Thanks for the correction...ive been looking at what 5 star luxury resorts make in a year. Most make right around 1.5 billion in revenue and net around 100 million. Take 3 open hotels...around 5 billion in revenue annually...add the 7 planned with 1 already in production...a wild guess that roche will retire the 300+ million shares he will get when buying back his loans...leaves his 143 million...his family's 18 million...and our 20 million float?...be a nice pps increase.
No worries. I see where you're going with it now. Thanks for the explanation.
Oak lawn? You mean oak lawn marketing in japan? That wouldn't happen. Oak lawn marketing is already the parent company and owner of Docomo...a company that currently trades on the Nasdaq. If they wanted to go public with oak lawn..they'd do it through Docomo. I agree with a lot of the people who are pointing at the cache hotel group. They have 3 luxury resorts open now...just secured funding to build a fourth. They have 4 more they want to build this year and 3 more set for 2018...they've publicly stated they're looking for investors...would fit well if roche can swing it.
Ya...cant argue with people either way here. If you bought 100,000 shares at .009 and you are selling them now for .024...good for you...that is a 1500 dollar profit! However, I'm a gambler...i think people will be kicking themselves when they find out that 1500 dollar profit could have been a 1 million dollar profit in about a month.
Nevermind...dont need to know. I just looked at their website. Not bad for a special ed 8th grader. Good luck.
Looks like the salesman and the pumpers are doing their jobs here. Anyone know the current A/S, O/S, and float?
I've lost a lot of money in the otc market learning my lesson. This one looks very promising...but nothing is a sure bet except taxes and death. Some of the guys taking a position in this one are EXTREMELY good at what they do. Hopefully we can both say we are celebrating on a beach somewhere soon. GLTY
I hope you and the rest are right about that. Although...if the float is 10 million...with the 150 plus people watching this board...i am kind of surprised the price of this thing isn't 5 cents or better...just on shear anticipation of what could be.
I think you missed the point of my post. I'm extremely interested to know what the float is here. Being I own 200,000 shares...or 2 percent of the assumed float. It may make me a millionaire for the first time in my life if that turns out to be true.
Your post here is the biggest question of all. Seems like there are suddenly a lot of owners here. Granted...there have been very few days over the past several weeks that this thing traded over 2 million...but I'll be very interested in finding out what the float really is here.
So correct me if I'm wrong...but shouldn't we see a pr officially announcing the auction before it happens? Or is the pr that was already issued about default and all count as that notice?
You are correct.
That's why i asked about how many shares other board members have? Wouldn't they be required to sell them back with part of the default deal or sell them now for what they can get? Wouldn't it be illegal if they held onto them?
Well...170 million. Forgot to add the 10 ion owned by share holders
Lol! Yes it would! Especially if all the shares roche gets back when he pays off his own loans get retired and the O/S suddenly becomes 160 million. 141 million owned by roche himself and 18 million owned by his family.
I'm still hoping the float is right around 10 million. This thing would fly fast with any positive news with those numbers.
Does anyone know if the other board members had/have stock options here? How many they held? If they're allowed to sell before the default sale?
And it is hard to argue with the speculation. Seems to be the most logical move for roche to make this into something with as much as he owns.
I think he meant that it walked up that high in the first 3,000 dollars of trading...which it did...then slowly walked back down. Still ended the day well though.
It's like a guy on here and I were discussing before. Many times individual investors will be rerouted through an institution and show up on L2 as NITE or CDEL or whatever...i don't think there are any money makers here...i think it is a couple of individuals trying to sell a few thousand high to increase their position low.
That's why we are all here. Hoping roche pays himself off, becomes current with zero debt, and takes one of his many ventures public. GL
I think it will just steadily go down this week...hopefully next tues or Wed will see it explode. I wonder how many shares axrs has? Or if that's an investor selling shares? Last week when xzx posted a pic of the L2 it showed NITE bidding 75000 at .0082. That was my bid. I'm not sure why it showed me a NITE? I know this because when I cancelled my bid...it vanished off the board to the next bid on his snapshot of 10,000 at .0081
And o agree with you whole heartedly! Regardless of what the O/S becomes, roche is not selling any of them. Whatever it becomes next...nobody starts a business with the idea of it failing. I wouldn't be surprised if he retires 3/4 of his outstanding shares just to increase the value of whatever the next business venture is...probably has his eye on NYSE. I doubt he wants anything to do with the otc if he can help it.
That's the spirit! Keep this thing as current as possible. Looking at the numbers...you still agree the O/S is right around 320 million with most owned my roche, roche enterprises, and his family IVUE? Float sits around 10 to 15 million?
