It's definitely not what I want. I even hate to think about it. I want them to succeed and succeed well. I've held this stock for six years with no return, just broken promises and spin. There comes a point in time when investors will loose total confidence if Miller and the team can not deliver. WE WANT THEM TO DELIVER!!! Always hoping for the best, but at what cost. We need to see some firm and large contracts that have weight and not hot air as in the past. If we get a little good news the stock will climb some and then sell off again. Thats the past history. IWSY needs a big player that will give investors something to sink their teeth in for the next year. Revenue, revenue and revenue!!!
Hold on to your hats. Friday there will be blood in the streets if we get the same old @#$% out of the conference call. The opposite would be a slight increase and then another sell off. It's par for the course with this outfit.
This stock is a disaster! What a nightmare............................... You can not believe all the charts/slides. You might break even on your stock by 2025 if you are lucky. ALL TALK and NO RESULTS is the name of this game.
Well boys I'm down six figures on IWSY. Someone pass me the bottle please! Is .50 coming? If so .25 will not be far behind. Not a happy camper.
Its like watching paint dry! Will it ever happen? Brings a new meaning to patience and suffering.
NON-EVENT call today. This will not fair well for the stock price. Disgusted I must say.Things just are not moving. Sure was hoping for better news or something more positive from the call.
awalkinthesun, thanks for the heads up. I see IWSY going to double digits again soon. Still trying to decide to get out completely or whatever. Who knows??????????????
Hope this stock does not become the death of us all. Too much riding on what we really do not know. Why did i not just stay with the big boys like Apple???? I would have made a lot more money with little risk and now I'm in too deep to get out now. IF I would have been in crypto I would have been a mult-imillionaire today. Always on the wrong side of the trade I guess. The insiders make the money as always.
Subs thanks for the info.!
Subs can you explain to me what that means? Thanks!
Somebody please tell me this company does not do the same thing IWSY does. This crap is getting old.

Well, if this thing goes back to the 1.00 range which could happen I'll may roll the dice again. I feel like this will be the last year for IWSY if something does not happen. I know the adoption rate is slow and i do not hold Miller responsible for that but somewhere there has to be money made to keep the doors open.
IWSY kinda reminds me of crypto's and their adoption rate. Its going to happen but how fast is the question. Theres no one person in charge of that happening, its strictly about the adoption and acceptance of digital currency. It's here already but most have no clue that it is.
And the stock punishment begins!
Awalkinthesun thanks for your reply! Somebody on the next conference call needs to ask the question why and what makes IWSY any better than the rest. I'm not saying that is not, I'm just saying what makes it a better choice as far as biometrics are concerned. I have seen multimodal biometrics in several places including the new Samsung Phone. Are we betting on a loosing horse whose biometric platform is nothing more special than the rest? Miller needs to state in detail what is it that they supposedly have that others do not have or that others can not acquire or create. What makes it #1 in that industry. If it isn't #1 I need not own or hold it.
I still need do not quite understand what makes IWSY Multimodal so different from all the others. Do they really have something that others can never have in the biometrics space? What makes theirs so special? What patent makes them the best overall?
LOL Thats a good point.
Thats a interesting article considering that never mentioned IWSY as a competitor.
Subs have you looked at the institutions that are holding Awares stock. There are a ton of them. Ouch!
Thanks subs for your reply!
Can anyone tell me the difference between AWARE & IMAGEWARE? Why is AWARE stock at 4.35 and not IMAGEWARE? Who will win this race?
Fujitsu Extends Global Biometrics-as-a-Service Platform to AustraliaNews facts:
News facts:
New service makes it easy for organisations to deploy and manage centralised biometric authentication
Fujitsu’s biometric security solutions portfolio supports multimodal biometric authentication through mobile devices
Fujitsu signs agreement to partner with ImageWare Systems (OTCQB:IWSY) following collaboration in Europe and North America.
Sydney, January 31, 2018 –Fujitsu today announces the availability of its cloud-based, multimodal Biometrics as a Service platform in Australia. The unique solution, which allows organisations to conveniently deploy biometric authentication for protection against increasingly complex security risks, is the result of Fujitsu’s partnership with ImageWare Systems1 .
The Fujitsu multimodal Biometrics-as-a-Service offering enables fast deployment of biometric authentication via a range of methods depending on an organisation’s unique security requirements. Organisations can easily deploy authentication using voice, face, and palm printing images on customers’ smartphones with a low cost, and low risk.
