Who cares? The whole stock market is a scam.. If all the people in America wanted to be rich and just started putting money into MTVX.. This would be 56 dollars a share by the end of next week for no reason. Nothing makes sense. Everything is a lie. None are right or wrong.. we are slaves to the people who run the system.
Who cares..the whole stock market is a scam..
Everyone is tired of this POS.. And every-time the pps rises a little, the company chomps away with a new PR with some shares they just gave away or sold or some other BS - that along with going from almost 1 dollar in April to 10 cent now.. I thought the saying was, "Trying to make a dollar out of 15 cent." not the other way around. That is why no one is here.. Lastly, we don't even know if or when these fools will ever get a license.. they could be stringing us all along and spending all the shareholder funds on projects and paying themselves all for nothing in the end.. we will be left holding bags and they will be off to the next scam of the day.. ENRT.. What a joke..
Are they going out of business and ready to close up shop? Is the company bankrupt? Sounds like they are filling orders and on schedule to have the biggest selling season to date.. When people write the book on companies.. it usually goes like this.. early on we had trouble .. we had trouble getting funding... we made some poor decisions in the beginning .. BUT.. We eventually kept our core business ..kept selling and weathered the storms and turned it all around.. We also got lucky .. The Cerner deal may be the luck that may push them over the top..
lol.. As compared to this, I'd rather walk.. As far as my depreciation issues or monthly lease or car note ... I wouldn't know about that.. I drive a Lexus GS 400 2003... I never buy a brand new car and I always pay for vehicles in full with cash.. I can sell my car for just about what I paid for it and it is still in style... I can see a need for this in Pakistan but not in the U.S.
This better be an India exclusive product or Bangladesh or some other Eastern Asia country... no one is buying this crap here.. looks like something from the early 1900's.. I like that they are exploring new products but I would be hard pressed to see a person in the U.S. using this as their first, second or third choice for transportation..
this is some real wishful thinking..you can't get 2 people on the internet to agree on the time of day..how is QASP going to get that many people in one warehouse to grow mj and pay a percentage? The more important question is...where is this facility going to be housed? You have currently only 2 states where you can use recreational marijuana..only in Colorado can the average citizen grow up to 6 plants for personal use...The rest of the U.S. has MJ prohibition.. So where is this going to be exactly?
lol..if there was dilution (and no one really knows 100%) if all 116 million shares were sold.. that is only 70k .. who dilutes for that amount? You would think they would get more out of it or maybe pump it up first.. We know by common sense that the whole 116 million can't be all dilution.. so they are diluting for less than 70k at some percentage of that which makes it more unlikely and a more pathetic out come... dilution makes no sense at these levels.. and who are the MORONS you mentioned?
Yep I'm still holding MTVX....
I remember my first trading year and I went down a lot because I didn't take profits..but I always remembered why I bought originally a stock and I just stayed in all my positions...They slowly started to turn around and I made money on 90% of them because I was patient and didn't sell. I buy companies that make "stuff" and have a future... This is ground floor and mistakes were made but soon MTVX will pay me more than a job could in 10 years. All the sells they are making will add up and then the inflection point will come... I am just early that all but better to be early than never catch the train..
I really don't understand this ticker..
Zero debt and a decent - not spectacular - but very decent Quarter ... a whole lot better than last year and this doesn't rally?
WTF is going on? NASDAQ rallied and this goes down?.. FFS!
Yeahh.. my 9's looking really good now.. 25million worth ... that was a triple down..
hahaha! Now MTVX can move forward and with the new partner now that the deal has been signed.. #MADBRO
What "WE' have is something that crashed from close to 1 dollar to 12 cent and won't budge and whose best days were short lived and all behind hind them now with management continuing to raid the equity for just about anything and everything and "WE" will never ever see a finished product; a contract or even the ability to for ERNT to operate in Canada as a medical marijuana provider ever! This is a sham company and a bunch of hocus pocus!
