While listening to DB's tunes I'm wondering when there is a deal done and the price pops to $.75 or greater will the insiders be able to continue selling or will they have a freeze for a period of time? Does anyone know how that works?
We have surmised many times that this would not go to trial. I seriously doubt VPLM would throw in the towel when we on the cusp of doing just that so there must be a done deal of some kind. Hopefully we will get a press release on this one and a plan laid out of where we go from here. That part may be wishful thinking. Go VPLM!!!!!!!
When they get a notable deal done with one of the big infringers the stock market will react positively. I doubt they have time to promote right now and should keep their eye on the ball. That's where the real money is.
Please make it going away. We don't care.
I understand that the truth hurts. People with true character can acknowledge reality. My challenge stands and wont go away.
I see your post volume is increasing as we get closer to the court dates. Do you get paid by the post? Asking for a friend.
Ok, another one for the ignore button. I wouldn't be here without that. Who has time to read all the nonsense that has nothing to do with VPLM.
You've got a lot to say these days. What's up with that? I can't imagine you could spend this much time protecting investors without some sort of compensation. Who is footing the bill? I've never been wrong so fess up.
Could the $185,000 be from the Locksmith trial which just concluded?
That is disappointing but I can understand why. Your posts were appreciated by most of us that are here for the right reason. There is way too much bashing going on that takes time to weed through looking for anything relevant. I hope you re-consider.
Love the VPLM discussion but the rest of it is getting annoying. I'm very close to using the ignore button a few more times. Love that feature. I thought it didn't work on free accounts but it does. Wasted a lot of time finding that out.
In the meantime an oldy but goody from Steve Jobs.
Apple (AAPL) founder Steve Jobs once said:
Picasso had a saying – he said, "good artists copy, great artists steal." And we have always been shameless about stealing great ideas.
Do tell...
Can't ignore people on a free account but it may be worth joining just to be able to do that.
So I believe tomorrow VPLM and Amazon have to respond to Albright if they were not able to reach an agreement last week. They had 7 days from last Monday to put it together and submit it. Would those submissions hit the docket if they are made? If so, we will know that they didn't reach an agreement and Albright will have to decide where it goes from here.
Come back and check in with us in one year.

I’m still a bit baffled on the 144 filing. CFO Williams has 500k shares as of 2022 and filed 144 to sell shares. I think I’m correct. Just seems a bit odd he’d do that at this juncture
My understanding was that they had agreed on a settlement and just needed to work out the details and get it on paper.
Could be MMs but what is their motivation? At what point do they need to let it go. It is possible it is one or more defendants holding it down to put more pressure on VPLMs cash flow. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter. What matters is getting this settlement done and then working on all the rest.
Couldn't agree more.
I am actually a bit shocked that this news does not have the share price moving up at a faster pace. This is the best piece of good news we have ever had and the result is somewhat lackluster compared to previous events.
Giddy up!
Are we talking raise it 100 or 1000?
I was reading posts starting a #1 yesterday and today. The only name I recognized from back then was TobyDog. I was a shareholder for quite a while before I found Ihub.
Realistically, any long of VPLM would be more than happy with .5 per share.
I would not be happy with .5 mainly because that would be a fire sale price. I've been around a long time and while .5 would be a great return it is not realistic when there are 60 infringers on notice and hundreds more out there. The top 10 would each owe at least .5 each if they were able to negotiate their number down for where it could be.
I'm on the same page DB. Would love to be able to do more when this is done, hopefully soon.
Any concern with this statement from the bottom of Attachment A? PTAB has found new....
Twitter Appl. No. 90/019,124 ’606 Ex parte reexamination; PTAB has found a substantial new question of patentability (Order and Decision, 11/25/2022)
Yes I am looking forward to Thursday as well. Do we typically hear the result that day or is it more likely to get out on Friday? Thanks.
In the licensing scenario I would think there would also be a significant lump sum payment to cover off the past as well as whatever licensing would be on an annual basis. Does that make sense? I don't recall any discussion on that so far.
My journey dates back to pre Magic Jack days. Traded it quite a bit back then and opened a long position when it looked like VPLM was going big places. Who knew it was going to take this long? Got very excited at $.45 and was too naive about patents to understand what a gong show it is trying to enforce them. Very much looking forward to a successful conclusion...soon!
Common sense tells us that we can't value a company based on the share price alone so $50 to $100 a share means nothing. Value is calculated by multiplying the number of shares by the share price. I think most of us would like to see a share price greater than $0.50 but that does put the company value at about $1 billion which is nothing to sneeze at. That valuation would be considered very successful by the majority of the public companies in the USA.
The system protecting companies illegally using patents that don't belong to them is cumbersome, but it won't take that long. More like a few months from this point. We are well into the battle and making great headway lately. Time to load up on some more shares in my opinion.
"Yeah this might happen by the year 2050."
It's time to add to your shares straightword. No amount of negative comments will drive the price down now. Too many good things happening or scheduled to happen soon. Good luck!
They have to pay the lawyers etc somehow. Seems cheap to me.
"CRAP.THE SCAMBAGS ANOTHER SS UPDATE.NOW THE O/S IS 1,987 BILLION.FROM 1,985 BILLION.THEY KEEP SELLING EVERY TWO WEEKS NOW."
At this point all of us that are long and here to see the court cases through. There will be ups and downs and delays but we're not going anywhere until it is done, one way or another.
June 2023, then it will be 2024, then 2025, then 3038. People nee to just face the fact that this is going nowhere.
Yes we do$$$ The future is looking very bright.
Would you care to elaborate on the following statement? Why would it not be possible any longer?
"because there will be no claims construction nor show& tel because it isn’t possible any longer."
Excited...hell ya! My very long position is still underwater but at $.02 I'm up close to 100% on a fairly significant new holding which I will hold until at least the 26th. Still very positive about VPLM.
How many employees and consultants are working on the Bigs side? What are the chances that one or more Bigs have seen the light and are working on a deal of some sort to avoid Waco? Is it possible that word is out on the Bigs side that something is going to happen and a few have started buying shares one way or another, perhaps a family member...Who knows. Something is up and I like it. $$$VPLM$$$
Nobody is selling at those prices so it should start to move soon! Let's go!