Multimodal biometric systems are best suited to applications where high accuracy and security is required because they need two biometric credentials for positive identification instead of one in a unimodal system. A multimodal biometric also gives the user a choice of their preferred biometric for their convenience.
As enterprises continually seek and adopt faster, more efficient business approaches, security becomes even more critical. When working in multi-device and location-independent environments, secure centralised authentication is becoming essential for conducting everyday business transactions. Fujitsu’s Biometrics-as-a-Service offering fulfils this need across enterprise environments as well as mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and notebooks.
Multimodal Biometrics-as-a-Service is a massively scalable, globally available solution that can quickly assist organisations with determining a ‘true’ identity in the first instance via identification or verifying against a known entity. By leveraging a centralised architecture, the solution allows new biometric information to be checked against an organisation’s existing biometrics databases to reduce fraud, something that is not possible with match-on-device solutions like the type found in smartphones. Organisations leveraging Single Sign On (SSO) and remote access solutions can now easily enhance security for all users with this flexible multi-factor authentication service.
“For Australian enterprises, protecting data and implementing access control is more important than ever. Through this agreement with ImageWare Systems, our customers gain access to an enhanced portfolio of biometric security solutions that reduce the barriers to deploying highly secure biometric authentication. Delivering biometric authentication as a service opens up many new use cases and reduces the complexity usually associated with security measures,” said Mike Foster, Chief Executive Officer, Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand.
Jim Miller, Chairman and CEO of ImageWare Systems, adds: “Biometrics are not only the most secure form of authentication, but are also the easiest to use – as each user is his or her own password. By taking advantage of our powerful biometrics solutions delivered via Fujitsu’s cloud-based security as a service, many more businesses can easily enhance their security. This agreement further extends our marketing and sales activities with Fujitsu to new regions en route to a truly global offering. Fujitsu’s global capability extends the reach of ImageWare’s patented, multimodal biometric technology as a core element of Fujitsu’s cyber security portfolio across the globe.”
Unisys Says Biometrics Will Go Mainstream in 2018

Way ahead for now but for how long???
I am so over this stock with no good news. I believe it is coming but in the meantime we loose so much because we do not want to pay those short turn capital gains. Ive been holding and buying for over 4 years now. It would hurt like hell to see this thing go south again but Im not selling. Its still a hold for me. Miller needs to hurry up and close some deals. Personally Im waiting on a buyout.
Thats true, but why is what I am wondering?
Thanks sublover for the info.!!!
awalkinthesun, I need some hope! Are you seeing anything out there that will do the same thing as Imageware? If at the next conference call nothing comes out positive, this stock will sink to .50 share. What do you think?
Yep next time Im taking my dollars off the table for sure!!! Shame on me this last time.
awalkinthesun I am back in at 2.05. I did something real stupid when the stock ran up to 2.95. I sold at 2.87 but within the next hour I got cold feet and bought back in. I have averaged down to 2.05 as of now. This stock will drive anyone crazy! I still have some hope and Im hanging in there. We know how this stocks acts and we still do not trade accordingly!!! We all want it to do better. I feel like the stock owns me instead of me owning it. Not very bright on my part!!!
That would be nice. The bottom line is Louis B. way oversold this one. I am afraid Louis has oversold several stocks in the last 12 months.
Can not say I did not warn this was coming!!! It never fails with IWSY. Pump and eventually dump.
That ONE.
Good luck on hat one Daylas. Im waiting for $1.80 or less.
OMG just like I thought! Someone just dumped 350k shares this morning. Somebody knows something!!!
Awalkinthesun I have already got out. At this time there is no reason for the stock to go up. It does have a reason to pull back. It could be months before anything materializes on a deal that is large enough to move the stock up to decent levels. Of course we do not know the cards they are holding but it does not sound like much at this time. I will wait on a pull back between 1.80 - 2.00 before getting back in. If i miss it I still have my original investment with a profit so far. Good luck to you. It will take months if not years on the patents they filed. They have a long way to go looking at it on this side of the fence. I tired of pilot programs and no deals. If this new pilot they have going does not work out it could be forever. No Gov't contracts for me though. They are not enough to move the needle. Enough said.
Same old song and dance. No results. Excuses sound good but they make you no money. Miller did not want to talk about the so-called large financial institution that did not work out!!! We will go down again as usual. What a waste.
Yep somebody made some money today. They dumped over 100k shares at one time today!
The pump and dump has begun! How soon will it dump? That is the pattern!
WE NEED A SOLID CONTRACT! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS PILOT PROGRAM?
