How did you come up with such a PPS. Where are your calculations...what model do you base your valuation on?
You're dreaming for 0.80 Euros.
GLTA
So someone should ask Mike how he's enjoying his 6 digit salary while the company is spinning towards bankruptcy.
GLTA
So are we close to bankruptcy here?
Given that other penny stocks, which previously followed the same pattern, ended up belly up I would assume the same for Bioheart. So sad.
GLTA
Sorry meant to say bought at 0.0095 x 1.6 million shares.
Sad to see how the MM's are pounding this stock into oblivion. Guys be smart with your money - I've seen many stocks who have followed the same fate.
Unless some substantial news comes out to generate investor interest and drive the stock up again I'm afraid to say that this stock will continue swirling downwards.
I'm happy I made my 100k last year when it spiked (bought at 0.095 about 1.6 million shares).
I wish you all luck and I do hope they make it.
All the best.
Is this the end for BHRT?
So why don't the enthusiasts now ask Mike and company about their extravagant salaries.
I had this stock last year. Bought at 0.0095 1.2 million shares for about $15-16k. Sold at $0.07 made close to a $100,000 in a few weeks.
Happy I got out. This company is nearing it's end.
GLTA.
What is happening to this stock? Any update on the restart of the Mirror trial?
AAI
P.S. For all you peeps posting news from two years ago as if it just came out yesterday I don't know what you're doing but it's not helping in any way.
As always TFan I respect you and your opinions. Your views are always objective even though you have such passion for the stock as do I. I want to see them succeed as well.
Say would you be able to tell me the biggest difference between Angel trials and Myocell trials. It seems to me that the Angel trials are exhibiting a higher degree of safety than it's counterpart Myocell.
Perhaps the Angel trials should be regarded as the flagship of this company?
My thoughts only.
AAI
Read the 10k. Myocell is on hold. Stop posting old material.
You were right Hop! I like your analysis and have learned a lot from you.
I'm happy I sold my 1.5 million shares when I did. There was a point my portfolio was at $110,000 with a mere $14,000 investment. Made some good money.
MARVEL trials have been suspended. This company is currently dead in the water. Their attempts at mediocre PRs initiating new study after new study are no longer working nor are they credible.
They're a sinking ship for the time being. Bankruptcy is inevitable as the sun rising tomorrow unless they get funding, initiate MARVEL or something. Plus I heard there were 6 deaths from the MARVEL trial. That's probably why they've been suspended while the FDA reviews.
Someone should speak with Mike..he's pretty quiet out in Miami enjoying his $1 million pay check. He doesn't care.
Invest carefully - my advice to you all. I still hope Bioheart makes it..great technology but no serious investor is taking them seriously.
AAI
That sucks.
Guys read Hops post where he points out in the filing that the Myocell regiment has caused health issues and major concerns. Forget about enrollment, the FDA has probably shut the trial down pending further study of the side effects. This is serious stuff. I am a supporter of Bioheart but this scares me.
AAI
I don't know if I saw this on this forum or not but is it true that were some deaths (around 6) as a result of the Myocell treatment?
Hops I think you had mentioned that you read that in one of their filings. Not too sure though.
AAI
Wow wth has happened to this stock. It's going back to penny land very soon.
Horrible. The stock is diving. It'll be back at a penny sooner or later. I'm happy I got out when I did. Myocell trial not even happening right now. They're dead in the water, no cash flow and just wrote off debt - that is bad bad bad. Whoever thinks by writing down debt is a good thing you need to take a Finance 101 course.
AAI
Even though I sold all my shares I wanted to say good luck to all. I hope they make it.
I wanted to buy again when/if the price dropped considerably but from the looks of the last few days of trading (and thus far today) I don't think that's going to happen.
I wonder what the rally in the last few days could be attributed to? Is it the upcoming conference you guys think?
WHAT?? They gave themselves a raise and a bonus amidst the financial turbulence they're experiencing??
GS/HT - Why don't you e-mail Mike about that and ask him how he is able to justify such increases to compensation given the current situation of his company.
Absolutely horrible if this is true.
AAI
So what it went from 0.01-0.08. Where is the stock now? The stock went up soley on news - it was a classic pump and dump. Why wasn't the news significant enough to keep the stock from dropping from 0.08 to it's current closing PPS? Am I missing something here?
What you're missing is objectivity. I'm a shareholder and at the same time am not emotionally attached to the stock as you are. Even though I've sold most of my shares I still think the technology is great. However - take a look at their financial situation, cash flow, cash on hand and on-going expenses. The company will become insolvent unless they receive major funding. They can't even sustain the Myocell initiative but yet are introducing various other therapies. Where will they receive funding? How will they survive? Can you answer some of these questions for me. I've e-mailed Mike twice about this. He doesn't respond to me because he knows as well as any objective shareholder does that this company is in a lot of financial trouble.
