Spinoff of Lympro will happen soon. $AMBS
Damn good news today! With the help of Vencor, $VGPR will “Start shipping product by the first of the year!” The Multi-million dollar contracts will be filled sooner than we thought and the Allendale production capacity will be increased once the profits start rolling in. This is a win-win for shareholders.

(I learned after the announcement by they company that I was never confirmed by the Board)
without that, and without other promised DD, which was never given to me, I withdrew from all consideration
ergo - not MY shareholders
I do not have, nor have ever had, authority to issue press release
please contact PSRU directly for news

to me
Seth,
Why would James becoming the CEO of Vencor be seen as harming Vega? Not the case at all. There is a lot of synergy between our two companies. It could be a very good thing for Vega and our shareholders.

Quarterly Report is here: http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=VGPR&id=129453
Good work Gator! Great news. Maybe this is the state or federal contract + dividends news we speculated on. A very Merry Christmas for all the longs! $VGPR
Q3 report will obviously not include SoOum numbers, but Q4 report will! This thing will skyrocket over the next few quarters with huge contracts. $SWRF
Good work Gator! This makes me confident in my investment with $VGPR. I wish Molen would show us the blueprints. I'm interested in what the building will look like.
Can someone explain the share structure here? I'm seeing some conflicting info on this because of the merger. Is the O/S at 5 billion shares currently? What is the float? $SWRF
I agree! Great post! $VGPR team is looking very strong once Allendale plant is completed! No evidence of dilution. Just MMs flipping shares right now.
Margrit said the 1.8 billion A/S increase is for “liabilities and people who are helping grow the company.” Pretty obvious that they about to max out this 1.8 billion with dilution. Glad I sold the rest of my shares today. With their 26 million in debt, its going to be a huge struggle to survive. $MRIB
I have a honest question. I'm thinking about investing here and don't understand the share structure. Everyone is saying the common share float is around 280,000,000. But they are issuing 500,000,000 common shares of PRSU Stock to CSU for 20% of Sugar Profits. So will that make the float 780,000,000? $PSRU
Wow big news! Marani in Total Wine & More is America‘s Wine Superstore®—the country‘s largest independent retailer. Currently operates over 100 superstores across 15 states and are growing rapidly. $MRIB
Is todays 18 million share after hours t-trade a buy or sell?
$MRIB NEWS! Another container to United States for large national retail outlet! Multiple containers to Brazil!!!
