Here is my initial reply from the SEC. Pretty generic reply. I have emailed Nevada Securities Division but no reply yet. I hope Mr. Durbin does the right thing and catches up financials. Good luck to all. I will post any updates from SEC or Nevada Securities Division. Other than that I am gone.