Hahaha.. William Sears .. is still with the company.. Selling pods... Maybe he learned from his mistakes and the government over reacted to seeing his name associated with the company. Maybe he has a wife and kids and doesn't want to go to jail for the rest of his life and the government just got it wrong. LOL.. The dreaded William Sears... Mastermind of the biggest fraud that never will get charged.. This is going to be like 9-11 with so many conspiracy theories and when the government has to drop the case, then what? (Crickets)
I'm glad he is out there..warts and all.. Guilty people run and hide in a corner and would be absent the scene.. Both Dittmann and Sears are working and moving forward..I guess they are saying, in your face to people who doubted them by keeping the company moving.. Hell it's been 90 days and zilth from the prosecutors.. I would keep it pushing too if I knew 100% I did nothing wrong.. Hahahahahaaa.. To funny..

30 more days until ... No charges EVER!
90th day post raid..Still no charges filed...
If something is going to happen here, it will be in the next 30 days IMO or it won't happen at all. This is already late in the process. FREE FSPM! Hahahaha..
I already provided the definition for fraud... It is not the same as what the SEC put down. again... FRAUD is FRAUD and the SEC is not afraid of FSPM. The reasons for the suspension do not contain the word fraud and cannot rise to the level of fraud .. for the forth time... Is because 1. the SEC has to prove fraud and without proof and you are proven incorrect, you can be held accountable for libel or defamation. 2. Fraud is a legal term, and I provided the definition. What is listed by the SEC doesn't add up to fraud. 3. I have proved my point over and over again and as a Ihub user, I know how to use my ignore option.
Please provide us with a copy of the warrant. Please provide us with the "probable cause" that was used to obtain the warrant. Please provide all of us with one line from the SEC that contains the word "FRAUD" in it when talking about the FSPM suspension. Can't? Oh O.K.
They did seize items in the raid but no one but the FBI, the judge or other involved parties can tell us the "why" behind the "what" they were looking for. I'm not into reading between the lines and taking leaps of faith on partial and incomplete information. Everyone has a right to draw their own conclusions but I have a right to point out when things are stated as fact and have little to no real evidence to back it up other than a feeling or conjecture.
As stated before .. time will tell.
Glad you took the time to read my previous post.. That said ..I am clearly not a cheerleader for the stock..And that said, I have been able to retain my perspective and call a ball a ball and a strike a strike and out of bounds, out of bounds..without adding my own impartial crap to it. I have done my own self-analysis and know what I post is what the facts are and not what I wish or believe or have to take a leap of faith to come to the conclusion. There are no "reading between the lines" to come up with a grand scheme of fraud. If the SEC wanted to say fraud, they would say fraud. What? Are they scared of FSPM or something? Or do they know that the world "fraud" is a legal definition and once you label a company as a "fraud" that they better be absolutely damn sure that they know what they are talking about or they will get sued for libel or defamation.
Like I said before...Time will tell..
Didn't know 2+2=8..Fraud is Fraud... I don't think the SEC is shy about calling something fraudulent. But when did reading between the lines instead of taking something word for word become the new norm? Calling something a fraud has a connotation that goes with it and is sorta like something being a fact. It can be tested, verified and proved.. No one cannot test, verify or prove that FSPM is a fraud or perpetrated a fraud or engaged in fraudulent practices without an investigation. The FBI is investigating FSPM now and we aren't even clear if that is for fraud or what. No one knows and everyone is just guessing at best. But as far as the FSPM suspension goes, anyone with a third grade education can see that having a "lack of current or accurate information" doesn't rise to the level of "fraud".
And BTW the definition of fraud is
fraud
frôd/
noun
wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
So throwing around the term "fraud" without having proof is akin to being a "false witness" or "falsely accusing" someone without any proof. The SEC sent FSPM to the greys for not having current or accurate info on their financials like they said in their release, not for the made up definition but the real definition of fraud that someone at FSPM was using "criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain."
I mean really? Let the chips fall where they may... Why does fraud have to be added, when it is clearly not mentioned in the complaint or reason for suspension?... If the SEC wanted to use the word fraud then I'm sure they have a category that says we suspended XYZC stock for fraud...
FSPM was NOT suspended because of fraud. PERIOD! Facts are facts. It is not as if we do not have the record of this.. I will provide a link to the formal SEC document of what it said when FSPM was suspended.. Not some document to some other company or an example of what happened with a friend of FSPM or some other nonsense..
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2014/34-72177-o.pdf
No where in this document does it mention fraud. It states they take issue with the "accuracy and assertions" with the financial health of the company. But where does this rise to the level of fraud? And if fraud where here, again.. no charges ...
