But what if the audits show the numbers are real or even 5% below what had been posted in the press releases with good guidance?
for whatever it's worth I can confirm that you can order and receive product from the web site, as well as by calling the sales office...
Also, let's not forget about the tax situation with imports into the US from Bangladesh which very well could assist Veltex's profitablity.
I wouldn't get on his case too badly. He did bring to light the dillution. I'm not sure how he was able to obtain that info, but you have to give him props for his diligence.
Anything I think I know I have only heard second hand and I can not confirm any of it with tangible proof, therefore I do not post it here. Let me just say I do believe that the audits will be delivered, they will be positive and this stock will trade higher. I know that Veltex is a real business Rawnoc has the pictures to prove it.
Go Veltex!
Finally an intelligent, thought out post... Thank you. I thought most people here had lost their minds...
Go Veltex!
Whatever happened to the spin off stocks???
Any speculative thoughts as to how far this may drop if the first audit is not delivered on March 15?
I'm not sure about postings on boards like this, so my question is can someone post libeling statements about someone else without worry of legal repercussion?
Hey Rawnoc! What do you make of all this banter? Does any of it seem credible to you?
This board is starting to look like a Dali painting without the beauty.... MM You are quite an unusual being bearing way too much negativity for one person. I hope you get well soon.

Go Veltex!
be smart .55!
ROFL! Thanks, I hope someone beside me heard that...
;)
Another pump and dump???
That is too funny! kudos!
Will someone please fire the starting gun...
Well it appears that you are certainly doing a good job of keeping pressure on the price... :/
" ...the year-ago books are still not presentable to an auditor,..."
what do you mean by this?
Thanks for the update.
To quote something I read recently, "Credibility is earned..."
Matin has not gotten there yet.. imho
Go Veltex!
Has anyone else heard about California's new initiative to put tracking devices into cars and tax by the number of miles driven rther than on gas consumption. Could be a massive opportunity for Navicom!
These deadlines make too much sense not to be real goals of the company. I hope they can do it. If these numbers are real, imagine what would happen with preceived competent management instead of what exists today.

I didn't know the history of this company and am only now seeing the light... I cant believe I got in before the pump and didn't take the opportunity to reap the rewards of the dump... probably be another year before we see price lebels like that again if ever..
Go Veltex!
My friend get yourself a copy of Microsoft word and learn to press the F7 key....
You mean 2K, not 20K.
Major website overhaul! Looks really nice, pro work... EOM
I repeat myself when under stress, I repeat myself when under stress, I repeat myself when under stress...
You will not get any information from the auditor without Veltex permission, and the fact that you would even post here that you claim you can get info, if you actually posted anything they did tell you I believe you and the auditor would probably be in a bit of trouble.
Go Veltex!
Where have the speculating speculators gone? Come back guys! Please!
I would not expect you to get a call back from the auditors as they can not release information about a client without the clients permission.
Ok asshat, I have called Veltex in the past and no one there will take investor questions... They will refer you to whoever the latest flavor of investor relations management is.
So again, "Who did you speak with? Did you not get a name?"
Thanks!
Did you call Veltex HQ or Finn Walstad? If Veltex HQ, whom did you speak with there?
Thanks!
did you call them?
Thanks for the reminder of that situation.
Not meant to be a pump or a bash, just stating my expeience over the past 16 hours...
Sent a request to Matin for the number of O/S shares at this time. No response.
Requested information regarding the audits, real or not and a general time horizon for completion.
No response.
Now, I am so "wet behind the ears" as someone called me that I am not even sure if the questions I asked are legally allowed to be answered. I would presume the O/S number would not be a problem. Anyway, the glimmer and promise that this company once exhibited is fading fast under all the tarnish that has built up over time...
Repeatedly dissapointed,
r.o.b.
I do not understand what is happening on this board, where did these moronic posters come from and does this happen on all PS boards?
I see from your posting that you really want to invest in this cvompany and that gives me a warm comfy feeling in these days of cold, wet and snowy weather. Good luck in your fishing venture and may you get a little wealthier along with the rest of us who know what your agenda is.
Go Veltex!
Is there any guidance for 2005?
I can't believe you think that his rantings really caused the price to drop. Do you? Are these stocks that volitile?
Is your stupidity a result or a brain injury, drug abuse or a birth defect? I only ask so I can know if I should pity you or not. Please try to seek help as soon as possible. The sooner you get well the sooner the planet will be a happier place to live.
