used to walk in tall grass all the times in the SE Asia... and when you're wearing sandals and feel something slick go over your foot... eemmmm baby shivers down my spine
ho ho ho~~ If Flex said it is.... it definitely will be ^^ I am very excited!
Definitely feel JNSH is undervalued right now :) thanks for the positivity Flex~~
The short term price usually fluctuates and is definitely more volatile in a low float stock like JNSH. Doesn't mean the company isn't solid. This is just the way the market usually interacts when big changes occur.
1st: there's a surge in volume
2nd: those who have yet to do DD place safe bids to get in while they catch up on the DD
3rd: you'll always have sellers before you have buyers, on a larger float stock you won't see that fluctuation much but on a low float like JNSH it's easier to see
4th: people's DD catch up and they start to realize the opportunity and the bids start stacking at the lows (hence the 888K we saw on 10's the other day)
The rest is straight forward. :) go JNSH~~~
I'd get over the old shell. Usual reasons for going public through shells are many and in general rolling over all the losses from the previous shell helps on future tax purposes and retaining profits. JNSH has so far, during the time they've taken over, produced nothing negative. I don't see any red flags and they are consistent with the way they run business.
Also to address the cost of unions, I believe if you don't invest in your people you won't have any people to stay around to have a good business. These are necessary costs and as an employee of a big corporation myself hard and skilled work definitely requires fair compensation. JNSH is heading down the right track.
Another point I think DickMilde brought up was the cost of maintenance on these chargers, which I think isn't going to be that expensive at all. They own the chargers and the regular use of these charges require only very simple interactions with the unit, unless you get some crazies who kick or vandalize the units these are just like your normal day plugs. How many times do you have to replace a plug? You're more likely to lose chargers than you are to break them.
JNSH has other businesses along the chargers so they don't have to live on the subsidies. Also from what I gather the cost of setting these up aren't as expensive as it seems. All you're doing is pretty much putting a plug into the existing wire infrastructure and making a kiosk, you know how many of those are around and for some even less straight forward ways of generating revenues, but just consider something like RedBox how are they making profits renting out DVD's for $1 a day? We're making way more profit here.
The grants and subsidies will make it easier in the short run and in the long run as more people use electric cars these become indispensable. Also these are built with partnerships b/w JNSH and property owners so that's a free way of marketing their other services like electrical and building management. Their pricing strategy is probably nothing under 80% of what it costs you to get gas since there's little reason to cut even cheaper and as the network infrastructure grows the cost of every extra charger decreases. Don't forget that gas prices are this cheap because we currently have government intervention, nowhere else in the world is gas as cheap as America (besides the Mid-East).
There are plenty of companies that are way larger than JNSH who live on government grants and subsidies. You can't live on them forever because they change, but you can't deny that any company that receives a government contract or support makes bank.
Your purchase of an electric vehicle is still considered a luxury commodity and those buying are probably considering long term savings all that's missing is a way to get them charged.
I have emailed them about their pricing structure and will get you a clearer picture on Monday after I can call them again.
dang... that guy has a strong foot... I'm amazed he could break it XD
agreed :)
Please show the links to your DD and financial statements that prove this. That video was a 2011 video and was only put there for reference to the network that JNSH will now have the right to build. They do not necessarily need to follow the same pricing model as the video states which was back in 2011 before they were involved.
There are subsidies that will make it cheaper for JNSH if they do build and being the first in this growing market is a huge advantage.
Please refer to the constant growth of solar stocks and Tesla Motors as there is a growing need for this type of offering. They also install and operate solar networks if you haven't checked out their website at all....
The EV charging network is not the only business JNSH operates. Please refer to their multitude of other offerings.