I mean really.. The example provided was about someone without a real business with no product and their aim was to defraud people of their money. Dittmann could have just sold 2 million shares at 8 dollars per share and no one could have stopped him... No second guy... No reason... He could have just dumped the shares and cashed out and left everyone holding the bag.. It didn't happen...
WOW..I'm not sure where any of this information is sourced but it is clearly no accurate depiction of the historic or current state of affairs for FSPM.
The only thing I can say about this statement is that it is 100% false. FSPM has known and verified customers and are still making pods and making deliveries to this day.
Lastly, Dittmann has owned FSPM for well over a year... He owns most of the shares in the company and has no restriction on when he can sell those shares. This is true now and was true in January before the stock ran up thousands of percentages. People who perpetrate scams often follow through when it is time to cash out. So why if this was a fraud or a scam didn't Dittmann dump 1 or 2 million shares when the pps approached $10? LOL. There was nothing to stop him... If he was only selling products to his brother-in-law, then why was he talking to congress, giving speeches, on boards and networking with people in the MJ industry in Colorado?
It seems to me that Dittmann is the dumbest crook ever. What crook stares at millions of dollars and doesn't take the money and run? What crook travels around the country giving speeches and promoting a business before and after being suspended if "90%" of the business was being sold to his own brother-in-law? That is a lot of work just to continue with a fraud or a scam and never see a payoff or a payday..
The short answer is..It isn't a fraud or a scam.. If 90% of FSPM's product was going to Sears and the books were being cooked that badly, everyone loosely related to FSPM would be in a jail cell today. There wouldn't be close to 90 days post raid and counting, there would be charges and a trial coming.
There are no charges because they can't charge. So it really doesn't matter how many times the words Sears or brother-in-law or lawyer or beneficial owner are uttered, it all amounts to trying to capture the wind with your hands in the end. There are no charges now.. There are no charges coming... This will get dropped and then what points will there be left to argue? hahahaha
I don't understand where you are getting the "fraud" claim from first of all. It is clear that the SEC pulled FSPM into the grey's based off suspicion, innuendo and rumors. It will be 90 days with no charges filed come this Friday. 8/15.
The PHOT investigation just wrapped up and people were charged with manipulating the stock. PHOT stock was identified by the SEC as possible fraud being a reason why their stock was sent to the grey market. This was not the case with FSPM. William Sears name was used purely because he is an already convicted felon but so far he hasn't been charged with squat in this FSPM investigation.
IMO if there are no charges by September 15th against William Sears, then this whole thing has been grabbing at straws by the FBI and SEC... I believe already that they don't have a case against Sears and if they had one, he would be charged already. My reason for giving September 15th as a dead line is because PHOT got suspended first and then FSPM about 4 to 5 weeks later FSPM got suspended. The investigation into the manipulators of PHOT's stock just wrapped up on August 5th and so it's just about timing.. One would think that "if" charges were coming, they would be around the same amount of time it took for charges to be filed in the PHOT case.
September 15th is also 120 days past the raid. Any reasonable person would think that it wouldn't take the FBI 120 days to build a case against an already convicted felon and a small company with less than 5 people who make up the targets of your investigation. The more days that pass by, the less likely anyone will ever be charged with a crime surrounding FSPM..
You only have about 35 days to wait and see a more clear picture here.
With all of the rain you mentioned, why is no one wet? The ticker got sent to the greys for the most vanilla of all reasons that is wafer thin. All these ties and convictions but somehow FSPM is only guilty of being the guy next to the guy who was next to the guy doing something wrong. Why is no one in cuffs? Why no charges yet? All this stuff listed amounts to little or nothing and a whole lot of suspicion and no proof of nothing.
Please list the "litany"...HUH? (crickets) Can't? Just because William Sears "was" involved and may have been the target of the original investigation, it still takes an "illegal act" completed and provable to be able to charge. FSPM came into question because of the so called "ties" and so far these "ties" have led to absolutely nothing. FSPM is selling products and continues to sell products. So calling them a scam doesn't fit the bill unless any legitimate business that sells products for money is a scam. This is flawed analysis and that can't correctly differentiate fraud from legit business, so why would one use it as a source for investment advice? I wouldn't. I won't. Especially not for determining whether FSPM is viable or not, even with its grey market status.