I spoke with my cousin who is a hedgefund manager and he has indicated that Mike Thomas doesn't know anything about Bio-medical aside from raising venture capital for it - that he is renowned for. Look at the management team of Cardio3 ad Mesoblast. Solid bio-tech professionals and doctors. Mike doesn't care - he's getting paid his nice 6 digit salary and taking everyone for a ride.
GLTA - you're gonna need it. This company will file for bankruptcy this year.
AAI
I wonder when the toxic financers will start their dilution process and hammer the stock down even more. Such a vicious, unfortunate and inevitable cycle.
AAI
Appreciate the response.
I think the main thing I have on my mind is these Toxic Financer "thugs" doing as they please. They see Bioheart is desperate for funds and they're coming in using it to their advantage (nothing wrong with that it's business).
I'm glad I was able to raise money for my training and courses. I was actually going to sell everything today. Something makes me keep holding on. I can't complain right now as I'm in the money and will be until the stock dips below 0.0095 or goes belly up.
Just my thoughts.
AAI
I admire your enthusiasm GS - wish I could share it. I believe in the company so much but am concerned with their current financial state. It's probably the worst it has ever been and you have to admit bankruptcy is more likely now then it has ever been. Thoughts?
I've gone ahead and sold enough to retrieve what I originally put in and then some to cover an upcoming training I want to take.
AAI
You're absolutely right with what you say - 100%. We've seen it before and unfortunately we'll see it again.
AAI
I also e-mailed him.
In all honesty I want this company to succeed. It's so tough right now to see that success when their financial situation is so bad. I'm hoping some of the Directors and Board members put some of their own money in like they once did (back in March 2012 I believe). I hate the fact that they have no choice but to resort to toxic financing to fund their projects.
Say they even have full enrolment for Mirror, how do they expect to keep their cash flow going. Amazing trial but if they run out of money then what? Wasn't Northstar formed to avoid things like this? Where are they now? Why aren't they helping?
And as for the 10-K I did expect an update on Mirror. Obviously not generating revenue but at the very least telling Bioheart's loyal shareholders the status which is way overdue.
Just my thoughts.
AAI
Hop you have some good points.
To everyone in this forum we need to put pressure on Mike about Myocell. Some sort of news. It's great that they're exploring other therapies as well but when you're down to toxic financing why would you broaden so much and not just stick to your bread and butter - Myocell. Yes the other therapies look promising as well but when you barely have money to pay rent what are you thinking? IMO
AAI
You can have my 1.2 million shares LOL. It's not like they're easy to sell at once or throughout the course of the day even.
Let's see how the stock behaves tomorrow. Most investors probably haven't had a chance to digest the news. IMO.
AAI
Perhaps Mike needs to start answering these questions instead of giving his loyal investors the run around.
Just my thoughts.
AAI
They need a partnership with a big Pharma company or another stem cell enterprise.
It's the only way they can survive and I'm surprised nobody has partnered up with them. IMO.
AAI
Have you seen the toxic agreements they've entered into and the fact that they've EXPLICITLY stated that they are having extremely challenging times raising capital.
Of course I'm gonna sell - I made over 85k in three months. The rest of you are holding on because the majority of you bought high and are trapped in this fantasy world that this stock will go up. To be honest the technology is amazing - absolutely amazing! The company will not survive financially. Massive dilution, barely any cash on hand, toxic financing agreements all point to an inevitable collapse.
I respect your optimism GSDubb and your knowledge when it comes to biologicals. But you don't know much when it comes to cash-flow, bad debts, toxic financing and sustainability of an enterprise.
Good luck guys. It's been fun chatting in this forum.
AAI
Time to sell.
What is the 10-K saying about cash in hand and how many shares were added?
AAI
Why no update on the Myocell trials?
This is getting frustrating. I don't want to see this stock go down back to the 0.01's. I'm thinking it possibly could in which case it's in my best interest to sell my 1.2 million shares and perhaps re-buy if the opportunity presents itself.
GLTA!
AAI
Awesome find GS. This company has so much depth. I'm hoping all these developments attract a large amount of funding. I don't see why they wouldn't. IMO.
AAI
What phase was SDF-1 in before funding ceased.
AAI
Aren't SDF-1 and Mirror the same thing?
AAI
You are absolutely correct in what you say. We need to see a roadmap - it's the least we can ask of Mike considering the money we all have invested.
Just my thoughts.
AAI
Stock is plummeting today so far.
AAI
I've been holding since 0.0095. Today was an exceptional day.
My only concern now is the cash on hand they have - around $6,600 according to the last 10-K filing. Hopes are they're able to obtain funding by some means other than issuing more shares.
AAI
Happy Birthday Tbone.
It's my Birthday as well!!!!
GO BIOHEART!!
AAI
I was not aware of this either.
AAI