Hey DM,
Welcome to the discussion. The cost is partially covered by the state's Rebate program and besides the plan that they talk about there, there's also payments where you pay $7 for .5 hours of charging which is off the 350green website:
good weekend all :)
hey hey~~ YGE made me money ;)
.....I was on that bid too XD out of cash bro... can't blame me that I want cheap shares of this SOLID opportunity hahaha I also happened to buy at the high of 18's T.T want to get a better average kekekeke
daaaaang~~ lesson learned hard XD
no no no not yet!! I am getting my paycheck this Wednesday... wait up XDDD
News hasn't hit everyone yet gents :) it takes a week or two before people realize what this news really means especially when you have a company this solid in pennyland.... People get skeptical. GO JNSH~
Monday is going to be one big day coming.... :)
I don't think he was trying to offend you, he's just really energetic about the value he see here that his eyes skipped a beat XD right DIT? haha
I would if I did... I live in Washington State... haha quite a ways away.
lol I'm not trying to pump a stock, I'm trying to bring awareness to a valuable opportunity. JNSH is solid and the recent court case is a Game Changer. I'm waiting for CCGI to announce it's bankruptcy as the business is already going to JNSH. If I wanted to pump a stock why would I want to do it on a low floater? It's hard for people to get in and out for it to be pumped well with such high volatility and considering fear is stronger than hype it would be a bad bad idea to try to pump a lower floater....haha
JNSH is Solid~
Slow down on the 1 liners gents, it's starting to seem like a pump to me too I only shot it out to a few others so they see the opportunity. No need to rush, good things come to those who are patient. Just sit and hold tight the charts will determine when the shorts come, but the fundamentals will show you where this company is going. I'm confident in JNSH~
Hey Hank,
I bought right when I saw the court hearing call cause that's what I was waiting for (was deciding b/w CCGI & JNSH), thought it wasn't in until October but very glad it came early. Been following this for awhile. Got in the same day the court hearings came out with about 200k shares (all can afford right now).
I read the news articles, checked out the company, and sent them a few emails earlier in August. Beyond just the charger network it's a solid company and Gents are real good about concentrating on business and not PR's, that's a part of the reason I'm going long and think this company deserves a minimum of .10 (current MC + grant value).
I like the low float, the undiluted shares, and business focus JNSH has for the long term. We would just like to see JNSH get the publicity it deserves. :)
Everything else is in the papers. Need we say more?
Let it churn gents. Patience. There isn't much at higher levels. Interest has just started this is a solid company and it deserves the minimum of book value :)
JNSH is taking CCGI's business~~~
+
And where is CCGI trading? $1
+
CCGI to liquidate it's assets to pay for damages and gives up main business to JNSH~
+
Similar SS, similar demographics, but JNSH has better claims. The charger network isn't the only thing we're doing.
= BOOM~
keep that accumulation going baby~~~ :) JNSH slow & grow that's the moto~~
Very easy to pump a good company :) ease yourself mates, we can't sprint forever. Beautiful reset today still got a few more points to go before we bounce but it'll be solid~
hahaha that's a dirty lil pun you got there~~ ;O
Please keep us posted :) we like when others get in the know~~
Tom's been here quite awhile so he's right to be cynical I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the court hearing go through earlier than expected either and I've been sitting on this one for awhile too! This company is solid! Can't poke holes in that~ :)
JNSH BOOMING~~
Thinking we're all holding out for it to drop like a rock so we can get some of that bbq dip yum yum :) but it's starting to itch a lil more every day.
Low float gentlemen. Read the charts I posted this morning. Accumulation is very high on this one. Asks will thin out going up. Take your time with it. It'll pay off :) we are waiting for CCGI to tank and then bam!
yep yep hard to tell ya
Get why they don't do many PR's? Why spend that money on PR's when you can spend on increasing customer satisfaction~~ MMMUUUUAAA
GOLD really is silent XD
Patience friends :) it's opportunities trading hands -Life is Good GO JNSH
Quoting Stockbarber:
Endorsement sold.
I'm new posting on this board yeah, not new to JNSH though no.... been following for awhile just waited for the good news and this is a game changer now. If you check the historical shorting data you'll see why there were so many fluctuations but if you check out the ACCUM/DIST all those shorts did were strengthen the longs pockets. This is a tight one and it's about time it gets the attention it deserves.