Yea..I will complain to the SEC about a stock I currently own.. WTF.. and why not shoot myself too and while in mid air as I jump off a bridge too? No one in their right mind should even come close to taking this advise seriously if they own one share of this stock.. If you think things couldn't get worse with MTVX..This advise will lead shareholders investments straight to the grey market..that is worse than being in the trips.
Buying more huh? Hows that merger coming? How does it work when two grey companies get together? Are they still on the greys? Are they a super-Grey team?
Once again..You analyze my words..take them out of a narrow context, twist them to try and mean something that I did not say or didn't even come close to saying.
You couch it with the prefix - "You make it sound" - No like hell I do not. What I said was "literally" - Scott Dittmann is a known leader in the MJ industry in Colorado and around the U.S. .. He started boards and is on many boards trying to get pot legalized and regularly gives speeches and offers his time to other initiatives surrounding the MJ industry before this all way "legal" - so that inherently made what he was doing illegal or at best he was pushing to legalize an illegal cause. So my conclusion is drawn that something that is already illegal would bring him into contact with people who have been in that industry for years.. It is not a stretch to say some of these folks would be criminals. For me to have to explain that....I'll just stop there..
Secondly, because Dittmann worked so hard networking with folks in the run up to getting MJ legalized in Colorado (all folks), it was common place for him to do the same looking at it from a business perspective with like-minded folks that he saw were in the same position of starting out that he was in when this all took off. The difference is, he has and always had an underlying "real" product to sell. Of course he needed liquidity at times for the business but as I have said before, Dittmann was under any holds or constraints, he could have diluted to the tune of 2 or 3 million shares with the pps at 5,6,7,8 dollars anytime he wanted with zero notice - but he didn't. If this was a true fraud - why didn't he cash out and run?
Excellent background on this. I have a dissent on just one point but overall this was well put together and something that everyone who reads it benefits from no matter what side of the issue you are pushing for. Thanks for taking the time. My only dissenting opinion would be that it wouldn't "cost" anything for the owners of the $200k to get that money back if they are not ultimately charged. The FBI does have prerogative but the party under suspicion has avenues at its disposal to recoup those funds without incurring more harm if no charges come about.
This does seem to me to be headed down that road of they had enough links because Scott was one of those guys who was working with any and everyone in the MJ industry who was popular at the time. You have to understand that this industry is like trying to bring any drug that has been dealt "illegally" for its history to the mainstream and all the bad actors that will try to hang on and cross over plus all the opportunist who will try to exploit a new situation. So folks have to pick and choose which companies and which people really to invest in. It is unfortunate that William sears was a part of anything that Scott Dittman was doing. I hope he learned his lesson and his company survives and makes it through this ordeal. For his sake and investors too.
On the investigation... The truly believe the further we move out, the less likely any thing will ever come down against anyone, including William Sears, on the part of FSPM. Then that leaves, what will be the path back from the greys and getting back into good standing and so on and so forth? But I won't start to feel confident about that position until the playoffs in football start. (Season starts a month from this past Sunday) Time goes fast. December will be here quickly.
It is good to have something "constructive" to debate rather than banter back and forth over nonsense .. it's a good and refreshing change of pace... Thx.
really dude..short squeeze? you saying that with a straight face? if people were shorting, they cashed out long ago.. and it would take a lot for them to feel any type of "squeeze"..laughable..
APT has a strong case.. This isn't China, where you can copy or closely copy someone's idea and "re-frame" it and call it yours. APT has patents and patents mean something. Ask Samsung.
You may think it is absurd but this is peoples livelihood on the line. Apple can sue for Rounded Edges on a square frame and win with the case regarding cellphones to the tune of 1 billion dollars., APT has a much more solid case vs Monster than Apple had vs Samsung..
http://www.businessinsider.com/apple-ipad-design-patent-2012-11?op=1
Apple has been granted a design patent for the rounded edges to the rectangular screen of the iPad, Matt Macari at The Verge reports.
Apple owns patent D670,286, which is "The ornamental design for a portable display device."
That means it really does just cover the rounded edges of the iPad. "There's no other way to look at it," says Macari.
Apple also has a similar design patent for the iPhone, which it used in its lawsuit against Samsung.
