Good luck with averaging down. I have not figured out if this company is an online gaming company, a med-pot company or something else. I think Keith needs to find focus.
Good luck with your research and trading
What you have found here does not appear to be anything OCEE is involved with now. I also don't think the guys you mention were involved in this company. The previous managers of OCEE (Marco Chavez and Don Morrison) did a name change to Nevis Capital last year.
I am pretty sure that Keith took over when the company became an off-shore gambling company.
I think the symbol of OCEE was from when the company was first formed as Ocean Energy before it became Sino Cement. The April 5, 2013 filing by Marco had the address at 6023 5th street S.E. Calgary, AB.
I definitely think you have the wrong Nevis Capital
I think you have the totally wrong Nevis Capital.
OCEE is in the gambling business and the medical weed business according to their press releases.
Interesting businesses for Mr. Alexander to be director of.
okay. Did you call Keith directly or just that company? The press release about the letter of intent says to contact him. He would know more anyway because he is a director/president so I think he would need to be signing the LOI.
You are wrong about FIMA being a MJ business.
Keith Alexander, Marco Garduno Chavez and Donald Morrison put that opportunity into their other company OCEE. Keith did a press release on that on Friday.
Where did you find in information to call Continental Capital?
The last press release says to contact:
CONTACT: Keith Alexander, 713-817-9187, kalexander51@gmail.com
April 5? It is only April 4.
I wonder if they meant to release it tomorrow but made a mistake.
Like I said in my previous post, I got my information from the company's own filing (otcmarkets.com) ... $500 in cash and $0 in revenue. The gaming assets and the real estate assets the company claims to have is so strong it produced $0 revenue.
Notice I said $0 revenue, not $0 profit. Not a single dime came into the company from business operations. The company lost money and if you look at the financials closely, you will notice the company had no substantial operations. They had less than $9000 in total expenses. Am I not looking at the right public disclosed statements?
I do know how to do simple research. I just look at the financials filed by the company (otcmarkets.com) and on January 31 of this year, the company had just over $500 in the bank.
It is good that you found this but it is meaningless. What is important is the possibility of this being a real deal. What sort of company can they buy with $500 in cash and no revenue. That is what their financial say this company has.
Why would you buy this stock? Their latest press releases say they are looking for a company to put into Nevis Capital. They don't appear to have anything. There is no gaming, there is no real estate, there is only Keith in Texas as management. What experience does he have to review if the new company is any good for investors.
Last year at this time, it was Marco Garduno Chavez the president and Don Morrison the investor relations guy that brought in the volume with promotion, do you think Keith Alexander will do that this time?
Are you trying to buy FIMA??
I hope so, volume and price jumped this time last year.
I agree, they are sleeping. In fact, if you listen really hard, you can hear Keith Alexander (CEO) and Donald Morrison (IR) snoring.
Do you really think we will see anything from them?
FIMA is back to being 'Current' on OTCMarkets
what?
also, what does jmpo mean? Just my perverted opinion?
I agree, all signs point to something happening.
Marco moved the company and changed the officers of the company so that he and others could sell shares. He did the same thing with OCEE. Someone should call Keith and ask him why he is a director when FIMA only invested enough money in his company to own 10% of American Eagle.
There is some chat on the FIMA board about the management team of OCEE. Anyone have any interesting information?
Not a chance. Nice bash try though.
That filing also showed revenue
The update says that Alexander is in charge of the company but it does not say that Marco sold his shares to him. I think he is no longer an officer or director so he can sell shares. It is the same for Nevis Capital.
Why would Marco Chavez leave both companies and move someone who runs one of their investments (FIMA only owns 10% of Alexander's company American Eagle) and move the lawyer James Scheltema into running the company (Nevis Capital OCEE).
Both addresses were changed to the mailing address of the new president. What adds to the mystery is that the voice mail of Don Morrison used to say his name, now it is his phone number with no name.
I think this points to something happening in the back ground that they have not told us about. There was some buying (I think it was insiders) in FIMA when the changes were being made.
I will call Donald Morrison, the IR guy and see if I can find out anything for us.

It looked like something was happening until they did the update. Now I am totally confused. At the beginning of the year, Marco signed an agreement to own 100% of American Eagle and added Keith to the team. Then there is an announcement to correct the deal that states FIMA owns less of American Eagle but promote Keith in the organization and Marco steps down.
Now I am thinking that Marco issued himself shares for the money he put in or the work he did and hopes to sell them. I guess we will see when or if they post financials.
I also think there is another secret plan. What are you thinking?
Why the repost? Do you like FIMA?
Did you get any today?
Fruit wine ... I love that on the deck in late afternoon.
Are you holding FIMA?
Never heard of it ... sipping good?? what is their stock symbol???
Thanks for the advice ... I am putting a dollar in the coffee jar for you (or should I move it to the whisky jar)?
I understand that FOR SURE. Every pink is a risk ... I have my good money in the real stocks ... my coffee and fun money is for playing this trash.
hmmmm ... EWRC ... I will peak at it. If I jump in and make a few bucks ... I will send you a coupon for a coffee. HaaHaaHaa
Anything happening here in Ernie's world?
I shudda waited to put my prediction in when it drops.
I posted on my DD of FIMA on that board.
My pick is FIMA at .0025, currently at .0044
(I will be a buyer if it drops to .0025)
Wow, TLLE is down a lot on pretty low volume.
I will :)
Why AXVEF?
I am watching and chatting on FIMA as I think it is going to see some excitement.