Yes...let's be logical.
It would only make sense for someone losing money hand over fist to just let this thing go dark and walk away from it forever. But roche is not...he is paying his loans back to himself and making this thing current with zero debt. Obviously he has a plan for it and that alone makes it a GREAT play.
I keep seeing BS about legal ramifications. Sorry kids...welcome to the otc. If roche did do something here to screw what was left of shareholders...nothing would happen. Just like nothing happens to the 10's of thousands of other plays on the otc that screw shareholders over every single day...except weekends and holidays.
Finally, roche would never do that based on his character? Ummmm...who here knows roche on a personal level with his cell number on your phone? Nobody! This guy is a businessman and he didn't get ahead by losing money.
I think his actions of making this debt free and current show he has great plans for it. That combined with a low O/S...which is mostly owned by roche...makes this a risk worth taking. We may even find out this coming week being the auction will take place "on or around May 31st."
GLTA!
I'm struggling with that too. 2 to 5 million traded daily...could be 500,000 shares that keep switching hands between mms...could be RR selling a few million shares he got for .0026 for .009. Nice little profit...but even if he sold 30 million and retired 100 million...he is still by far majority holder and this thing would still be 20 dollars a share if he puts his assets into it. Bottom line...it is a risk I'm willing to take with the small position I have here. GL
300,000 easy...and still going. Still think the float is still 10 million with the numbers being traded? Me either. I still don't understand the point of the auction. Why would roche have an auction just to bid on it and pay himself back? Why not just say...this company is going a new direction...here is what we are doing.
And the president keeps buying hand over fist. I'm love it...i'm still in. Thanks!
Are we still under the impression that clinical study results will be released sometime this quarter?
Current or not...this is a dilution pig. 3 billion O/S before we know it.
Authorized..........................8,000,000,000
Issued and Outstanding…....598,124,036
Float......................................556,661,585
Unless this got updated and I missed it...im guessing we don't see the updates we want until the lawsuit of 50 million missing shares is resolved? I'm probably way behind the times. I keep trying to walk away and come back later because I know what's coming and I don't want to sell from impatience.
Okay...we can all argue until we are blue in the face. Although I don't think we are arguing. Obviously I agree with you guys or I wouldn't be here. This MIGHT be an incredible play. There are other plays I am more confident in...but a positive outcome here outweigh the risks. The only thing that bothers me here is the number of people on this board alone who say they own shares and post the numbers they own are greater than what the float should be???
You also don't become rich by dumping more money into a bad investment.
It's not a theory cheds. I wouldn't be here if I didn't believe z is on to something. I wouldn't have bought if I didn't think z was onto something. But I'm not going to sit here and blow sunshine up people's asses about this stock. I'm a realist. Is it strange that this thing trades around 50 percent of the entire float daily? Yes. Is the money Roche has spent on this about as much to him as what it is like for me to buy a soda? Yes. Do I believe that Roche owning what he does make it a prime candidate for a RM for all of his private assets? Yes. Do I believe that could happen? That's why I'm here.
1) Are you telling me that you've never invested in a stock...seen it going down hill...and abandoned ship with a loss? Same concept for Roche here.
2) The guy has 98% of the stock in this shell. To him...the money that he has spent on that 98% is what you and I spend on a night out to the movies. What is the last 10 million shares worth? Even if 50 people bought shares of this stock at 10 cents each...who is going to get a lawyer to try and take down a billionaire for 20,000 dollars? Nobody...they are going to take their losses and run.
What responsibility does he have? He owned a business. You invested your money in that business. The business failed. What responsibility does he have to you? Especially in the OTC! He could easily just let this thing go dark. Hell, we've talked about naked shorting and a 10 million share float. I've seen 8 million shares traded in the last 2 days. Maybe Roche is selling off some of his own shares for beer money before he says screw it all.
Again, bottom line is I like your outcome of this event much better. I obviously have a lot of faith in your DD and your argument to have bought some of this. Nobody goes into this game with the mind set of..."I'm going to throw away a couple thousand bucks today."
Obviously not. I bought a little of this with what I had left. So I have to have a bit of faith, don't I? The guy is a billionaire. However, there's a 50/50 chance here that he just takes his loss and kicks this thing to the curb. Anyone, including you, would be hard pressed to say that dolat isn't going anywhere but straight up.
I bought a small portion here with what I had left. I just can't bring myself to sell dolat to buy this. I think dolat is a long term play with life changing rewards. This one will either be bang or bust come June 1st.
All I can say to that response is AMEN! That makes 2 of us.
Mav, both you and xzx are in this and DOL$...question is...which one do you see having a better outcome?