To win a design patent, Apple needs to show that its an ornamental design, and not a practical design, says Christina Bonnington at Wired. In other words, rounded corners can't be essential to building or using a tablet.
Apple can't use this patent in a lawsuit against Samsung, Lea Shaver, Associate Professor at Indiana University’s McKinney School of Law tells Wired. The reason is that Samsung has made its designs different enough that they don't look like the iPad.

Talk about a straw-man argument. So because FSPM can't get money seized in a raid back now (according to your timetable) then that is proof of guilt? Or the inability of them to obtain funds from the FBI during an investigation is proof of what exactly? This logic makes little to no sense at all. it is both illogical and nonsense. It proves nothing and disproves nothing. The only "fact" here is that there is a very big absence here. The absence of charges. Or is there a conspiracy going on to cheat investors out of their money by the government who doesn't want people to invest in marijuana related companies so they just picked a couple and crashed them and put out phony info on how the marijuana industry has a dark side to discourage normal folk from getting rich by investing in the new gold rush. That is a conspiracy..Ha
I know exactly how this drew the attention of the SEC and the FBI. People started complaining to the SEC about not having FINS out on time and then thru William Sears name in there from what they had heard. NO PROOF!
The SEC told the FBI because they found out that William Sears did work with the company but didn't disclose this info. Are the trades he supposedly made criminal? We will find out but so far ... NOPE! And if there was a smoking gun ..I'm sure the FBI isn't sitting there losing sleep wondering whether or not to charge a man already convicted of securities fraud. He would be gone to jail in a New York minute. The reason he isn't is because their case has fallen apart.
All this talk about months or years or decades long investigation is delusional and funny. LMAO. If the FBI can't figure out what happened in a shop where 5 people work and they raid it and take everything and all the records and 90 later still have no charges? They look more like the keystone cops rather than the FBI...
the simple answer is to why no charges is...BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CASE THAT THEY CAN PROVE... and are looking for a way to scapegoat themselves out of the situation with their humility intact. Instead they are looking to charge someone with a misdemeanor or some other bs to make themselves look like they did something to justify kicking in doors and confiscating someone's stuff. If they had hard evidence of wrong doing people would be in jail..thems the facts.. The reason why they haven't is because they can't. It's That Simple.
8/15 does mean shit. Because next comes 9/15 and 10/15 and 11/15 and 12/15 and sooner or later the 15's are going to run out and they (the FBI, SEC, Government) are going to have to put up or shut up and that should should shed some light on what is really going on and who to follow. Who has been right and who got it all wrong.
AND? If they had something they would have charged someone by now. That proves it all. They are like all other law enforcement agencies.. When they screw shit up royally then they try to prolong the investigation to hunt for anything.. and if that doesn't work they drag it out and then they will come out with some misdemeanor charge to CYA; To try and make anything stick to justify their actions. The "lack" of return of monies adds up to a hill of beans right now.. there are no charges... FYI..they are at the "drag it out stage" right now.... We will see on August 15th (90 days post raid) if the FBI has any charges and any fire to go with all that smoke.
Innocent until "Proven" Guilty. FBI hasn't proved shit yet. It has been more than 75 days since this raid and no charges have been filed .. If they had a solid case or a smoking gun; this isn't a huge company. They don't have a big staff and hundreds of employees. This should be a cut and dry case whether they charge someone or not. The further this drags out with no charges, the worse it looks for the FBI and the SEC.. They probably got complaints from people and saw a name and jumped the gun and now don't have the "big" case they thought they would have. I wonder how long is this going to go on before they have to produce something. If the government has to drop this, then you could see the SEC follow and reinstate FSPM.
Glad I got 25 million of those 9's yesterday..hahaha
lol..I would take APT and all its flaws over the economy of Spain, Argentina, Brazil, etc, etc, etc,,.. This at .00011 with a possible future if things work out correctly is so much better than what other people in other countries have to deal with. We need to learn to appreciate what we have.. no other country on earth would a company that has made 25 million in the past 3 years have their stock be worth 1/10th of 1 cent..
One can only hope that there is a silver lining at the end of all of this for FSPM. Now would be the time for them to start getting audited fins from here on out for the company too.
Nope. Just telling like it is... I has been 75 days since the raid ..no charges filed and FSPM is still moving forward. I'd like to see some audited fins tho..
