December newsletter from Gold Star Resources informs investors that James LaGanke of Phoenix has been hired to file lawsuit against Joe Balser, Jim Morris and Arrow Lab in Arizona federal court.
Bonanza investors take note:

Dome Rock Mine LLC. Rinsed, repeated.
I can tell you what I understand to be the situation but I am curious as to why you are asking.
Can anyone clarify a connection between this company and Peter Pocklington's various interests including Gold Nugget Mine in Quartzite, AZ?
Bonanza> Gunner> Gold Star> Dome Rock outta money. Can't finish plant. Staff not paid this month. Including Stallings?

Too funny!
The difference is they put evidence of their duplicity out there for the world to see in order for their alleged con to succeed. If one had hacked into the site, it would not be a good idea to promote that fact. For the most part, one could assume the information is the same as that which appeared on the goldnuggetmine.com site before it was put behind a wall.
I must correct you on this point...
If I could get access to other pages on the site it would have to be done by hacking and that's not legal so of course I can't do that.
Thanks for the other background.
Maybe there is more relevant information in these docs:

To the naive investor, the images and content on the newsletter seem convincing. If it is a con, it is a long con, requiring a certain amount of spending on equipment.
Did Gunner inherit these people from Bonanza? It sounds like you are familiar with them.
Has anyone seen this? You can get into the Gunner Gold site by the back door if you know how to look.

Pocklington avoids jail... again. http://goo.gl/PFT4eF
Happy Yanksgiving from a Canuck snowbird!
John McNeil is vice president operations for, I think, Gunner Gold. Or it could be Gold Star Resources. Or Cobra Chemicals. Not sure which organization chart he appears on but he is very much involved in the day to day operations.
Could the "D" stand for Dempsey? Pocklington controls Dempsey Investment Corp. located in the Bahamas. Rumour has it that bankrupt Pocklington used funds from a Dempsey trust to kickstart the original Crystal Pistol.

'gunner gold is a complete scam. the whole deal is designed to get all their investors involved with cobra chemical that is going to be a huge pump and dump! aaron fox who runs it for pocklington has been involved in more scams than bernie madoff. if they owe you money pay them a visit at the the twin towers on the marina in marina del rey california. they're in the north building, 10th floor under the moniker "fox flips."'
That's what I am trying to determine. How he fits into the cast of characters. As for McNeil... he is still in place on staff but he is not an investor. He has been promised a big payday when the money starts rolling in.
Aaron Fox - anyone familiar with this name? As it relates to Gunner Gold/Cobra/Liberty Bell/Crystal Pistol and Peter Pocklington?
Crystal Pistol morphed into Liberty Bell Resources, which then morphed into Gunner Gold. Gunner Gold apparently operates Cobra Processing and is buying or has bought Bonanza Goldfields. The ore processing plant operated by Cobra is now in production, processing ore from the Bonanza-owned fields but not from the site that started it all, that is owned by Crystal Pistol/Liberty Bell/Gunner Gold, located near Quartzite, AZ. Is that about right?
Also not to be confused with Goldstar Mining (Arizona)
First there was Crystal Pistol, then Liberty Bell Resources, then Gunner Gold, and now Gold Star Resources. But who knows what will happen with any or all of them now that Peter Pocklington is going to jail for 6 months.

What will happen to this venture/scheme while he is away? Will he pick up where he left off when he finished his jail term and starts his 6 months house arrest? How do his associates, his advisory board feel about his withdrawing as much as $15,000 per month from the company which was supposed to be funneling as much as possible into the ore processing facility in Arizona?
There are people eager to publish the story of Peter Pocklington and his gold mine, if they can find the backing.
Oh the stories I could tell... stay tuned!
I believe Gunner Gold gave way to Gold Star Resources also owned by Pocklington group. The man is in trouble again too having been found guilty of violating his probation following bankruptcy fraud conviction.
